The Viator website says this is a 6 hour activity but for me it was 12 hours. I was picked up at 7:30am and finally got back to my hotel at 7:30pm. There was far too much time waiting to change drivers and just waiting in general. On a good note the food was very good, the guide was knowledgeable and the activities were as expected.

This trip was amazing! Our tour guide Felix was very knowledgeable and taught us so much about the ancient and current Mayan culture. He really went above and beyond to provide us with an unforgettable experience! Our driver Ivan was great too, and provided us with drinks when we needed! The ruins, cenote, and snorkeling were beautiful... definitely a trip you don't want to miss!
Our tour guide was Welker, and he was amazing! We snorkeled the brackish lagoon and the jungle cenote. There were supposed to be two other couples coming with us, but both didn’t make it so it was just us two and Welker! The snorkeling was amazing, water bottles were provided, and Welker was personable and knowledgeable about the fish and cenote. He even took pictures for us and Airdropped them to me, which was one of the many ways he went out of the way for is. It was a really amazing experience and we highly recommend!
