We went snorkling with our guide “Tobi”. It was a marvelous experience in which we saw beautifull fish, rays and even a green turtle! I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants a great experience and the price is very fair.

Great quick snorkeling tour with Bradley our guide and Joe our boat captain. We went with our 5 and 8 year olds and had a great time. We saw lots of fish, a turtle and it was great value.

Great trip all around. Brad our guide was very friendly and his love for the reef was infectious. (He also is a great photographer and we had some memorable pics of the family snorkeling with the fishes, that were reasonably priced. Thanks for those captured memories. Brad!). Trigger fish, yellow rays and a barracuda were seen, along with loads of schools of other fishes. We did the swimming in one go rather than broken up into two parts which was fine, although it was a bit tiring towards the end. The live coral were incredible to witness. The town itself had a nice chill vibe, and Lighthouse Tours was just a couple minutes walk from the beach. We would definitely recommend this tour and are glad we did the 45 minute drive from the hotel zone in Cancun, to do it. I can’t imagine doing one of the longer tours, the 2 hr tour was perfect. Shout out too to Capitan Joe for getting us to and from the reefs in his super cool shark painted boat.

We booked a 2 hour snorkeling excursion (3 of us). Amazing guides (Craig and Bradley) that explained everything clearly, got us right out into the water, and had us seeing rays, barracuda, parrot fish, etc. can’t say enough nice things about these guys. Incredible value and such nice people. Even helped my wife and I with getting around town to run some errands. Highly recommend!!

Amazing experience! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique snorkeling experience. We had multiple beginners in our group and Bradley was incredibly patient and allowed all of us to proceed at our own pace while helping us get over our fear. He made sure alol of us got to experience the coral reef and all the wildlife around us. Bradley was very knowledgeable about the wildlife and truly cared about the health of the reef and the wildlife within. 10/10 for Bradley, Capt. Joe and Tomas!!!

Had a great experience with this snorkeling company! Everything was well organized, the staff was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience really enjoyable. A special shoutout to the guy who helped me out when I forgot my swim shorts — he actually gave me a pair to use, which was incredibly kind and thoughtful. He also opened a brand-new bottle of tequila for me to taste without putting any pressure on me to buy it. That really showed how genuine and welcoming he was. Just got back from a 2 hour trip that was amazing. Craig was a fantastic, very knowledgable guide and couldn’t recommend him and this activity enough. We went as entire family for the first time snorkelling and Craig really looked out for our 7 year old daughter who was a little nervous. Shout out to captain Joe as well. Do this trip, you won’t regret it.

We had an absolutely amazing experience snorkeling at the Puerto Morelos reef! It was the first time snorkeling for our whole family, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The whole crew was fantastic — friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. I’m not a confident swimmer, so I was quite nervous at first, but Bradly stayed with me the whole time, helped me and made me feel completely safe and comfortable in the water. I’m so grateful to him because thanks to his support I was able to relax and really enjoy this beautiful experience. Joe and Greg, the Canadian guy, was also absolutely brilliant — so friendly, funny and helpful. The whole team created such a great atmosphere and really looked after us. The reef was beautiful and this was definitely one of the highlights of our holiday in Mexico. An unforgettable experience for our whole family and something we will always remember. My fiancé and I had an amazing time! Craig, Bradley, and Toby were not only incredibly educated about the reefs, but also were so friendly and made our tour feel personalized. We saw so many unique variations of sea life including a nurse shark, squids, eel, barracuda, yellow ray, and so much more! Loved every minute!

