This was an amazing experience, from beginning to end. Manuel, Frank and Noe made it exceptional. They were funny, very knowledgeable about the whole tour. Very recommended.

Amazing place with plenty of activities without the crowded feeling. Lots to do in a single day so make sure you arrive early.
It was our first time here and it was such an amazing experience, even though we didn't get to do everything that was there. We went 10/31 in 2026 and they were celebrating day of the dead. My advice when you get here is to follow the markers on the ground to get to where you need to go or you will be walking for two hours 😭 please read the app and ask questions so you make the most of your time here! I also recommend just getting this plus pass because a locker is included, one restaurant of your choice is included, and the night show which started at different times was also worth it. The first thing we did was swim through the underground tunnel, we had lifejackets as well we started in a BEAUTIFUL cenote, then through the underground tunnel, then through caves, and there were stopping points along the way because it was such a long swim, but so worth it. Along the way there were photo opportunities and also when we reach the end. It was such a relaxing experience because even though we were in a big group, everyone was spread out so me and my partner were swimming alone. We went to the Jalisco buffet the food there was really good. It was really cold in the restaurant so the food got cold fast, but the taste was impeccable. They also have passport stamping stations here, which is nice because I was able to get two passport stamps while being in Mexico 😄 The show was really nice too. They performed a bunch of songs and had dance routines, and it felt really good being immersed in Mexican culture
The park is massive and beautiful, so many amazing sites and animals to see. The Mexico spectacular show is an unforgettable experience and definitely the best attraction in there.
This place is the most amazing place we have ever been to. It’s like the Disney land of Mexico. There’s so much to do and you’ll definitely need to revisit another time. It’s a long day but not a minute is wasted. We started off with swimming the river (you’ll understand if you go) and then went to start headed to our first activity which was the Adrenaline boat trip which is unbelievable. Then we headed off to spend some time with the dolphins again such a beautiful experience and so relaxing. You do have to pay extra for these but I promise it’s money well spent and it’s also worth paying for the photo package to capture everything you do as there are points all around the park to capture your photos plus if you do the adrenaline boat a photographer takes loads of photos from the land and these are also included in the photo package but you do have to pay separately for photos with the dolphins. Once you get your head around the map of the park and the different coloured routes you will be fine. The restaurants are all over and their food is amazing and lunch is included in the entry package. All in all my wife and I said to each other that this was the best day we’ve ever had in any trips that we’ve been on anywhere in the world. You only live once - do it. You won’t regret it.
Loved it but it could have been better in terms ofrhe value delivered.
As a family, when we visit Occidental Xcaret we always book the Xcaret unlimited experience. Having the ability to go in and out of the park throughout our trip has been a great experience not only because there is just so much to experience in the park itself. We usually take 3 days of our trip to enjoy this park. Includes, aquarium, beach, butterfly and bird sanctuary, and Cenote rivers to experience ends with the GRAND FINALE SHOW Spectacular!
A fantastic park with lots to see and do. Many attractions are additional cost and extremely expensive. Check before you go!
This excursion is more of a zoo-like setting with several different water areas rather than one continuous river experience. It can get pretty crowded, so be prepared for that. The river/water areas could use more cleaning and maintenance, as there were animal fetuses visible in the water, which was unpleasant. The park also opens several hours before the food options, with some food places not opening until 3–4 hours after the park opens, so plan accordingly if you expect to eat there. It would also be helpful to offer tour guides. Cell reception was limited, and the offline map was difficult to navigate with. I was also pooped on by a lizard while walking under the trees, which was definitely unexpected! Some staff members were rude and dismissive, which took away from the overall experience. Better cleanliness, clearer navigation support, optional guided tours, and more welcoming customer service would make the experience much better.
Lucio was a great server over at Veracruz Buffet :) He was attentive and kind. The buffet itself had great options and the shrimp tacos were bomb!
Excellent show, history and musical experience was amazing
Great food, loved the drinks. Lucio was an awesome waiter, attentive, courteous and very helpful.
I love this place! I went here with my girlfriend, in2cruising, sudllyn and we had such a good time. We went during a cruise excursion so the time was limited, but we still got to do everything that we wanted to. I highly recommend this park! I also recommend going to the restaurant here on top of the hill. Enjoy!!!
