Speedboat Across The Mangroves & Snorkel With Jet Ski Rental

My confirmation ticket and pdf had the wrong location. It sent us to Puerto Maya Jungle Cruise next to the dominoes. We arrived and they said they could not find the reservation. When I searched my email I found a separate confirmation with the location being Aquaworld. We barely made it in time and got majorly scammed by a cab driver who took us to Aquaworld. He told us it would be 10 usd but he ran my card for $171 and drove off before we realized it. Scamcun!. Snorkeling was canceled due to water conditions. No refund was possible. We were supposed to receive a lunch and that too did not happen. When we asked they said you can purchase it at the restaurant. Pictures were $100 usd. They were good, just pricey. It was a stressful experience logistically but the speed boat was fun.

From the briefing to the Mayan snack at the end of the trip, this was an amazing experience. Romel was our guide and he was fantastic. Besides giving great directions and giving us enough freedom to have a custom experience, he even found a lobster for us to observe during the snorkeling session. The Mayan tribute and show at the beginning made the entire experience and was a wonderful surprise to start the adventure. I only have 3 opportunities for improvement to share - 1. The show should have been much longer. It was probably about 15 minutes. I could have easily enjoyed that for another 2 hours at least. 2. The skeleton character, Jesus, should have had a more prolific role in the show. Beyond crushing the bongo like a champ, I’d really have liked to see how high he could have gotten his roundhouse kicks during the dance. He surely would have kicked higher than Tiger or Hawk man. 3. Not the fault to the ‘talent’ but we got stuck behind some visitors that were not willing to run after the Mayans at the end of the show. We were so excited to do this and I could even hear the Tiger character’s disappointment in the lack of participation. I felt like my stretching was all for nothing. Overall, this was one of the best excursion experiences I had when in Mexico and would highly recommend.

What an exhilarating adventure! We started with learning about Mayan culture with a show, then raced through the mangroves in our own speedboat. The snorkeling was phenomenal and our guide, Rommel, was fantastic! We added on the jet skis as well, and that was a BLAST!! Highly recommend!!!

Romel was great on the speed boat ! He did great with giving us instructions and even when we said we didn’t want to snorkel because I’m not a good swimmer he said come with me I got you and that he did ! I enjoyed myself this is a must do

Nice trip, where you can have fun, enjoy half an hour of jet ski (15 minutes per person), than have a short break with a mayan ritual (wasn’t originally written in the description, we joined another group for that), than carry on with a speedboat. That part was superfun- speedboat was easy, snorkelling near the coral reef and underwater figures was amazing. Guides did their job well. The only irritating things were: asking for tip on every step, I felt like I couldn’t turn around without being asked to give them money. The second one - tacos for lunch. The first time in Mexico I didn’t like the food. Cold, fried and dry tacos weren’t on my list of things to try. Third- bear in mind that the photos they take are super pricey- they want 59 USD for them.

Fun time but if traveling with big groups always expect delays and subject to separation. We had a good time

Great time on speedboat and snorkeling. Jimmy was detailed and made the trip very fun. The reef was beautiful.

The jet ski area is small, it would be more fun to have more space to play in. The speed boat was our favorite activity, only downside was other people in our tour group (not with us) driving their boat extremely slow. I was getting upset on the way to snorkel and heading back because other travelers were afraid to speed in a speed boat which is crazy! Maybe have 2 tour guides, 1 to pull out the slow pokes and 1 for the thrill seekers. Snorkeling was amazing!

Second year doing this same exact activity. So much fun. Our guide, Carlos, was awesome! If you want to do a speedboat/snorkel/jet-ski afternoon, this is it. And conveniently located to our hotel.

We enjoyed the speed boat but the snorkeling experience was amazing..Our Guide Roy had a great personality and his knowledge was incredible..I am not a swimmer and was nervous but Roy grabbed my vest and took me underwater where I saw the Mexican sculptures and the beautiful fish..He pointed things out and for this experience I have to say THANK YOU Roy for taking the time to make sure I had a great time and helping me create memories for a lifetime!!!

Great time at a reasonable price! Our family enjoyed it! Booking was easy and friendly customer service. It was on time and prompt!

The snorkeling was fun. Lots of fish. Couple of little bobbles but it was nice and the Coffee Tequila is really good.

It was an amazing first experience me and my partner loved it. Our tour guide was amazing as well. We stay on speed boats while others snorkeled.

