This is our third booking with STP and we couldn't be happier! We were met just outside the airport doors by a gentleman with our name on an I pad. Escorted to our sedan-limo, and greeted by our driver with hand sanitizer and a cold face towel. There was a bucket of drinks cooling for us as well. Such a luxurious way to start our vacation! Book here knowing they will be in time and professional!

Their services are top notch 👌August 1st, 2026 I have no complaints at all. First, my flight came in from South Carolina, my friend her flight came in from Minnesota. We were supposed to arrive at the same time 1pm. She arrive 1:50pm, i arrive well after 2pm. Plus the time going through customs/immigration, let's add the hour getting my luggage, because remember she arrived before me. She had her luggage. The operator's communication was on point. Basically I was in communication with the company alone maybe 2 weeks prior to the trip asking any questions that'll come to mind. They responded quickly every time I send one. The driver communication was perfect. They'll have a person with a table by Margaritaville, once you connect that person, he'll walk you to the vehicle, that's were you'll meet the driver. Mind you that's only a 2-3 minute walk. The driver is extremely polite, well dressed, English and Spanish speaking. He takes your bags, give you a cold rag to wipe your hands or your neck. You'll get a mint for those folks with bad breath lol.. And for the men who want to really shine and impress your lady, you can order a dozen of roses via a link they'll send, and the driver will have them when you arrive in a nice pretty black box presentation with their logo on the bottom ( TOP NOTCH SERVICES) Your are offered water or a beer once your in vehicle. The driver will kindly ask you your A/C preference and your music preferences. He's driving, so I let him ride us in listening to Spanish music. Our ride to our resort in Costa Mujeres was kinda far 45 minutes to a hour depending on traffic. Over all...... this is a real review from a real dude. This company is the bomb at how they provide services. They are top notch when it comes to cancun transportation. I'm also using the same company for our transportation back to cancun airport. I definitely will be using them again, and I'll recommend them to any who's coming to cancun.

The experience was faultless, we saw a gentleman holding a tablet with my name as soon as I was outside the airport, he took us to our driver who was very polite and helpful, as we left he offered myself and my wife a nice cold beer which was very nice in the heat, the experience from the airport to our hotel was brilliant and so relaxed, I would strongly recommend the company to anyone as it started our holiday off brilliantly!!!!

Communication was great. I got a message before I even landed that my driver was ready and waiting for me whenever. The attendant was easy to find and took my friend and I straight to the driver. The driver was extremely friendly and funny. It was a smooth and quick ride to the hotel. There was water and little Coronitas which we appreciated on the ride. Booked a car service from Cancun airport to Tulum for my wife birthday. After reading reviews, i settled on STP Caribe, and that didn't disappoint. Communications right from initial booking was on point. They even sent a video to walk you through getting out of the airport and right to meeting point. Carlos was our pick-up conjoining and greeter. Excellent service. The Juan was our driver who was absolutely great. Can't recommend these guys enough.

We had a great experience with STP Caribe! Our driver, Daniel, was waiting for us at the designated meet-up spot when we arrived. Our flight was delayed by 2 hours, so we were a bit nervous it would mess up our transportation, but not at all. The company tracks flights and adjusts accordingly. Daniel was welcoming, helped with our luggage, and we felt comfortable and safe the whole ride to Playa del Carmen. Would definitely book again, highly recommend!

Takes the stress out of arriving at an airport knowing someone will be waiting for you to pick you up. No need to find a bus and sit and wait. You can enjoy the ride to your hotel and likely beat the rush of the drop off bus. Full enjoyed this experience

The sedan was a bit dated. Very old model for the price. The driver was nice though. And the pickup was seamless.

Joaquin Escalante was the kindest and sweetest driver to take us from the Cancun airport to playa del carmen. I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a private transfer. We were greeted with lavender towels and lotion and there was cerveza ready for us in the van. 100/10 recommend! He was such an angel.
