OK, the app said to be there for pick up at the marina for 7, the captain does not get there until 8. English was ok at best, nice skipper and captain but no explanations of the plans and how they go about doing the "fishing".

Had a great time! Caught plenty of fish and will never forget the experience! I would suggest taking Dramamine before you go!

Lots of fun, Not lots of fish. Catching a fish isn’t guaranteed, but the ride is very interesting. The ocean is no joke! Take some Dramamine just in case. The crew was very friendly and very very helpful. I’d do it again

This was the worst fishing trip I ever did… Very disappointing deep sea fishing experience. What should have been an amazing activity was completely ruined by the captain’s behavior. As soon as we caught a sailfish, he wouldn’t stop trying to sell us a $1,800 USD taxidermy package. It was constant, pushy, and honestly very uncomfortable. We were there to enjoy fishing, not to be pressured into an expensive upsell. To make things worse, he refused to let us bring in the sailfish unless we agreed to pay. At one point, we were even told to hand off a rod with a hooked sailfish to another boat that was willing to pay. Completely unacceptable. This turned what should have been a once-in-a-lifetime experience into the worst fishing trip of my life. I do not recommend this activity at all.

It was great to be on there water fishing. I did catch a barracuda so that was fun. Thanks for taking the time to make memorable experience.

My son and I wanted to take some time on our family Cancun trip to fish. This company made it very easy and fun. You have to get to the Marina next to the hotel where they have the check in area, on our day there were about 50 people fishing, but they have many boats, so you pay for your dock fee and get assigned to a boat and captain. Once on the boat, the captain and deck hand have everything you need and help with bait, technique, etc. There were 5 of us on the boat, we all caught multiple fish, we didn’t luck into anything big, but other boats that went out that day did. To get there from Cancun just take an Uber, about $40 US at 6 AM. There was water, soda and beer included. A great 1/2 day boat experience, stress free. Highly recommend.

had an amazing time on the boat for this fishing trip. seas were rough and i had to puke over the edge of the boat but they took good care of me and we caught a couple of Barracuda but the best part was we caught a 4 foot + King Mackerel! i would highly recommend this charter.

Eddy and Lorenzo did an amazing job at guiding this tour. They worked their butt's off to make sure we caught fish. The first couple hours were very slow, as there was zero fish; however, the lack of fish was by ni means the guides fault. We did end up catching a huge barracuda and a bunch of yellow fin snappers that we had the restaurant on shore cook and it was so good! (Only 20 USD for the whole meal and a glass of wine and a beer). Overall it was a great experience despite the lack of fish the first couple hours.

The heated swimming pool was perfect for this time of the year. The food is good. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

I had arranged transportation for my son and husband through the fishing company. I was also told they would have an opportunity to take fish to restaurant nearby and have fish prepared. This was not offered. The crew just took the fish. Reference the transportation. After fishing the company said they did not have my husbands name in the computer. I called using what’s app. They advised they could not find anything. I referenced them to the messages we had in what’s up. 1 1/2 hours later. A bus came to pick them up. I was definately not happy. Neither where my son and husband left at the marina by themselves.

Was at ocean's creek hotel for the 2nd time on 02 to 03 December with my friends we had an amazing weekend with excellent food and drinks and great entertainment and a big thanks once again to Mr Kooshal and his team for taking very good care of us and making our stay so marvelous we will be back again next year for sure.

We reserved the Vacation Lodge. What an amazing place. Mrs. Gail at the front desk is a jewel. The room was GREAT. Amenities were clean and my little niece enjoyed them, The breakfast was good. It was just an overall great trip. Better than the cabins that we paid so much for in the past. The location was just what we needed in the center of everything. You can't go wrong with this spot.

Very disappointed with lack of communication even when I specifically asked the tour operator specific questions about time and meeting location. Then appare They only had one of the four of us listed to participate on their end but clearly saw amount of money paid for four and in one of the questions I specifically stated that me and my three boys are looking forward to it. Also it would be great to have known that this is not the season for great fishing. We did end up catching a few little ones but the captain told us fishing is great in June and on.

We caught some nice fish but it could have been more inclusive and interactive with the process. The boat was old and did not have a lot of seating on the fishing deck. It was clean, however, and the people were nice and worked hard.

We had fun at dessert safari. It was a nice experience speacially our tour guide abdul. Very accomodating and very friendy. Thank you guys

Tomas and Pepe took care of us. The seas were rough, but they tried different options trolling and bottom fishing to make sure we caught something.

We had a terrible experience with this tour operator. I communicated with the operator via viator to see if travel could be arranged for a fee 2 days prior. They said their systems were down and would let me know. I told viator that we would get our own because I had another excursion booked the following day and would not have time to do it later. The following afternoon around 4pm I got an email stating we were being picked up by them. I quickly found a phone number and communicated with the tour operator via whatsapp. I told them I had my own transportation and just needed clarification on where and what time to meet. They took several hours to respond with the information and I could not reschedule my own transportation which ended up being an hour early. I received a message after leaving with my own transportation that the driver they had arranged had arrived to pick us up even though I told them the day before we didn't need the ride. They also never would verify the end time. The booking itself on viator had said it was a 6 hour trip but my voucher did not indicate this. It ended up only being 4 hours. Therefore the pickup time I had arranged was incorrect. We waited around for 2 hours while my driver rearranged his schedule. To make matters worse, we did not catch a single fish which I realize is always a risk. My main complaint is lack of communication with the tour operator

Crew was great and the fishing was awesome. They did a great job baiting the lines for jigging and gave great recommendations and instructions for my son and I. Will definitely repeat.

These craftsmen, of remarkable humility in the face of their work, exercise an exceptional profession: that of Master Confituriers. My discovery of their jams began with a gift: an assortment of their creations. As a food lover, I was literally amazed by the intensity of the aromas. A question immediately arose: how can we achieve such a degree of perfection? Stung by curiosity, I went to their laboratory located on rue Louis Jérôme Gonthier, in Semblançay. Paulo welcomed me generously and explained to me for more than an hour, his manufacturing secrets, stressing the importance of fresh fruit and the requirement in every step of the process. I understood why his jams, made with almost alchemical care, are so exceptional. Paulo is not just anyone: he was named the 5th Master Confitmaker of the world, a recognition that is equivalent to that of Best Worker of France. When I left, I bought an assortment of their creations: apricot, blackcurrant, cherry cherry (sublime with an old county!), fig, strawberry, raspberry... Each pot was a real explosion of flavors. I even wanted to share this experience with my son, cook in the great Parisian palaces. During this second visit, he was just as impressed as I was by the exceptional quality of the products. Besides jams, we discovered their syrups (cherry, strawberry, raspberry), their caramels, and, for Christmas, their artisan fruit pasta, all equally remarkable. It is a bit of a shame that in Semblançay, these talented craftsmen are not put forward more. Karine and Paulo Batista contribute to the influence of our village far beyond the borders of the department. In them, no chemicals, no preservatives, no artificial flavors: only fruits, fruits, and still fresh fruits, some sugar and a lot of love. What more can I say? Everything is excellent at home, and their warm welcome puts balm at the heart. So, if you pass by Semblançay, do not hesitate: meet them. You won’t be disappointed, and you’ll understand why these jams are among the best in the world.