More than the best ever experience. Exceeded all expectations. Come here and enjoy every second, every breath. Mexico-1 love. This is my 5th time in Mexico and my first time in xcaret park-I never knew a thing about Mexico before I visited this park. Me and my family fell in love with this place with all our hearts. You did such a great job with creating, organizing and taking care of this place. We are so lucky to visit it! Thank you
amazing wmployees everyone is super kind and provide clear instructions
I am extremely disappointed with my experience involving Xcaret and the Cozumel excursion we purchased at the airport. What was presented to us and what actually happened were two completely different experiences. We were told that we had purchased a tour to Cozumel that would include breakfast, photos, transportation to the ferry, and our excursion. Our tour guide, Martin, contacted us that morning with our transportation details, so everything initially appeared organized. The first red flag happened immediately. When we walked over to the tour vehicle, the driver got back inside and would not open the door to let us in. I had to contact Martin, who eventually arranged a private taxi to take us to Xcaret. Once we arrived, the experience became even more confusing and uncomfortable. For a resort that presents itself as a luxury destination, the welcome and hospitality were shockingly poor. We were barely greeted. There was no bottled water offered. The “breakfast” we had been promised consisted of loose pastries sitting openly on a counter where anyone could reach in and grab them with their bare hands. Water was sitting in a jug on the bar. The staff members we encountered were often crass, dismissive, and unkind. More importantly, I quickly began to feel as though I had been misled about why we were there. Multiple staff members sat down with me and repeatedly asked for my debit and credit cards. The first person took my card information and left. Another employee then came over and asked for my credit card again. When I explained that I had already provided it to her coworker, she got up and walked away without explaining why she needed it. She later returned, asked additional questions, and once again requested my credit card. When I asked specifically why she needed it, the explanation I received was essentially “for something.” I am not handing over my credit card repeatedly without a clear explanation of why it is needed. Another staff member then asked whether we wanted to take the boat ride “today or tomorrow.” That made absolutely no sense to me. We were tourists staying elsewhere and had arrived specifically because we believed we were going to Cozumel that day. Why would I travel to a resort I am not staying at, skip the excursion I came for, and return the following day? At this point, we still had not received the breakfast we were promised. My best friend asked whether we could order alcoholic beverages since we were on vacation. We were told we could have them “at the end.” When she asked, “At the end of what?” the staff member responded, “the demonstration.” That was the moment everything became clear. We had apparently been brought there for what seemed to be a sales/timeshare-style presentation, despite the experience having been sold to us as a Cozumel excursion. Had someone been transparent with me from the beginning and said, “You are receiving this excursion in exchange for sitting through a presentation,” I could have made an informed decision. I may have even agreed to participate. Instead, I felt hustled, misled, and treated as though obtaining my financial information was more important than providing hospitality or explaining what was actually happening. Eventually, yet another staff member asked for my credit card. I declined. She then asked whether we had an activity planned for the day. Yes. We did. The activity we thought we had purchased. By then, I no longer had confidence that the excursion we actually came for was going to happen, and I was unwilling to spend more of my vacation sitting there confused and uncomfortable. I told them I wanted to leave and would get a taxi. That is when the treatment went from bad to worse. Three different staff members told me that transportation would be arranged and that the $40 I had originally paid would be refunded. Once I walked outside, however, I was suddenly told that they would NOT refund the $40, that I would have to go back to the airport and somehow locate the original person who sold us the excursion, and that I would also have to pay for my own taxi. The entire experience was exhausting and incredibly disappointing. What bothers me most is that Xcaret is marketed as one of the premier experiences in Mexico. The property itself may be beautiful, but beautiful surroundings do not compensate for poor hospitality, confusing communication, aggressive requests for financial information, and making guests feel misled. I have received warmer, kinder, and more professional service at places with a fraction of Xcaret’s reputation and price point. I came expecting a memorable vacation experience and a trip to Cozumel. Instead, I left feeling uncomfortable, disrespected, and as though my time had been intentionally wasted. If an excursion involves attending a sales presentation, say that clearly BEFORE taking someone’s money and transporting them to the property. Guests should be able to give informed consent about how they are spending their vacation time. And if you are going to market yourself as a world-class destination, the service should reflect it. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Xcaret and would be extremely hesitant to return.
