If you are wanting to book a yacht experience, this is definitely the company to book with the staff on the boat was so attentive. We had a good time we were able to drive the boat, and we even looked the extra hour on the water.
The planning and Staff was so great! We appreciate the trip and it was so beautiful to swim in the ocean. However the boat was really dingy and dirty… we didn’t feel like we were surrounded by a clean environment at all.
The Service was excellent but it was not the Yacht that I rented. The Yacht that I was given was a little cheaper to rent. So I paid extra for nothing.
The crew was nice, a little more work on collection of fees. It's a very fine line between great customer service and a tinge of rudeness.

This was a great experience, everything was so easy to coordinate - the food, the music, etc. We got to bring our own drinks and they provided the food for an extra cost. It was affordable to split the cost between our group of friends. The employees on the boat were nice and super helpful! The boat was cute and clean.
This excursion exceeded my expectations in every way. The communication beforehand was clear and prompt, which made the entire process smooth and reassuring. All the staff and guides were attentive and highly professional, ensuring that I felt safe and well cared for. I chose to go on a solo two-hour ride , and it was such an enjoyable experience that the time seemed to fly by unnoticed.
We had the BEST experience with this group. They were great with communication and made sure our drinks never got cold. They were the best and it was the best part of our trip!
Crew and booking staff were amazing as always, we charter with them every year. Pancho is my personal favorite of the crew. This year we added the drone pilot selection. I recommend going with the more expensive tier and having the photographer on your boat. Otherwise the videos stop early in your sailing. We didn't know and most of our video is us just sitting around
The staff was absolutely amazing! It was just me and my friend, and as women we felt safe and secure with the staff. They were extremely attentive to our needs and very respectful. I would highly recommend to everyone!
We had the best time on this yacht!! All the crew was amazing! We hired the photographer Daniel and he was the best. He took so many photos in and out of the water.
They advertise one boat and then give you completely different one. The boat we paid for (in the listing) is a double deck yacht with a nice upper deck and canopy. We specifically picked a boat with a lot of shadowed seating. They also send you photos of this exact boat over WhatsApp, so no reason to suspect anything beforehand. While when we arrived, the actual boat was a single deck yacht with a small canopy and way less seating. One bench next to the captain and one more behind it. That's it. The boat is very old and in a poor condition: toilet leaks flushed water back to the floor, seating cushion covered with cuts and holes, hand rails are falling off. The front of the boat has a dangerous round whole in the floor, loungers are so dirty and old that they turned grey lol. The crew is nice, although almost no English. When we got back and told management about the wrong boat issue, they confirmed it's their mistake, apologized, but that's it. Definitely not worth $1000 for 4 hr (excluding dock fee and tips). They do have that other double deck yacht listed here - when we came back we noticed it in the dock, so yeah make sure you triple check with them they not gonna swap it last minute.
The experience of a lifetime. Yes, you actually drive the locomotive for an hour. A bucket list item for me. Plan ahead as reservations go fast.

I booked my aunt's bachelorette party trip with this company and can't recommend the experience enough! The day I booked, I got a message from Martha, the person who coordinated with me all of my accommodations. She answered any of my questions within 24 hours for months leading up to our trip! We were sent a food/beverage list with prices, and we easily coordinated what we wanted on our 6 hour trip. Prices were reasonable, and if you didn't finish anything, you could take whatever you bought back with you. The company also set up round-trip transportation from our resort which made planning that less stressful. The staff the day of the event were amazing! We had Amir, Luis, and Macaroni. They were energetic, kind, and always made sure our drinks stayed full! They even set up a table for our food outside of the boat, so we didn't have to keep going down into it. The water was the most turquoise we had ever seen, and no waves where they took us to drop anchor. Some of the girls went ashore and shopped, while others stayed back and enjoyed the music! They let us play our own music, and the speaker was beyond suitable for our party. Some girls who get motion sick were worried about us choosing the 6-hour option - but we all agreed it was the perfect amount of time! This was the perfect send off to give my aunt before her big day! 10/10 would do it all over again.
We were a group of 13 people ranging in age from 11 to 73, and from the very beginning this experience was exceptional. Ahead of time, we worked closely with Martha to confirm all details, and she was wonderful to work with, responsive, thorough, and extremely organized. We opted to pre-pay all fees in advance, including dock fees and our selected menu, which made the entire day completely seamless and stress-free. We also booked round-trip transportation directly from our hotel, and this was absolutely worth the expense. Being picked up right in our hotel lobby and dropped off directly at the marina, and then returned the same way, removed any logistical concerns and allowed our entire group to simply relax and enjoy the day. Upon arrival at the boatyard, the staff was well organized and efficient. We quickly received all necessary information and were escorted smoothly onto the yacht. Our crew consisted of three team members. Two did not speak English, but communication was never an issue. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and constantly focused on making sure we were comfortable and having the best possible experience. Drinks were offered continuously throughout the entire six-hour excursion, and the crew was happy to follow our preferences for how we wanted to spend the day. We began with a stop for snorkeling, followed by time closer to shore where they set up the water mat and allowed us to lounge, swim, and relax for a couple of hours. It was the perfect balance of activity and leisure. As the afternoon progressed, we cruised through the water with breathtaking views as the sun began to sink toward the horizon. Just before sunset, we mentioned that we would love to see dolphins. The crew immediately took us to a known dolphin sighting area, and we were incredibly lucky to see dolphins in the wild, an unforgettable highlight of the trip. Midway through the day, we began running low on drinks, and without hesitation one of the crew members actually swam to shore to bring back additional beverages. This level of service was above and beyond anything we expected and truly speaks to how dedicated and hospitable this crew was. The experience would have been completely different without them. The yacht itself was beautifully maintained and truly felt like a full luxury experience from start to finish. Everything about this excursion was thoughtful, well-executed, and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this private yacht experience to anyone visiting Cancun. It was one of the highlights of our trip, and I am so glad we chose to do it.