Everything was amazing the only thing was we wish they had a camera guy for snorkeling. That's it. We will be back for sure.

Seeing the statues on the ocean floor in the lagoon was amazing. The boats were fun to drive and we thoroughly enjoyed the 30 minute jet ski ride that we added to our package.

Amazing experience with speed boat and jet ski. Snorkelling was something I was afraid to do all my life due to my personal reasons. But I tried it finally. And don’t regret. It was something unbelievable. I enjoyed every minute. Our guides were professional. Recommend to everyone to enjoy tour with them.

First we took the speedboat into the mangroves which is very fun and safe. Then we stopped in the middle of the ocean for our snorkeling activity. We were out there for 45 mins exploring the corals, fish, and underwater statues. Our tour guide uri showed us all of the cool things and statues underwater. After, we got on our jet skis and had very fun out in the water. It is truly a once in a lifetime experience. Complementary tequila tasting at the end of your excursions. Photos and drone videos are taken of you. Me and my partner loved this excursion.

Wonderful excursion. One of the best snorkeling experiences I’ve had. We will definitely go on this excursion again in the future. Highly recommend. Raul was an excellent snorkeling guide and made the trip very memorable.

Great experience, money well spent in Cancun, I just don't give 5 star because I think the receptionists could be a little more friendly, the instructor maintained the rules, the photographer was super nice and helpful and, the drone pilot was on point, really enjoyed.

Snorkeling was the most memorable part to me. The tour guides really made us feel comfortable and educated us on what to do and what not to do. The water was great and the speedboating and snorkeling and jet ski was amazing !

Communicated with reps about delays at airport needing to reschedule or be refunded no responses just took our money.

Speed boat and jet ski so much fun! And the snorkeling was one of the best ones I’ve done. Beautiful coral reefs! They take pics with drones and I was surprised how beautiful they came out! Great staff! Definitely worth your money! I was hungover a bit before heading here but I’m glad I made it! Definitely have to do if in Cancun

This was my first time doing any of these water sports. I enjoyed all of these events. It was very lengthy time to do all of the events.

Loved the experience!! We really enjoyed the speedboats and jet ski !!! Great time !! Snorkeling was a great experience but the day we went the waves was really big and current was hard ! Our tour guy had to pick us up because was could get back to the boat !!! Lol Overall we would come back again !! Loved !!!

We loved this activity, I am so glad that we chose to do it. We decided to this as we were looking for water activities and we had a blast. If you are looking for something super fun this is th best. Note that it is a bit demanding, so this ideal for anyone that looks after adventure. The speedboats were nice, the staff looks after you, keeping you safe at all times. Snorkeling was the best part, the perfect amount of time before you keep on going. The Jet-Ski Rental was so fun! I suggest to take the solo option, but it depends on your preference, Would do it again. Thank you Julio for the amazing time, we will come back soon for sure.

This was an amazing experience from the very beginning. Jimmy was our host, and he made us feel safe the entire time. Even when the engine on our boat failed, he was quick to return to get us when we stranded in the water. My only complaint was that I was told that my cost for the amazing photos and pictures and video would only cost $120 (the guy who sold them to me asked for prior approval), someone went ahead and charged my card an additional $30. Not happy about that, and I have already taken steps to rectify the issue. You are better off paying cash for most things in Mexico anyway. Lesson learned.

Our guide was named Chris, and he took me out in snorkeling to see the statues! It was an unbelievable mind blowing experience. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the JetSki’s and the speedboat! It was worth every single penny! As a matter of fact, is the best money I’ve spent here in Cancun! We are on our honeymoon and we but the pictures And video of the drone footage offered by the company. But, it doesn’t matter because it was an epic day that we will cherish for the rest of our lives!

Absolutely astounding! The speedboats are super fun, my favorite part was the snorkeling! If you're in Cancun definitely do it! We had Carlos as our guide, what a character! Super funny and very good at what he does! Will come back for sure!

100% would recommend this activity. It was better than expected and our guides were friendly and funny.

The weather prevented us from doing snorkeling at the reef but the team tried to make up for it with snorkeling in the lagoon. The small boats were fun. When our appointment time came for jet skiing we were told there weren’t any available. After 30 minutes of waiting we went for lunch. We didn’t get our value from this tour as we only experienced 1 of the 3 things advertised.

Tour guides were great, made sure you were comfortable and safe. The snorkeling was amazing, I’d recommend this tour to anyone going to Cancun! So much fun and worth every penny
