It just was not a very attractive reef and we didn’t see much of anything Disappointing

This was an excellent way to see the second largest coral reef in the world. The tour was informative and they truly care about the reef and the ocean. Calina and Manu were great tour guides!!

We had a brilliant experience we did only book to do a basic tour however on hearing what was included in the vip tour for a bit of extra money we were so glad we paid extra. I saw a turtle which was a dream! Big shout out to our guide Landi for being so brilliant. The tequila tasting was another highlight with Francis, we arent tequila lovers but it was a fantastic experience. A brilliant day out.

Karina and Maui was a good tour guide. We had a good experienced eventhough I dont know how to swim. Francis was good story telling too about tequila we enjoyed it too much. We purchased the flavoured which is the coconut.

Fun experience the tour guides were fun knowledgeable and very accommodating. Maui and Carina were amazing especially Carina who was helping my wife and I since we arent the best swimmers and having trouble with our equipment. Everyone made the experience memorable. The snorkel experience was amazing. Our guides, Rodó and Manu were great! Very friendly, informative, and helpful. Outside of the snorkel experience being amazing, The only feedback I’d add is that there was a bit of wasted time, especially if you don’t drink. A good amount of time was spent of the tequila tasting and education, this is something I personally enjoyed as Francis provided a great educational and fun experience. However if drinking is not something you do, this might not be the thing for you. Next, the entire group had to wait if someone wanted to tip by card, and then again had to wait for transportation to the restaurant (which the tacos were not great, edible that’s about it) this was slightly annoying. The tour process itself needs a little refinement, it’s a bit too commercialized and can feel a bit like a sales pitch- NO reflection on the guides, they were awesome. I’ve done a fair share of tours, and some are great and some are ok. This one was good for a first time, I’d love to have the same tour guides on my next snorkeling adventure but hope there are different tour options available.

Very upset with this tour. The price is probably right for what you get but don’t let the headline and “beach club” make it sound fancy. It was gross. First prior to booking I called and asked if we could switch out because I had kids younger than 6, and asked if they could come. They had said yes. Later upon confirmation I was told a different story. Fortunately the tour guide actually did let my husband and I switch out, so if they tell you it’s not possible I will tell you yes it is. The ride to the beach club isn’t long but the vehicle was full and had zero air condition. Upon the arrival to the beach club we were met with tacos that were very bland and dry. The pool was green and stunk terrible and the beach chairs had their stuff (flags) on it so we couldn’t use. The beach was filled with seaweed and that isn’t the tours fault. The water was brown because the seaweed so we were at least looking to get into the pool during the hour and half at the beach club. It’s pretty sad when it stinks so bad and the service is terrible that you look at getting your own taxi back to the resort to end the tour early. The snorkel guides were really nice though. My family had a few other options booked with this company and we actually canceled them because of how rough this tour was. If I could dispute this through my cc I would get my money back. Not worth the money at all.

This is the #1 thing to do in Cancun? So much waiting around for shuttles. No snacks for kids on the boat. We got picked up at 8 am and didn’t get food of any kind until 2 pm. That is too much of a gap for kids. The snorkel tour itself and the guides were great, but there was so much poor logistics in between. 60 minutes of snorkeling but you have to budget 7 hours of your day if you’re getting picked up from your resort. Drinks not included for lunch. Kids don’t want to sit and hear about how tequila is made for an hour.

