Mary and Raúl are great hosts to Mexico. Reliable, welcoming and certainly the type of people you want to find as soon as you start or you finish your trip. If I or any of my family goes back to Quintana Roo, we will not hesitate to contact them back. Lovely, responsible people.

We had an amazing experience with Nativos Holbox Transfers! We booked just a few hours before our trip, and their communication was excellent — quick responses via WhatsApp and text made everything easy and stress-free. They were perfectly on time at the pier in Chiquilá to take us to the Cancún airport. Didnt came on time. Appointment 12pm and 1pm still no driver to see. Called alot Of times but none came up. Almost missed our flight. Luckly we found another taxi driver who speeded us to the airport.

If I could put 0 star I would! The driver never showed up and the telephone number was not answering despite dozens of attempts. I had to find myself a driver last minute and almost missed my flight! STAY AWAY: SCAM AHEAD !!
We arrived at the port chilaquila super easy to find the driver holding your name at the end of the port. Only advice would be don’t fall for the extra $ 200 pesos will try to charge you to take the faster road to Cancun airport the ride already includes it. Other than that arrived, had a pitstop to the restroom. The driver knew where everything was, and went directly to airport on time.
Save some money and book a shared shuttle from the port of Chiquila to Cancun airport… you will pay only 40 USD vs 180 USD for the private shuttle. We had some bad experience, they advertised a different experience as you will get (dirty car, no bottle of water etc)
Absolutely great experience Our driver was informative about the journey including bathrooms breaks From the moment we landed they were in communication to ensure we could meet and initiate the travel On the initial trip I asked my driver to slow down and he did so immediately and continued to do so for the reminder of the journey Make sure to ask them to travel via the tollway, its a small charge (200 pesos on June 2023) compared to the entire cost Also, tips in Mexico are about 10-15% and these guys do great jobs and go to the extreme to make the trip comfortable!
This was quite possibly the best transfer I have ever had in Mexico! I come down here a lot, and I have never had anyone be so gracious, prompt and friendly! This is a family owned business, and Raul was our driver. He was not only knowledgeable about the surrounding areas, but he was super nice, he had the air condition pumping, help us with our bags and had beverages waiting for us. Since they’re a smaller operation, I do suggest calling them as early as possible to book! In the high season I’m sure they get regular customers all the time:) thanks again for the ride. Nativos transfer was perfect. Seamless, too. Raul and Mary own the company and Raul was our driver on the return from Chiquila to Cancun. We enjoyed such a delightful conversation with Raul that made the 2hr+ ride for us super quick. Mary is great with the communication end of the business which is very important to my travel plans. Mary's confirming the day before the pickup, etc. was reassuring. (Which is not always present with other transfer companies.) They are our go-to transfer to Holbox!

I can not say enough good things about this service !! The communication before the trip was amazing I was always kept informed as to where to find the driver etc. We used this company after a recommendation from my sister whom also had a very good experience. We went from the airport to Chiquilá and then returned to playa del carmen. The price they charge is very competitive, it’s a family run business and the driver gave us so much information about Mexico it was like a tour in its self. If you need a transfer in Mexico theses are the guys to book with.
What a service, absolutely wonderful way to finish our holiday! We used Raúl Torres as we found it was the only service that we could choose our departure time from Chiquila to Cancun airport that got us to the airport with enough time for our flight. Airport transfers are pretty dull at the best of times but Raúl made an otherwise dull journey so enjoyable. We were greeted with a sign at Chiquila port by a friendly face who then helped with luggage to his car. Once in the car Raúl had a coolbox full of cold water and little bottles of beer to celebrate the end of our holiday, a really lovely touch. Along the way we chatted about other wonderful areas frequented by the locals in Yucatan that should be explored, and he was so enthusiastic to tell us about the day to day life of what it was like to live in this special part of the world. He also kindly stopped during the journey for a bathroom break, finding a clean, safe spot, and even stopped, unprompted to get us a local Mexican breakfast staple (freshly made cornbread) that he wanted us to try. Really first rate service and such a friendly guy. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who wants a quick, friendly and efficient service.
I used Mary and Raul to pick us up from Valladolid to Chiquila and also to go from Chiquila to the airport! Booking was super easy, no deposit was asked of us and Mary called to confirm in advance, they were super flexible with timing and even stopped along the way for fruit, treats and the bank!! We had such a fun ride both times, we talked the whole ride, learning about each others culture. If you are in need of transportation this is the way to do it! They care about the experience their customers are having and have great pride in their culture and are so open and willing to share it! I hope to see them again very soon.

We had an absolutely amazing time with Raul on our transfer to the airport. He was kind and respectful, sharing incredible stories about Mexican food, lifestyle, travel destinations and more. Our first car option canceled in the middle of the night. Tried this service instead. It was reachable by phone, the agent was super friendly helpful and clear, and everything was arranged without any confusion! Also— The driver was so nice! He met us with the sign, which just made everything feel a lot more put together. I really appreciated this company, the service, and the driver. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a private shuttle from holbox Ferry to cancun. Cost was average and worth it in these COVID times!

We used Nativos Holbox for transportation from Cancun airport to Chiquilla and back. Maria and Raul we so friendly and helpful. Our flight into Cancun kept getting delayed and Maria helped us book a hotel in Chiquilla as we missed the last ferry. Our driver was waiting at the airport even though our flight was five hours delayed. Comfortable clean vans, personable, friendly and dependable. We highly recommend them!
Amazing experience! Super friendly, bilingual and always willing to offer the best experience. We ask him to stop by at an store for some water and snacks and they did it. I would totally recommend their services as taxis. We worked as well with them on a trip to El Cuyo and they waited for us all day until we were done at el Cuyo.

It was all very good! Since I wrote the first WhatsApp, the conversation was clear and fluid, and always with a lot of respect. The same day they sent us the voucher and the name of who would take us. The price is much cheaper than others and the service was 100% door to door.
