We had a nice time during this activity.. It was my mom's first time going parasailing and she was scared. However, the crew was reassuring and helpful with easing her fear. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that it's over so fast. Literally 10 minutes in the air. Overall, a great experience. 👍🏾😊

I had fun. I felt safe. They explained everything, and the drone pictures were nice af. There’s 3 staff members on board all willing to help. I loved the super cold water at the end of the ride lol I love ice cold water. 10/10

Had a great time! It was easy to check in even though they said my appointment was at 12p but I booked it for 2pm. I had my ticket with the right time on it & they fixed it and we were good to go! Everyone was very welcoming!!

Paragliding was an amazing experience! At first we were scared, but the crew was very kind, professional, and reassuring. They made us feel safe and confident that we would enjoy it — and they were absolutely right. The flight was so relaxing and beautiful, and the weather was perfect with almost no wind. Everything went smoothly and we loved every minute of it. Highly recommended!

It was really fun. I got some awesome photos. The guides were very experienced. The seats surprisingly don’t have seat belts, but it was so smooth that it wasn’t necessary.

It's so beautiful from up there! It felt like being on a Ferris wheel above the ocean. Our crew was fantastic ensuring we were thoroughly enjoying ourselves and safe the entire time.

We purchased at our resort, Excellence Riviera Cancun, and the entire experience was fantastic. It was safe and easy. We booked a taxi who drove us and waited during the experience. The entire thing was $105 US per person.

Our parasailing was cancelled due to wind and we did not receive any notification and travelled for 1 hr and paid $40 for uber one way to get there just to find out it was cancelled

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. If you ever decide to go parasailing in Mexico, id highly recommend you do it with them.

It was really fun I had a blast at first then the wind picked up and it felt like it was gonna turn on the side and was scary for my first time parasailing and had them land a little earlier than supposed but now i think it was hilarious how I was scared and would do it again lol

Very disappointed with the customer service. We booked a scuba diving activity for my husband and my son, but the night before, my son developed a sinus infection and a fever, making it impossible for him to dive. We informed the team right away and chose to switch to different activities he could still enjoy, without even requesting a refund. Unfortunately, when we tried to use the credit, the prices for the alternative activities suddenly increased without a clear explanation. In the end, nothing was done to honor the prices we had originally been quoted. These experiences are not inexpensive, and when unexpected situations happen, fairness and flexibility really matter. Be very careful and double-check pricing before agreeing to anything. Based on this experience, I would not use their services again.

Tomorrow is my birthday and I am so glad that I came parasailing today! The staff was incredible, the weather was perfect. The ride was everything. I wish I could come back again tomorrow on my actual birthday and do it all over! Thank you thank you thank you thank you

Parasailing was an incredible experience! The crew was professional, friendly, and made the entire process feel safe and easy from start to finish. The takeoff and landing were smooth, and the views from up in the air were absolutely breathtaking. It was the perfect mix of relaxing and exciting, and the staff made sure everyone was comfortable the whole time. If you’re on the fence about parasailing, do it — it’s 100% worth it and something we’ll definitely remember forever.

Amazing staff and all the experiences are highly recommended. Prices are a little bit high for the time spent on m sky runner, also pictures are very expensive

The parasailing part was awesome!! It was my first time going and it was not as scary as I thought. Now the driver of the boat, was good as far as driving goes. But he was hitting on us so hard it made us uncomfortable. He kept telling us that he wanted all 3 of us for himself and he wanted us to shake our asses for him and the crew.

We were booked with another tour for paragliding and got canceled for weather and I’m so glad we did because our Aquaworld experience on a Monday afternoon was perfect. Quick Uber from our hotel in the Hotel Zone, we arrived and were on the boat quickly. I’ve done tandem flights before but this was my first in a chair style rig rather than harnesses, and I really liked it. We even added on a jet ski ride before we left and that was great too, including a little help when we fell off (!) or wanted to change drivers. All in all a great experience with minimal hassle coming and going.

Everyone at Aquaworld were friendly, knowledgeable, patient & displayed exemplary customer service. My sister & my parasailing experience was so AMAZING we canceled our clear boat tour with another place &are headed back today for their clear boat tour.

