I had an amazing experience with my guides Moo, Quico and Estrella, I loved how they explained everything to us, they were really kind and patient with our questions, I loved how they make jokes all along the way so we don't get bored, they were just amazing people and made this tour so great for me and my family, I will definitely book a trip with them if I come back!

The visit was excellent, specially the detailed history of the Mayan people by Carlos Moo and the support by Luis Estrella and the excellent driving by Luis Granadillo. This was as quick overview of 3 sites, I would recommend a day long tour to Playa del Carmen because there is so much to see there. Great job to all of you!

Angel Kauil and Luis Estrella were absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and I enjoyed their explanation. I learned a lot about the Mayans and culture. All around excellent hosts with welcoming warm hospitality.

Ekinox tour was amazing from pick up to the tour bus and back to hotel was very well organized and on time. The tour guides Carlos and Estrella were awesome. They spoke very well English and also entertained us on the bus, provided excellent history of Tulum, Mayan, and Cancun. This tour was really worth the money and no headache as they take you to places you wouldn’t be able to drive yourself such as Cenote. It was in the middle of jungle. Cenote was beautiful and refreshing. The lunch provided and prepared by the Mayans there was very delicious. End of the trip, get to experience and shopping at 5th street of PDC. This tour gives the chance to see cities outside of resort area.

I went with my family and had a great experience! The tour guides, Estrella and Stitch, were amazing at explaining and guiding us throughout the whole trip. There were Spanish and English speakers so it was very accommodating since my family only understands English. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful time on this tour, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible guides, Estrella and Angel. They were extremely welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to be accommodative to everyone in our group throughout the entire day. Our first stop was the Tulum ruins. The guides were packed with history and background information, making the ancient Mayan city truly come alive. They didn't just show us the sites; they gave us deep context and answered all of our questions with a smile. Next, we went to Cenote Mariposa, which was stunning and the perfect way to cool off. The team made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable entering the water, keeping the vibe light and fun. We wrapped up the day with a great visit to Playa del Carmen, which gave us a perfect taste of the local culture and shopping. If you are looking for an organized, highly informative, and genuinely friendly tour experience, I cannot recommend Estrella and her team enough. They made our trip unforgettable!

The staff Mauricio, Moo, Estrella were amazing, friendly and informative throughout! The personal stories and cultural aspects were a plus! The food was great and the atmosphere was relaxed but well organized! Very accommodating to language barriers offering three languages throughout the tour!

The excursion was good but i think we should have spent more time in Tulum, at least 30 minutes more, it was too short. I would have given less time to Playa del Carmen, 30 minutes less. The rest of the tour was very nice 🙂👍🏻

Had a fun and educational time. Carlos (Moo) provided excellent background of the Tulum ruins. Keeping in mind I had been there on my own before without a guide, I enjoyed Carlos’ fun and good approach to explaining historical facts. Went to the cenote and enjoyed the swimming part but even more so the explanation about the Mayan culture, how they survive economically in today’s world, how they learned to play basketball when they were older kids as they did not have access to it prior to that. Moo and Estella were friendly and provided excellent experience to our group that was here for a friend’s wedding.

The tour was fantastic from start to finish. The Tulum ruins were incredible to see in person — full of history and stunning views of the coastline. The sinkholes (cenotes) were absolutely beautiful and refreshing, a perfect way to cool off after exploring the ruins. Everything was well organized, and our guide made the trip fun and informative. This tour was an incredible experience from start to finish! The day began promptly at 8 a.m. with a comfortable pickup directly from our hotel in a large, air-conditioned bus, which made the ride smooth and enjoyable. Our guides, Carlos Moo and Luis Estella, were excellent professionals—punctual, attentive, and always making sure we were safe and well taken care of throughout the day. Their knowledge and enthusiasm added so much value to the experience. The itinerary was well organized: exploring the fascinating ruins of Tulum in the morning, refreshing with a swim in the beautiful cenotes, and ending the day in vibrant Playa del Carmen. The balance between activities and downtime was perfect, and every stop felt special. My only recommendation is to come prepared with comfortable clothes since it gets quite hot, as well as mosquito repellent and a change of clothes for after the cenotes. Overall, this 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. adventure exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking to discover history, nature, and culture all in one day, I highly recommend this tour—and a special thanks to Carlos and Luis for making it unforgettable!