We got picked up at our resort at the scheduled time. Welcomed into the check in area at adventure location, given wrist bands & was given a tour of the building so we knew where everything was...the bathrooms, showers, gift shop, locker area. It was very convenient that we could buy our swim shirts on site as sunscreen is not allowed (even reef safe sunscreen) to help protect the reef. Once we were changed into our swimsuit & swim shirts we needed to rinse off in the showers to rid any chemicals that could transfer into reef. Got fitted for life jackets & then went over the rules/regulations with tour guides Maui, Karina & Alexis(photographer). Then as a group we walked to the dock where we loaded onto the boat where we then were given flippers and mask & snorkle. Some introductions and information were given on our ride to the reef which wasn't long at all. I really appreciated that they checked each person mask fit and verified our ability to use snorkel correctly. We then hopped into the water and enjoyed the beauty of the reef. It was f***ing great 🤟! We saw a barracuda, a few stingrays, multiple fish..big and small & some impressive corals. Once snorkeling was done, we showered and changed into clothes to attend a presentation of the tequila making process & tasting with Francis which is right on site. That was very informative, even learned the correct way to drink tequila. We tried about 6 different kinds, all very good! Francis was a great instructor, very funny! Had the ability to purchase a bottle as well. After that, Karina led us to the local restaurant where we had the choice of chicken, fish or vegetarian tacos. Drink is not included so make sure to bring money for that. Here you could review your pictures that were taken while snorkeling and have ability to purchase. On our walk over to the restaurant as a group, Karina stopped at a few photo op areas & was full of interesting information and facts about the area. After tacos Karina made sure we got on our correct transportation back to our resorts. Maui and Karina were so fun to be around and we felt so safe the entire time not only during snorkeling but the walk through the town as well. I would recommend this 1000%!

We did snorkelling and tequila tasting. Snorkelling was so amazing, Landy and Rodo guided us all the way and we spotted Nurse shark, Sting ray, barracuda and a bunch of other fishes. Omar took wonderful pictures and Francis guided us for the tequila tasting. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend.

We went for this with Landy and group. The whole experience was beautiful. I am not an expert swimmer but they helped me have a great time. Thanks for the day. Would highly recommend.

Amazing tour. Constant communication. Any questions and they are a text a way. Rondo & Emi were great tour guides. When I started venture out of the line- they got me back in line. I’m sure we were like herding cats!🐈‍⬛ great experience. 5 Stars from me!

✅ pick up and drive off was straightforward ✅ guides (Charlie) was friendly ✅ boat ride no sea sickness! ✅ lovely female street vendor outside the taco restaurant they’re bringing you. Has two children with her, not pushy, polite and honest. She didn’t have change but quickly dug up some coins to give us. Bought some nice handmade souvenirs - bracelet / toy. Prices were fair no issues, we did not bargain ❌ not suitable for children; waves were choppy. We had 2 kids with us, 1 had to stop and return to boat early and the other struggled hard and needed a life buoy after ❌ poor visibility seen a few tropical fish that’s all. Not very enjoyable. ❌ awful control of other tour members’ behaviours, they were NOT swimming in pairs and following directions. Nothing was done by guides to manage that. Maybe they should have 2 guides on top of the photographer for a group over 12 individuals. It was chaos! ❌ “beach club access showers” moderate your expectations. It’s not as depicted in pictures. Just 3 public non- cubicle shower tap for quick 5 minutes rinse before you’re rushed off. BRING YOUR OWN TOWEL! ❌ lots of upselling for photos and tequila. They will also reduce the price for photos to convince you to buy them after ❌ did not have time to explore the “small shops, or just find a spot on the beach to enjoy the Caribbean sunshine.” as stated in itinerary ❌ asked for reviews during our lunch taco meals, would share internet with you so it could be done. Was a little stressful, kudos to another couple on our trip for being very honest and telling the guides the snorkeling experience was very poor. ❌ trip’s most awful tacos included, no salsa/ sauce nothing provided for our table ❌ driver definitely had road rage, would turn and stare at other drivers on the road when he got mad 😅 ❌ long, convoluted speech about tips, they expected 150 pesos each individual. No issues against tipping for me, but I guess there is a better way to do it as opposed to get people to tip you before they were allowed to exit. Saw others tipping minimal amounts, but we definitely gave more than expected (that speech definitely worked haha). Overall: I think just skip it! If not, tours will definitely have the above negative elements so be prepared.

I was by myself with 2 little kids (both 9yo). Staff was very supportive and took care of the kids in the water.

Maui and Manu gave us great service and tour of the reef. We also love the tequila tasting and bought for souvenirs to families at home.
