Roundtrip Private Transfer From Cancun Airport (Cun)

Great communication and professional service. Driver was waiting for my arrival. Company called to confirm when trip was nearing.

The driver never showed up and no one answered their customer service phone, SMS or WhatsApp. Do not use.

The immigration line at the Cancun was very very long due to there system problems. We were stuck there for nearly 2hrs and 30mins. By the time we came the transportation left and when I called them there was no answer. We were stuck at the airport and had to pay double the money to reach our hotel

I ordered a trip from Cancun airport to the hotel zone with this company but they never came to pick me up very poor service very bad.

Waited over two hours for a ride that never happened. Called several times but never received a positive response.

At the airport, we waited for two and a half hours and the agency couldn't get through, so we paid 110 dollars and took a taxi. I'm so angry!

Our driver was exceptionally nice and friendly. We waited about 20 minutes to get picked up upon landing.

The booking was done 3 months prior to the trip. And then reconfirmed via Viator messages 2 weeks prior to arrival. I was told everything was good until I arrived, we were told we were not on the list and would not be give a ride to our destination. I tried reaching out to the company multiple times and so did the operator in-charge of the scheduling. As you can see I have evidence of my attempts at calling the company along with the operators phone log's of trying to reach the company multiple times. No response was given and we checked the schedule and indeed our names were not on the list for pickup. We were stranded at the airport and ended up getting a taxi which cost us more then the roundtrip charge were initially payed to this company. Were want to get a refund for our taxi expenses as well which is $125 which we were forced to pay after we were stranded at the airport every after multiply confirmation attempts to make sure we would be given service. They only reached out to us AFTER we were compelled to get a taxi as we did not want to be stuck at the airport. This was the worst experience you can have for someone newly arriving to a new country for the first time. I would not recommend this company to my enemy let alone my friends.

First, both drivers were really nice, so hopefully you get one of them. But, if you think a nice sedan like the picture is coming to pick you up, that was not my experience. Although it was private, both were older vans that had broken seats and one did not have working seatbelts. In my opinion, the ad is misleading.

We were met and picked up promptly. Our return trip went smoothly and our pick up was on time for our return to the airport. Very professional drivers. The only thing I would have liked is a local contact number since this company is based in Columbia and not Mexico and our transportation was in Cancun.

I paid for a private CAR round trip service. I got picked up in a car but the return trip to the airport I was picked up in a van not good at all

It was confusing considering it was my first time in Mexico. But I couldn’t find the people so I had to ask another person to take me to them. I requested a private car that was supposed to come with food and drinks but I got a private van with nothing. The driver was fine and the ride was very scenic and great.

The driver was very good when we finally met with him. The experience of getting to him at Cancun Airport was terrible. We were accosted by three people who claimed to be part of Viator but in reality they were all employed to sell you some crap you didn’t want or need- mainly tours and trips and alternative taxi options. Everyone we met at the airport was basically a con artist. Nobody had any identification as a member of Viator staff. Although we booked and pre-paid for a private taxi we were constantly told that we would have to share a van with other groups of people. I will cancel the return half of my trip and never use you again

Our round-trip with this company was fantastic. I received/sent communication with them about our pick up at the end of the trip and was able to change our pick up time well before we had to leave. My only recommendation would be to ignore all the sales reps in the Airport and go straight outside to pick up area and all the sales reps try to get you while your exiting the airport. The only Cons: They need to tell you to go outside, that your driver is not going to meet you inside at all and you have to look real close at the boards the host is holding to find your name. The Pros: The Host and Both drivers for the pick up and drop off where great!

I booked a luxury car they arrived in a normal van after waiting 30 minutes for them to show up the driver was nice but the ride was terrible

The service was available at the airport on arrival. On day back to the airport driver shows up at 4:05 AM and was supposed to be there at 7:45 AM. He refused to come back so we had to pay an additional $30 to another company to get us to the airport. When you try to call Viator, they refer you to the Taxi driver. I believe this was intentional bc they wanted us to do a survey immediately after we were picked up at the airport and taken to the resort. Who would schedule a 4:05 AM pick up? Only gave 2 stars bc person who picked us up was so friendly and informative.

No one was there to pick us up. We had to ride on a van to a separate location. We waited in total over 1 hour for a car that was tiny with type of luxury. The picture shows a Mercedes and they gave us a Ford. I highly recommend to use another company

Adrian was amazing! Friendly CLEAN service! Felt very safe to pull up in a Suburban and not have to congregate with others in the times of Corona. In that short time with Adrian he told us all the places we should visit to get an authentic feel of Mexico! Top notch service will be booking again and asking for Adrian.

We booked a private car so we didn’t not have to experience the chaos that awaits you when you exit the airport. The company had on all different colored shirts none of which bore the name of the company on our booking registration. Their signs had multiple names on them making it difficult to spot them. When we did finally locate them we had to wait over 30 minutes for the car to arrive. The driver was courteous and is the only reason I would even give this company one star.

I was provided excellent service in my private transfer. I appreciate the kindness and the clean vehicles as well. I will continue booking with this company.

Our flight arrived in Cancun after 8 p.m. so the usual gauntlet of timeshare touts between customs and the exit doors was absent, thankfully. And once outside, there was our driver holding a sign with my name in big letters. Even though it was a typical collectivo van, it was just us and the driver for our trip to the hotel. The return was equally slick. The van arrived at the hotel on the dot and deposited us for departure at Terminal 2 in plenty of time to browse the duty free mall. We felt the price was very reasonable for the added social distancing. Reserving and prepaying through Viator was so easy, we did it twice this fall, once for a private airport transfer to Cabo, and again in Cancan.

Reliable round trip transportation from Cancun airport to all inclusive. My daughter and I were met at the airport by a charming driver who made us feel welcome! Return trip a week later was right on time and dropped us at the terminal where we breezed through bag check, ticketing and security. Will definitely use again. We did not have a car but a nice van all to ourselves.

We recently used Viator for round-trip transfer from-to Cancun Airport to Cancun Hotel Zone. We had a wonderful experience. The drivers were prompt (actually early) and very professional and courteous. This is not the first time we used Viator. Always a good experience; we'll us them again.

My transfer hotel airport was included and I was NEVER answered to schedule the hotel and time. I called the phone that came on the reservation, the phone of the page, the whats to everywhere and NEVER NOBODY ANSWERS!!!! I booked my trip with despegar.com and in MY TRANSFER GROUP NOBODY ANSWERED ME. I ended up returning to the airport in another taxi and obvious with cost.