A word of caution for travelers with accessibility needs. I am a full-time power wheelchair user, I booked our entire trip (transportation, hotel, and excursions) through Cancún Accessible. I was very open and detailed about my disability, my functional limitations, and the equipment I use, trusting their expertise in accessible travel. I also researched Xcaret through its website and online reviews, because it was supposed to be the highlight of our vacation. I understand that no attraction can be perfectly accessible and that not every exhibit or pathway will be suitable for every disability. I simply expected that the routes and restrooms identified as wheelchair accessible would be safe to use. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Despite following only routes identified as wheelchair accessible, I encountered inaccessible paths, very steep, wet, and slippery ramps, inaccessible restrooms that required me to be physically lifted twice by employees, and multiple situations where I had to be rescued after becoming stranded on designated accessible routes. Instead of enjoying the park, much of our day was spent waiting for assistance and dealing with accessibility barriers. Xcaret is a beautiful park, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend it to travelers with significant mobility disabilities without urging them to ask very detailed questions and not rely solely on general accessibility claims. I hope sharing my experience helps others make a more informed decision before booking.
The place is awesome, but next time I will skip the dolphins experience the personnel were rude with us.
Xcaret is one of the best parks to visit in the Riviera Maya. If you don’t visit this place, it’s like you never visited Playa del Carmen. Highly recommend!
The experience was great. You need to see the horse show and night show to get your money’s worth. It’s all day thing and they have shower facilities and lockers in case you want to change for the evening show.
We just wrapped up an incredible 3-day visit to Xcaret Park, and while we had some major booking issues with our third-party agent at the entrance, the level of customer service at Xcaret completely blew us away. From the very first moment, the entrance staff proved that guest satisfaction is their absolute top priority. On our first day, when our pre-booked tickets couldn't be located in the system, Jazmin and the entire entrance team spent an hour and a half standing by us, guiding us, and supporting us every step of the way so we didn't waste a moment of our trip. Their empathy, patience, and quick thinking turned a high-stress situation around immediately, and we ended up having a wonderful day capped off by the incredible evening show! On our second day, as the booking issue was still being sorted out with our third-party agent, another staff member named Isaias stepped in with the exact same warm, supportive attitude to ensure we were taken care of without delay. Thanks to their continuous help and dedication, we got to experience the underground rivers—which turned out to be one of the absolute highlights of our entire vacation! Floating down those crystal-clear natural cenote waters surrounded by stunning limestone formations and lush jungle canopy was a surreal, unforgettable experience. Special thanks again to Jazmin, Isaias, and the entire guest relations team. They went above and beyond every single day to support us, save our vacation, and demonstrate what true world-class service looks like. We cannot wait to come back! 🇲🇽✨
The park is absolutely unreal, and definitely one of the must-visit attractions in the entire Riviera Maya. The grounds are beautiful, and the array of animals and other attractions is fab. Don’t hesitate to pay for the all-inclusive option as it’s definitely worth it. We paid for the double deal with Xcaret and Xel Ha. Loved both of them. The aviary, in particular, it just brilliant.
Good place for couples like it
Getting these tickets was one of the highlights of our trip. Berenice was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, we will repeat this experience soon
Was a great day but need longer
Everything was extraordinary even Lucio at the dinner at the show incredible
We visited Xcaret as a family of four with two young girls and had a great day overall. The park is absolutely beautiful and incredibly well maintained. Our favorite attractions were the cenotes and lazy rivers, which were the highlights of the trip for all of us. While there are many other things to see and do, our group didn't have much interest in rushing from attraction to attraction. If you've never been, it's definitely worth visiting, but don't try to conquer the entire park in one day. It was quite hot when we visited, and by late afternoon we were completely exhausted and decided to skip the evening show. One tip: consider arranging your own transportation. The cost can be very similar to booking through Xcaret, but you'll have the flexibility to travel directly to and from your hotel and leave whenever you're ready rather than working around a fixed schedule.
This trip was great throughout We were picked up from our hotel and fast tracked through the entrance Our package included the sea trek experience and we paid extra for the unlimited photo package This was great as you basically scanned your wristbands and it took a photo Cameras are in trees etc The sea trek was fabulous My husband is nervous of water and a non swimmer but a fabulous guy who oversees the experience talked him through it and my husband actually did it Fish and sting rays were all around us and divers with underwater cameras took photos Amazing experience and highly recommend A buffet meal was included too and you had an hour to eat and drink unlimited times Good was fresh and constantly topped up and waiters filled your beer or soft drink as soon as it was empty After experiencing the rest of the park which included a lazy river through caves ( you can reach the bottom and have life jackets so non swimmers can give it a go ) we went to the traditional evening show Great experience but seemed repetitive after a while and we were tired from a busy day out so the bus was a welcome sight Again this was well organised with people directing you to the right bus as there were hundreds of people There was so much that we didn’t get to see and I recommend 2 days here to experience the whole site Loved it all
Experience was amazing. The show was great. Diner was a wonderful 7 coarse meal all served by our waiter Lucio. Great service.