It was good but we were a bit disappointed in the view. We thought we would be parasailing in the ocean but were taken to lagoon. The ocean was calm and clear blue that day but we were taken to the lagoon opposite the ocean where the waters were grey. We saw many other tours operating in the ocean later that day and were kind of disappointed by booking on TripAdvisor in advance not knowing where we will be taken. Probably best to book on the spot than book on TripAdvisor.

Great experience. Although nature had it that that day was not a windy one. Good communication from captain and helper, photographer was also very supportive.

Sailing itself was great. The address communication was off. We looked up the physical address that was listed and we were taken too a beach. Hiked all the way across the beach after asking workers where Aquaworld was. After about 20 minutes of walking we found the booth, checked in and waited for the ride. We were taken too a boat on jetski and got into the sail and then were informed we were at the wrong place. Unloaded and got back to the beach and had to hike back to our car and thank goodness the place still took us as we were an hour and a half late.

Not only was the staff rude and money hungry, but their wad a group of 7 of us and they only let us go in the air for 4 mins not the full 10 mins like the discritption says. They were rushing to get off work and made my friend who wanted to go by herself squeeze in with 2 other people. The staff was dismissive and rude! We were cheated out of our full 10 mins and treated poorly! I would not reccommend spending your money here! They didnt even splash us in the water even though we asked and they didnt take us high high in the sky . I was so excited to parasail for the first time, this was a huge disappointment.

I had a great time! The staff here was wonderful & very friendly, I definitely will be back soon!💯 the excursion wasn’t long about an hour because there are other people with you doing the excursion but you spend about 10 minutes in the air and it’s beautiful

Booked through the Breathless Resort Cancun. Paid $450 for a half day trip to only get to hold a pole for 20 minutes. We did get to watch the crew fish for 2 1/2 hours. Do not waste your money. This is NOT deep sea fishing at all.

Advertisement for fees should be upfront. The customer service was not handled professionally when explaining docking fees.

I booked a parasailing and jet ski tour through their website and specifically requested a beachside experience. However, when we arrived, it was actually on the lagoon side, and the receptionist was rude when we tried to clarify the booking. Despite this, the kids decided to go ahead with the tour. The tour operators themselves were great, but the overall service at the facility was disappointing. After parasailing, we were told there would be a 45-minute wait for the jet skis, which we weren't informed about beforehand. Additionally, to store your bag in their rusty lockers, they require you to leave your passport as collateral for the keys! One of the jet skis in our group had issues with throttling and didn't perform as well as the others.

Amazing price and amazing experience. Really nice people. Instructions are very good and clear and the ride lasted about 15 minutes.

We booked with Aqua tour from Fiesta Americano our resort and everything happened seamlessly and effortlessly! We did 3 activities the parasailing, swimming with the dolphins, and Isla Day tour. My only complaint is charge the other fees up front (pictures, dock fee) other than that the tours were amazing! Everyone was fun with positive energy and got us through our choice safely!

Highly recommend super farm, super exciting and most of all a wonderful experience and I can’t wait to do it all over again

Good: We saved about $10 by booking it with Discova inside of the Hyatt resort. We only had to wait maybe 20 minutes before it was our turn. It definitely is adrenaline filled. It was pretty cool experience and views! Bad: It honestly felt very dangerous. I wasn't strapped into anything. I was just sitting on a chair made of metal poles and sent really really high up. I'm so grateful the wind didn't suddenly change or there wasn't any quick move to the boat because I definitely could have fell very high up to my death... I might be being dramatic 🤷🏼‍♀️ but it's way different than my other locations like Myrtle Beach parasailing experience. It definitely has better views but way less safe. Another person from the couple who was on the boat with us was getting physically sick because the water waves were so bad. Another couple had no idea how that jet ski ride to the boat would be so hard on their bodies and expressed it being really painful to their backs. The other couple is getting off the jetski said "it was shocking" because then nearly fell off he was going so fast and he just had to hold on to this random guy, 3 people on a jetski. 😬 Getting on the boat from the jet ski and back onto the jet ski from the boat was very difficult. And we're pretty in shape! I personally wouldn't do it again.

Captain and his crew were very kind and polite, they explain everything really well to know what to expect of each other activity, we did 3 activities, Isla mujeres, submarine recommended it was really great for kids the experience is awesome and parasailing, love it!

It helped that we came on time, we were able to enjoy a nice little boat ride and some pictures on the way to the boat with the sailing equipment. The crew made our safety our priority at all times. The weather was perfect and clear. We got great pictures too!
