Private Transportation To/from Cancun Airport

I am a solo female traveler that was nervous about flying in alone and decided to make arrangements to get to and from the airport. I decided to book this service and I cannot recommend it enough! Communication was excellent from confirming my trip the night before to giving me live updates as to where and how I can find them. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly, and driven by Christian, who was so kind and such a pleasure to speak with. I think anyone flying into Cancun should book this service.

We had a great experience with our Jumping Travel transfer from the Cancun airport to the Hotel Zone. The communication before hand was clear and timely. Our driver was waiting for us on arrival and easy to fine. He was very friendly and zipped us off without a hitch. I would highly recommend this service.

I will never book anything else through them. On the website they had to/from the airport from my understanding it was and but it was only for a one way. I could've paid 40 for a round trip with another company now I have to find my way back to the airport

Alejandro was our driver to and from Cancun Airport, he was so professional and welcoming! He communicated with me on What’s app every step of the way. Upon arrival he had a sign with my name waiting and newer van parked up front. I had my senior parents with me and they instantly relaxed. Felt very safe and he was a cautious driver. Our driver was so professional and communicative upon arrival! He messaged me through What’s App and even sent a picture of my sign with name on it so I could find him. He has a prime front row parking spot. Immediately grabbed our luggage to load. Took us over the new bridge, mini shuttle was new, immaculate and clean! While in the shuttle he asked if we were comfortable and if music choice was good for us. We Will definitely book again and recommend to all. Wonderful welcome and start to our vacation!

Excellent service. Highly recommended. We have traveled a lot for work and fun. This was one of the best services we have used. The vans were new and very clean both ways. The drivers were also very nice and helpful. There is apace for lots of luggage and easily carries 6 adults comfortably. Above that it might get tight. My only negative and it is minimal is If you are a planner and want lots of reassurances, the communication can be lacking. Trust the process, they did an outstanding job.

Instead of waiting around for other flights to arrive or making multiple stops to drop off passengers on a shared shuttle, the service was completely catered to us. We were able to get on our way to the hotel right away, which made the start of our vacation so much easier and more relaxing. Fabian was wonderful—courteous, friendly, professional, and extremely polite. He made us feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment we met him. After traveling, having a smooth, stress-free ride directly to our hotel was exactly what we needed. I would definitely recommend spending a little extra for the private transportation. Great and easy service! Just walk straight outside of the airport when you arrive and you driver will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it. Note: when walking out of the airport after arrival. If you already have this service, and/or tours booked try not to let the other services take you to their kiosk. They are selling transportation and tours (if needed) Also, Book in advanced to not pay higher prices.

I've had a great experience with jumping travel for my transportation. They were on time and already waiting for me as I landed. Communication was perfect! Glad I switched my previous transportation to this one!

Every other time I have come to Cancun, We had to wait a significant amount of time before our shuttles pick us up. Even with privately booked ones. We texted Jumping Travel when we received our luggage and departed shortly afterwards. The pick up went just as smoothly. We will be using this company from now on

CUN to Tulum - forgot to book our transportation until the night before we left and thankful we did. Would use them again as we were easily contacted and located and on the road to our vacation very quickly exiting the airport. It was just my husband and I so didn’t need to use a big van for multiple people and didn’t want to pay the flat price for 5+. Safety is our biggest concern and their service gave us that!

Dependable, reliable, courteous, and professional Jumping Travel accommodated my changes a d communicated well throughout the whole process.

The booking was easy and I received a ticket to present to the driver along with detail led instructions where to meet. It seemed to be perfect. However , they never showed up. Nor did they answer the phone. I had to get a taxi to the hotel and it cost twice as much. The excuse - a computer error. The locals laughed and said the company is never reliable.