30 of our friends and family all went here and what a great, fun packed day it was. There is so much to see and do across the day. The kids really enjoyed the different sections, various animals &most of all the underwater river swims. Night time show was good to start with however just in my opinion went on for to long so the kids lost interest after an hour. However it was well put together and culturally for perhaps more of the local community this would have been great. I would recommend this for a great day out when in Mexico.
Had high hopes for this day out - left feeling underwhelmed. Booked Xcaret Plus tickets online and we grabbed a taxi from the hotel to the park. On arrival first impressions were good, swift entry with no queues. Found the plus area easily, and obtained a locker token. We decided to do the “dry” activities first with the plan to go back and then do the wet activities later. Headed for the puma and jaguar enclosure- only to see a couple signs suggesting that they weren’t there! All the other animals we passed throughout the day looked sad and had teeny enclosures - the poor sea turtles - need to be in bigger areas! Just seemed to be a lot of walking through random footpaths. We headed back to our lockers to get sorted for the wet activities. The underground river - well…. I suppose you could say it was a relaxing experience, if you take away the stink of the water and the groups of people at the photo stations holding everything up! The snorkelling area - we popped by but didn’t stop - crowds all crammed into a small area snorkelling on top of each other! Walked back to the lockers to dry off and change for lunch - buffet by the horse show was good - food was plentiful and not a long wait for a table - this part was well organised by staff. After lunch headed to the 360 tower and then paradise river. It took 5 mins to go around a smelly river whilst almost being capsized due to 4 extremely large “boned” people on the boat with us!! My husband and I are laughing about how this was the highlight of the day (tongue in cheek!) by 4pm we were done and grabbed a taxi back to hotel. We can’t work out how people manage a full day and then stay on for the evening show. Would we return - nope, is it a tourist trap - yep! Was it worth the £250 entry for 2 of us - no.. especially when a quick google search will show the park makes $100,000 a day profit - that’s right profit!!
Xcaret as always is a winner. Whenever we visit Cancun we try to go here. The main treat for us is the river ride-it is just so relaxing. I don’t understand those who race through this. The evening show is the other highlight. Even though our Spanish is limited at best, the music and spectacle is amazing. Then the rest of the day is just wandering. Or you can do multiple other activities. This is just the best mix of things to do. We’ve tried some of the other parks like Xplor and Xel-Ha, but Xcaret has them all beat.
We had a wonderful experience with all staff
The show was something from another planet
We were staying at the Hotel Xcaret so it was part of our all inclusive package. We entered the park around 9 AM - its an all day affair - we only left around 10 PM. Think of it like Disney's Magic Kingdom - but steeped in Mexican history and culture We started off with the locker rooms and after we had done that - we did the Cemetery, Aviary, Butterfly Gardens, Manatees, Aquarium, Sharks and Turtles. They are all out of this world - My kids were just amazed. We had buffet lunch at the Oaxaca restaurant and it was phenomenal. Excellent lunch. and At lunch we got lucky and saw the jaguars and pumas too. Then we did the river swim - it takes about an hour or so. It is an absolutely amazing experience. We finished that and after some snacks - we did the kids area for a bit, saw the high flyers and sat down for the horse exhibition Then we went to the Mexico spectacular show. - The show itself is mesmerizing and mind blowing - do not miss it - we had dinner reservations (add on cost) - in hind sight, we would have done the regular seating and not bought the dinner package as it was average food and inconsistent service. The show itself was 10/10 By the time we went back to the hotel - it was close to 10:30 PM - all in all an amazing day at the park
Wow! Great time for my adult family. The best eco experience in a family adventure park. The beautiful grounds and easy path system made moving around from hidden cutouts to the numerous water adventures. We arrived later than planned but fit it most activities. The show was fun and entertaining. The history of Mexico is told in changing scenes of sports and drama and dancing! We stayed in Cancun and the drive was easy at 1:15mins. Great fun! Highly recommended!
Such a wonderful experience... So many emotions, such a beautiful nature! Go there for sure, you will remember this place!