The price was good for 2 hours, There was only 9 people there, I saw a bunch of cool fish and animals Like the French Angelfish, and Spotted Eagle Ray, The guides we had Included Craig, Bradley, Joe and Kobo (I hope I got those names right) were very helpful, giving us a wonderful atmosphere like the one In the movies. Kind of like The little mermaid. Overall the experience was excellent and this trip is for those who like seeing cool underwater things and are good at swimming even if your not good at swimming they have buoys to help. 5/5 Stars Deserved

This experience was *amazing.* Craig and Bradley were friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and patient, especially with my 9 year-old, who was super apprehensive about not only being far out in the ocean, but snorkeling for the first time. I was nervous about taking my 9 and 11 year-old, neither who are super strong swimmers, but before we even set foot on the boat, Craig reviewed the safety measures, how he would frequently check in with us to make sure we were feeling safe and comfortable, and reiterated the safety measures he and Bradley have in place. There were 8 people total, which was the perfect amount to ensure that anyone who needed help or had questions could be heard. You could tell that they both care deeply about appreciating and protecting the reef; on the boat ride out, they talked about what we would see and how best to interact with the coral and wildlife, and on the return, talked about the factors that are threatening the reef and what steps are being taken to mitigate it. I loved every second of this excursion and spent the rest of our vacation telling everyone who expressed an interest in snorkeling how amazing Lighthouse Snorkeling was. 100% recommend.

It was really nice. My mother didn't want to swim and stayed in the boat but captain Joe made sure she still got to see a turtle. I was snorkling with my father and brother and Bradley showed us some beautiful fish and took a lot of great photos. It was a really nice experience and they were very friendly.

We had a phenomenal snorkeling trip this morning with Craig, Bradley, and Joe! They delivered a professional experience while maintaining a fun and engaging atmosphere. They made us feel comfortable and confident and were extremely attentive to any needs that arose, especially with our children in the group. Craig was very attentive to my son, who has Autism, and made sure he was comfortable and able to complete the entire excursion. Bradley took amazing photos at an affordable rate, so we will have plenty of memories from the trip. This by far was our favorite vacation excursion and we would not hesitate to book with them again! Our tour guides were Bradley, Craig and Joe. We had a group of 13 including 5 children. These gentlemen were so patient and accommodating. Craig and Bradley were so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about the sea life. The pictures that Bradley took were so amazing! The team is amazing. Craig helped us throughout the snorkeling experience since we were anxious being by ourselves in the ocean. Got to see amazing reef and marine life. The entire crew is great . Would definitely recommend both the experience and the team !

During summer in Purto Morelos, the seaweed tequites tgat you take a biat out to the reef where it is clear enough to see fush abd coral, spinges and anenomes. Our guide was great if you were an experienced snorkeler abd knew how to skim over tge coral areas snd getting close but not tou hing the reef. This allows you to see smaller species at a close distance. I like this and know how to keep voral safe, but I saw others touching diwn with flippers where they shouldn't. Our guide was not as infirmative on thus as he could have been. I had a great time, because I could linger above the coral fir a time abd observe m0re species. Our guide (and all of them I have experienced) could spend more time after the snorkel to answer questions about what we saw. They all tend to cate only if they found a few large species like sharks, turtles, and rays, but thete is much more to a reef than that! But fir the orive, it was fine!

Excellent!!!! Tomas and how crew were absolutely amazing for the snorkeling. He booked us transport from the hotel, was easy to communicate with and we received such a warm welcome. They knew exactly where to take us to see the most wildlife. We saw a sea turtle, an eel, a puffer fish, a shark and a huge eagle ray. It was amazing! We decided to come back to the beach the next day and Tomas let us borrow a cooler and snorkeling gear for the beach, then my husband ended up booking a fishing tour with him. We took tequila shots together and had a great time with them. Unfortunately for him, I saved his number in my contact list so he'll never be able to get rid of me.

Captain Ritchie was great. He was really patient with my 7 year old. Bradley did an amazing job in the water of showing us different fish and showing us the amazing under water coral.

Our family of 4 adults and 5 kids, aged 4-11, went out with Team Sharkey-Shark earlier this week. Craig and Richie were both in the water with us, after teaching the 2 six-year olds how to breathe and kick with fins. We saw amazing wildlife on the reef - eagle rays and a turtle - but the best part was how they helped everyone have a great time. As kids got tired they were able to get back in the boat where captain Joe pointed out some more turtles to them while we finished our tour. Finally, when we returned to the office everyone was fun, gracious, and patient as we rinsed off in the rainwater and got some coconut snacks from the stand. So good that we might go back again tomorrow!
