We had to search for the driver over an hour, he didn't have a sign up. Another company had to call around to find our driver.when finally found he didn't greet us we ask for water he said no, we asked can he play music he said no. It was a quiet ride from airport to Playa del Carmen

Got to the airport and no one was there. The company did not have my reservation (even though it was paid) and had no vehicles available. Not sure if it was their fault or Viator, but it was a huge hassle and we had to find another company.
I booked a pickup from the Cancun airport where someone was supposed to pick me up but no one showed up. I waited 30 mins, asked around, tried to call and WhatsApp the operator and the phone kept going to voicemail. I finally gave up and had to book a taxi. Extremely disappointed
Very fast & great air conditioning! The gentlemen (can’t remember his name) was very kind & helped out with our luggage. He sanitized them before putting aboard & followed COVID guidelines to make us feel comfortable & safe.

The year just started and we decided to make a trip my whole family to the Riviera Maya. We were 17 people in total and needed a Round Trip Service between Cancun Airport and Akumal.