Booked Xcaret plus tickets direct with the park and got a taxi to the park. We arrived around 8.30am not really knowing what to expect.. We all had an amazing day from the lazy river, to snorkelling, to see all the scenery and animals.. unfortunately we didn’t get to see the Jaguar. We enjoyed the buffet lunch included in the plus pass, the food was amazing and plenty to choose from. The shows were amazing, especially the evening show it was absolutely brilliant!! We didn’t leave until 9pm and filled the whole day with interesting and enjoyable things to do! We would highly recommend a visit.
Wow! Amazing day out from Playa del carmen. As with all Xcaret parks the transport was on time, clean and friendly. What a great park! So so much to do and see. We did only half i think! We did a workshop and did some weaving.
We visited Xcaret Park back in April after hearing so many amazing things about it. Overall, we did have a good day and there were definitely parts we really enjoyed — the bird aviary and butterfly areas were beautiful, the staff were lovely, and the buffet food itself was really nice. The underground river experience was interesting too, although it felt extremely overcrowded at times which took away from the atmosphere a bit. We also felt a little rushed and pushed through in some areas of the park. One thing I’d say to anyone visiting is that it’s a VERY long day. Someone had suggested to us beforehand to find a quiet area for a nap at some point during the day and honestly that was one of the best bits of advice we got 😅 it really helped break the day up. We were also told before going that our bags would be checked and any outside suncream would be taken off us, so we didn’t bring our own and ended up having to spend a fortune buying theirs — only for our bags to never actually be checked in the end. Another downside for us was the constant push to buy extras if you’re visiting as part of a trip package. We felt a bit herded through kiosks and queues to try and get us to buy photo passes and add-ons even after we’d already said we weren’t interested. It started to feel a little too sales-focused at times. The evening show was genuinely amazing and incredibly impressive visually, although towards the end it felt like it went off on a bit of a tangent and became quite drawn out. What really left a sour feeling for me though was some of the animal enclosures. Seeing the dolphins especially was upsetting. We caught a glimpse of what looked like a very small netted-off pool (behind the sharks) holding a mother and baby dolphin, and honestly it just didn’t sit right with me at all. I know the response to concerns is often that everything meets regulations and standards, but personally I don’t think that’s enough anymore. It’s 2026 and I really feel it’s time for attractions worldwide to move away from keeping animals like dolphins, sharks and manatees in small enclosures or for entertainment. Especially for a park that’s main focus is on conservation. It felt contradictory. I know others may feel differently, but for me that aspect overshadowed a lot of the experience and many people I’ve told back home in the UK have been put off because of that.
I really enjoyed the overall experience especially the underground river rio azul and the night show but I do have a few gripes that I hope can be addressed. First, lockers. In order to get an all day locker you have to sign up for Xcaret Plus. This wasn't made apparent in any way so I had to carry my bag all day long in the heat. I tried going to other lockers but they said they were only until 5pm, well that doesn't work for an all day stay and leaving at 10pm. Secondly there's not really enough "cool down" areas besides the main entrance and the aquarium. It would be nice if they added more cool areas with mist water or AC to recover from the heat. Maybe that's being picky as an American but I came with a 60 year old parent and she was struggling to cool down so I could do more activities. All in all I give the park a 7.5/10 rating very fun, loved all the animals out and about but a bit not helpful to make the experience more comfortable.
The park is clean & multiple things to do. They should NOT have dolphins & sharks. Enclusures are devastating small & the animals are stressed. They are clearly breeding dolphins. The river float was not enjoyable. Crowded & life jackets are terribly uncomfortable. We got out at the 2nd stop. The aviary is exceptional and the food is good. We only had 4 hours there & that was plenty if you aren't with children. We were not there at night & did not see any shows. I would not return.
Long exhausting day. Clean, well organized, good buffet, lots of people at the park but didn’t feel crowded. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very expensive but understandable for all the staff they hire. The highlight was the the underground river which we did twice! They have different paths so you get a different experience each time.. surprisingly it didn’t feel too cold. If you are paying the big bucks, don’t miss the show! It is very impressive! However if you are an animal lover like I am this park was quite disappointing in that aspect. They have manatees, dolphins and sharks in fish bowls! I wish people didn’t pay for these animal exploitation experiences. They also have a solo vulture in a tiny space. Vultures live in packs so this is a very sad life for it, it is no better than a bird cage. I can’t say that the eagle has it any better either. The jaguars have a nice habitat but way too small. There are way too many exploited animals in this park for me to give it a good review. It takes away from everything else that is great.
