The van was comfortable. Luis was great. The lotion and towels were great. The beer and water were cold and awesome!!

Very disorganized, no fins provided and expected to swim 300 m to reef from boat without fins, no stop at a calm swimming pool, private beach was not private and packed with other cruise boats, extra 80 for a golf cart and wasted 2 hours getting cart and very little time to explore the island…. I will never book violator tour again in Mexico.

We booked round-trip transportation to and from the airport to our resort. Which was about 20 to 25 minutes away for 90 plus dollars. And when I followed up to see what time we were being picked up to return, they said it was only one way

Wonderful experience very clean nice smell and really cold. Our driver was wonderful drove safely not to fast and even picked up our friends from their terminal since they couldn’t find us. I will always use them moving forward much better than amstar.

Easy to find and was very fast once we arrived. Car was clean and had tons of space. Communication was fantastic with both text notifications and WhatsApp. Our guide spoke English yet our driver did not. He did take us to 711 for some other drinks and was very friendly and safe. We had WiFi and drinks in the vehicle. Made for a great ride to Alkumal.

Dispite us being delayed by technical issues at the luggage pick up and then getting the full case search by customs security when we exited the airport Juan Daniel was there in the hat waiting for us. Quick walk to the car, where we freshened up with some cleansers and much needed ice cold face towels we were soon on our way in the extremely nice Large SUV. The journey was smooth Juan was friendly and very polite it only took an hour to our hotel with traffic and a couple of coronas helped that time go by as well. Definitely recommend this company and Juan Daniel.

The video that they send you a link for...WATCH IT!! The video is 100% the BEST way to help you understand what you need to do when you land in Cancun. I followed the directions from the video and found my contact person easily. Black or Green long sleeve shirt with STP Caribe. Awesome ground crew, excellent driver. Our first time in Cancun and they took care of us very well.

I chose this taxi service over the resort shuttle expecting a higher level of service and the flexibility to make a quick stop for supplies on the way to the resort. Before the trip, I contacted STB Carib on WhatsApp to confirm that a brief 10-minute stop would be possible. I also reminded the driver when we got into the van. Despite both requests, the driver “forgot” to stop, which made the experience no better than using the less expensive hotel shuttle. Additionally, we purchased a cooler package advertised as containing five Coronas, five Cokes, and five waters for $40. During the drive, our party only consumed three beers and one Coke, and the driver left the resort with the remaining drinks (two Coronas, four Cokes, and five waters). Overall, the service did not meet expectations, and I would not choose this company again.

We came for family vac and was picked up from Cancun airport on luxury car. Everything was on time and even car waited for is since Delta was delayed. The ride was fast and smooth. Love it. Always will use this company and Mr. Moises Basilio.

We had no checked bags and said so, and Joaquin was there waiting for us early. He was great with the kids and offered everyone hand sanitizer, water, and Coronas for the parents. Well worth the money to get to the beach right away!

Our driver was amazing, very helpful and no complaints what’s so ever. My issue was i had paid for the benz minivan and that’s not the vehicle we got picked up in. It was still a nice vehicle but i specifically booked with this one under the impression we were getting THIS vehicle. Disappointed on that factor, other wise driver was at the airport waiting witha. sign, took care of myself my husband and our 6 month old!

I rented a Mercedes sprinter private transfer. After waiting 30 minutes, the sprinter never came and they put me in a SUV instead with my family. Terrible experience. Very disappointing.

Communication was easy via text message about who and where to meet the driver who was waiting outside for us ready to go. Our driver was extremely nice and the SUV was clean with drinks! Our kids loved the cool towels after a long day of travel.

Our Airline canceled our flight, and rescheduled it for the following day. This company did not care. Did not even attempt to help. They kept, no they stole our money, did not provide any service. The could not reschedule for 24 hours later, nope, they told me that I had to reschedule and re pay a new ride. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Erick was an excellent driver and host. Picked us up at the airport and dropped us off to PDC. Vehicle was nice and welcomed us with towels to freshen up and offered us complimentary water and beer. Nice to relax all the way to our destination. This is our 3rd time using the service. We will do it every time!!

If you want to avoid the hassle of finding airport transportation when you land in Cancun, I strongly recommend booking this luxury, private airport transfer. It has become my family’s preferred method of going straight from the airport to our hotel. We avoid the hassle of stopping at multiple hotels when booked through a less expensive airport shuttle service.

We have used to multiple time always clean cars with friendly drivers. Joaquin escalate was bi lingual nice and safe. Will continue to to use STP on future trips.

I initially paid for a Mercedes Benz van for pick up. During my flight, I received a message stating something happened to the van and was unable to be used, also stating I would have something similar to the Mercedes van. Upon the companies arrival, a GMC Denali was present for pickup. Although the driver was attentive and the vehicle was clean, it just wasn’t what I rented or had my intentions set on. Ultimately it was for a birthday surprise and kind of ruined my expectations.

So easy and great customer service. Our driver was Jorge and he was informative and easy to talk with. Everything from meeting Jorge to getting to our resort was seamless.

Excellent service from beginning to end. The escort took us to the driver, who was waiting with fresh washcloths and refreshing drinks. Amazing service from Josue who met us at the airport and stayed in touch all the time with us, and also San Juan who was our drive. It was a very easy and comfortable trip from Cancun airport to Playa del Carmen. We were offered sanitiser and cold towels on arrival and also free water & beers in the car. The car was air conditioned, spacious and also had a baby seat for those travelling with young kids.

I had a great experience with STP Caribe, when I arrived at the Cancun airport. Mr. San Juan was a delight, very friendly, accommodating, and he drove me to my resort safely. The Mercedes was very nice, and they offered beer and water for the ride. I arrived in Cancun by myself, meeting my party at the resort, and as a woman, I felt very safe. Highly recommend!
