Great experience Service excellent Good fishing day caught 4 barracudas two being a really good size. Caught a huge mutton snapper and 3 yellow tail snapper. Caught blue runner, a Spanish mackerel, and even a skip jack tuna

The service was excellent and thre responsiveness was great price for thr trip 2aw excellent. 2 issues. They push in tipping. Even after I have the crew 45 bucks the capital asked for more. I do t this it was appropriate. Plus at the end. I was left dry I And had to catch an Uber back to the hotel. Otherwise everything was good

Fun crew, safe boat, and good times. We liked that they utilized speakers for music and helped feed the fish at Isla Mujeres for the kids. Can’t ask for much more.

Views were amazing, crew was so helpful getting on/off the boat, taking pictures, keeping us hydrated and overall keeping us comfortable! Organized transportation to/from our hotel with them.

Food was good and cooked well. Crew made sure we were safe with moving around on the yacht, along with bringing his drinks and food.

We had a great day with Jorge, Johnny and Lucy. They found us some nice snorkeling and a good calm spot to anchor and swim on a windy day. They brought us drinks, let us enjoy the shade of the bridge for hanging out, helped us in and out of the boat, and had a big speaker on which we could run our music. Communication with Martha ahead of time was easy and we loved that we could coordinate the private transport to the marina and the catering all through them. Would recommend and do this again!

This was definitely worth every penny. Our grandchildren range from the age of 1 to 12 years old. Experiencing the very blue waters of Cancun and actually swimming in the calm sea in Isla mujeres was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ordered their fruit and snack trays and our family loved them. We also rented the floating mat and this was a must with the children. This was the highlight of our trip. 🤩👌👌

We had the best time! The crew was very considerate and was always there to help, whether it was grabbing you a drink or helping you up/down the ladder. They helped us put on an amazing birthday celebration for our friend and provided drinks and food whenever we needed them. The food we ordered was also amazing. We went to Isla Mujeres and just hung out in the water with each other.

Rented the yacht for a family birthday excursion. We were extremely excited for the yacht ride but things were strange upon arrival to the yacht. The boat was extremely worn and the AC was not working on the interior of the boat. We wanted this type of boat because we had people in our party with asthma and couldn’t take the outdoor area for too long. There were wires hanging throughout the boat and the restroom was creepy. The crew onboard were nice but they were dressed as if they were mechanics. There clothes were very oily and dirty. Once on the ride we were stopped by the police in the ocean. They boarded the boat and found several issues with the boat. We smelled a strong odor of gas coming from the boat once we docked at our first stop. The crew and captain could not communicate to us due to the language barrier. After about an hour with the police our mood went from festive to concerned about our safety. Our trip was ruined the company did give us $100 as refund for our inconvenience but we spent several hundred more for a trip that was a huge disappointment. I will not recommend this company for any yacht rentals. ( The yacht in the picture has a different name than the yacht that was given to us) Red flag

The boat crew was fun and made sure we were taken care of. Since there was only 4 of us they wanted to make sure we made it a little party. There’s a loud Bluetooth speaker and they even stopped for us to jump in the ocean for 2 mins. Great and easy to book.

Everything started slow but it’s all up to you. If you want to have fun, the crew will adjust to your requirements. You need to plan in advance but they will give you the best time. If you bring your own bottle they will bring you the drinks on demand or whatever. They will give you the best time and with that comes the tip too. So don’t forget that. Something that I will recommend to everybody.

My husband has already left a glowing review of our trip and I wanted to leave my thoughts also. Our trip was fantastic and we were given lots of options for what we could choose to do & see on our cruise. We had already decided we wanted to snorkel, see the beautiful beach at the north shore of Isla Mujeres, and explore without a huge crowd. Captain Alexi and his crew (Henri & Raylei) did not hesitate to take us exactly where we wanted to go! Raylei and Henry kept our drinks coming and always had an assisting hand held out to make sure we didn’t slip or fall. We had a little problem with my phone (it’s flew off the deck when we shook out a towel…totally my fault), but Captain Alexi offered to stop so Henri & Raylei could gear up and search for my phone. They were not successful in finding it but not for lack of trying…we were in a busy area off Isla Mujeres with boats coming in all around us. They would not allow us to assist them because of concerns for our safety. We asked them to call off the search and proceeded to the island for some great snorkeling. Henri jumped in and led the way to show us the amazing wildlife. He borrowed my waterproof camera and dove down to get some amazing videos for us and escorted us through the beautiful waters pointing out things we would have totally missed if left on our own. After lots of wonderful snorkeling we boarded the boat and headed to Norte Playa as we requested. Henri set up our food we ordered and it was all delicious. Eating, drinking, and exploring with our crew was definitely the highlight of our week! Thank you for a wonderful experience! We wished we could have spent the whole week with them!

The staff and captain were very welcoming to my family and I. They were on time pick us up from 1hr away on time courteous, they were clean ready to help you if you needed friendly and no hidden fees which was big cuz I didn’t feel like arguing ect so that part was happy for us over all a 5star out of five stars they get. Bobby and family appreciate you all.

Highly recommend this excursion. We booked online for the 46 ft private 6 hour trip for family of 5. We arrived at the marina about 20 minutes early, check in was quick and efficient. Make sure that you have cash for the marina fee ($14/person) and cash for drink/food package you selected when you booked the trip. We waited about 10 minutes before the boat was ready. We were led to the boat where we met the crew, capt Alexi and deck hands Henry and Raylin. They made the entire trip comfortable and upbeat. We left the dock and we’re informed that would be one hour travel to and from Isla Mujeres. That would leave us about 4 hours for activities. They gave us several options to choose from, snorkeling, swimming, shopping on the island, etc. We told them we would like to snorkel and swim, but wanted to snorkel away from the crowds. They definitely accommodated us! On the way to the island, we sat on the front deck of the boat, enjoying the scenery, having drinks, and listening to music (they have a speaker you can Bluetooth to and play your own playlist). As we neared the island, we got up to get ready for snorkeling, and my wife’s phone got knocked overboard. They immediately stopped and the deckhands geared up and went looking. Unfortunately we were unable to locate it, but they searched hard for 30 minutes, against some strong currents. My hat is off to them for their efforts. When we arrived to the reef, we geared up for snorkeling. They have all the gear needed for people to use, at no extra charge. Deckhand Henry dove in and we followed him. He gave us a tour of the reef, showed us multitudes of aquatic wildlife (fish, corral, sea cucumber, sea anemone, conchs etc). Water was amazingly clear and temp was excellent. We saw several barracuda and they just look menacing. After about an hour, we loaded back up and headed to the north shore of Isla Mujeres. We enjoyed the swimming floating eating drinking and music. Very relaxing. Time to head back, and took about an hour to get back to marina. We enjoyed the sunset on our way back. Any of the food or drinks left, we could pack up and take with us. Overall definitely would repeat again. The crew was considerate, attentive, accommodating, jovial, and just plain fun. Do yourself a favor and do not miss this experience!

Beautiful experience. Courteous and very warm, welcoming deckhands & caption. Yacht was clean, roomy, 2 bathrooms. Never let our beverages run empty. Lovely cruise and great weather. Anchored at beautiful beach area near reefs. Highly recommend.