This is a really lovely place to visit with a ton of activities and amazing animals that are looked after and well cared for After seeing animal exploitation in the surrounding areas, it was wonderful to see a place that actually values animals of the world Your day will be jam packed - even if you don’t do any optional extras The highlight for us was feeding the manatees
What a beautiful place! We started at the rivers as per the advice. Almost had it to ourselves at 8.30am. Then snorkeling in the sea pool and then over to the lagoon. So many wonderful fish to see , even with all the people in the lagoon! Ideal to get all the wet activities done together. We wore rash vests and swim shorts so didn't change and they dried in the hot sun anyway. Manged to get to the butterfly pavilion, the absolutely stunning aviary, cemetery and then over to see all the sea themd activies such as seeing the sharks, manatees, sting rays and turtles. The restaurant overlooking the turtles was amazing as you could watch them swim as we ate from above. Buffet was great and included in our our Plus ticket. Finished by going up the high tower to get views for miles. Would have liked to have got to the Mayan village and done at least on other river route as their are three, but it was sooo hot that day and we packed all we could in with our two teenagers. The highlight of the day had to be the evening show. Wow! Mexican historic in action and the secjnd half music tand dancing through the regions. Absolutely brillliant. Jumped in one of the many taxis outside the gates at the end and were back by 10pm to our resort. Met all our expectations. Only tips..take bottles to fill up at water stations all around. Great idea. Get to the show for 6pm for a good seat.
Amazing wildlife park. Basically a massive zoo that you get to walk through that also has cultura, historical, and educational exhibits. There are other activities too, some cost extra and some don't. We floated down the cenote river that goes from on end of the park to the other. They give you a life jacket and it was very easy to do. There is a bit of current so you really don't need to swim. And you can get a duffel back which locks and they will take your stuff down to the end for you. All for free. We just bought tickets in person which was $120 each. Which gets you into the park and to the dinner show which was amazing. But if you want to eat dinner there you have to pay extra. I highly recommend it though because it was a 7 course meal and everything was so delicious and our waiter was very attentive. The show itself was phenomenal. All live music, amazing costumes and they even had live animals join in. The show moves through a timeline of the area all the way from the Mayans to today, and pays home age to several other Mexican states besides Quintanaroo. So not only was it incredibly entertaining, but educational as well. You really can spend all day here. There are lots of restaurants and drink stands (that serve extremely strong drinks!) and lots of places to sit and rest. There were a lot of people here but it really didn't feel like it. There were a lot of times when we didn't see or here a single other person around us. Id recommend bringing a small bag with a swimsuit, a change of clothes, sunscreen, water and snacks if you don't want to buy any there.
Beautiful and nice 👌 I will recommend to my family and friends is not the same if you watch it in videos or pictures you have to see it with your own eyes .
This is an amazing experience. We arrived at opening and went to the cenote swimming first. It is a long swim and there are rocks but it was so much fun. We then went to the snorkeling. We saw lots of beautiful fish and a few turtles. The bird aviary and butterfly conservatory were beautiful. I loved that the birds are free flying everywhere. The Macaws, Tucans, flamingos and all other birds were right there and you could look at them very closely. We went to the Jalisco restaurant for a late lunch. It’s a buffet with lots of options and is right beside a horse and cultural show. Which was fun to watch while eating. The main event is Xcaret México Espectacular which starts at 7pm and runs for about 2 hrs. It was one of the best shows I have ever seen. Lots going on, very informative about Maya history, cultural traditions and the vast differences between the Mexican peninsulas. The acrobatic show was incredible. Overall I would definitely recommend this and will be bringing my children next time. It is a very long day so be prepared, bring bathing suit, towel, sun screen, comfortable shoes and water. There were many areas we didn’t get to even though we were there over 12 hrs. There is also a lot of add ons you can pay for but we chose not to because we didn’t think we’d have time, and we were right.
It was so much more than our expectations!! Well worth it!! I can recommend for everyone, don’t miss it.
If you have a pink wristband then you can do the underground river, paradise river, the tower that goes up, and snorkeling. Remember, i do not mean the snorkeling tour. If you want to do things like the sea trek or dolphin encounter then you have to pay extra money and it is not encluded in your wrist band. The dolphin encounter is just standing in the water with dolphins and touching them.