We didn’t go on the boat we expected but the staff made the trip! They went above and beyond for us from start to finish. We caught a fish, managed to do some snorkeling and managed to catch the sunset! 5* highly recommended Tony was brilliant! (I can’t remember the other 2 members of crew’s name but they were both excellent.
Overall, the service itself was very convenient and well organized. The team was responsive from start to finish, handled the logistics smoothly, and made the booking process easy. Communication was clear, and the crew on board was friendly and professional — I still tipped them well and thanked them for their efforts. Unfortunately, the experience was significantly impacted by mechanical issues with the yacht. During the trip, the engine was smoking making a few folks nauseous , and on the return we were unable to go more than about 5 miles per hour. What should have been a much shorter ride back ended up taking almost 2 hours, which cut into the enjoyment of the day and was concerning given the condition of the boat. Because of these issues, I’m only able to give this trip 3 stars. I’m currently waiting to hear back regarding what type of reimbursement or adjustment will be offered, which has been a bit frustrating given the circumstances. If the mechanical reliability had matched the quality of service and planning, this would have been a much stronger experience.
The most fair way to review... the good, the bad and the ugly... The good.... GREAT communication pre boarding, seemed reasonably priced, short notice and they found us something to go out. The 3rd party driver provided, Juan Carlos, was an absolute pro. A true ace, great experience getting to the marina and back. I will say, even though there was zero english on board and I mean zero, the 3 guys that were working were at least trying and were friendly. I have to give them credit there. The BAD.... Our boat was held together literally by tape on the windows... actual tape. Rope on the stair cases and not a single phrase of english could be uttered by any of the 3 men on the boat, including the captain. Had we not had a cursory understanding, think sophmore in HS, level of Spanish, we would have been totally up a creek without a paddle. The waves were so bad on the way to the island, that 2 of our crew got seriously ill. It was like being out on the Pacific for a whale watch. We probably had no business going out there that day. The crew even told us that we picked a "mal dia" and by the time we got to the island, the captain looked a little green too. Soaked and freezing cold, holding onto your kids to not fall off the boat was not a ton of fun. The UGLY.... Well, our non english speaking guides eventually dropped us off at a dock and a restaurant/marina called Muelle 7. STAY AWAY. It was there that we learned, for the first time, that we had 90 minutes only and that we could pay 20.00 USD a person to depart their private dock that we were brought to without our consent, or we could dine at their fine establishment for lunch and circumvent that fee through our patronage? Given the timing, we had little choice. Eat we did.... For those of you that have ever travelled into somewhere off the beaten path in Mexico/Cancun or Isla directly, you can understand that spending 550.00 USD for 9 people at lunch, with 5 kids in your party , of the 9.... well that isnt really in line with what things cost over there. Not be a country mile. In any event, we were trapped, they had us, we were starving and thats just the way it goes sometimes... when we were done squaring up, we left a 40.00-50.00 tip in cash on the table and were accosted that this establishment commands a 20% gratuity. That was the last straw... a worker in Cancun makes 20-30 dollars A DAY... a 100.00 tip for a serverely overpriced tourist trap was ridiculous. We left and went back to our rickety vessel and non english speaking crew and thankfully had a non choppy, smooth ride back to the marina. When I reached out to the tour company via whatsapp about the experience, I was ignored of course..... You could do worse... but you could for sure do better. I mean... you have to tell people if you are going to trap them somewhere and pull the sophie's choice routine... Kind of a bummer of an experience overall.
Boat is great with captain and crew amazing!! Be aware the add ons.. pictures, food, transport! I spent 1500 USD for boat and transport.. had to pay extra to get back
The boat was great. The crew was excellent. It was advertised as a snorkel experience but they had no snorkels on board so we just had to hold our breath. In addition we only had 6 guests and they only had enough life jackets for 4 people.

We had a great time on a very good sized boat with plenty of seating both in the sun covered and indoor. The drivers were knowledgeable and made our experience so much fun. We were able to anchor the boat and go swimming for about half an hour and everyone had a great time. Would definitely recommend this excursion and book again when we return to Cancun.

Great experience from start to finish. We used their transportation from our hotel to the marina. Everything was smooth! We saw beautiful blue water, turtles, and some fish while snorkeling. The food we ordered was okay, the taco meat was very dry, but overall everything was great!

An absolutely fantastic sunset ride — this was our favorite thing we did on our trip! Captain Jose and his crew Roberto took very good care of my family and were very accommodating. Roberto took us snorkeling and showed us great spots to find a lot of fish. We got to see squid, a string ray, a sea slug and so many schools of fish! The boat is very nice and the catered food was delicious! We will be back again!
