Private Transportation From Cancun Airport To Chiquilá Port

Our driver was super nice. However, the van was extremely run down. Not even a radio. The picture made it seem like you’d be in a nice vehicle. Definitely could have just did the shared vehicle for less.

This transfer service was extraordinary!!! Mary and Raul were so friendly and welcoming. The entire trip to and from Chiquila was perfect. They had refreshments and snacks for us exactly as we requested. They were a wealth of information about the area, history and things to see and do. We will be back and we would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We had a private van transfer organized to pick us up at Cancun Airport and take us to the Holbox Ferry in Chiquila. They were very responsive and helpful on WhatsApp when our plane was delayed and the driver was waiting for us and got us straight to the ferry and dropped us right where we needed to buy our tickets. The van was very clean and comfortable and the driver was polite. Excellent service!

The communication at the airport was good. We went outside and waited for the driver. The driver came in the van and we loaded up, ready to drive to Chiquila. It was a little disconcerting for the van to pull off the road after about 10 minutes to stop at a gas station. The driver told us to get out and that a new driver in a car would take us the rest of the way. He put our bags in a car and left. We asked the new driver his name and texted the company to confirm that we were switching drivers. It took about 10 minutes to get a reply that yes, that was the plan. It wasn't a problem but a heads up would have been appreciated. Also, I didn't expect to have to pay for the toll road. I think for $175, that should have been included.

We booked round trip transportation from Cancun Airport to Chiquila so that we could spend a week in Holbox. The Nativos team responded quickly to my initial request, and the booking process was easy. They had good communication throughout, and Raul was a great driver. We would definitely recommend and would book them again for our next trip!

We had a great experience with Nativos and would highly recommend hiring them. They communicated great, were proactive, and helped us plan our trip. We flew in in the evening and were worried about making it to chiquila in time for the last ferry. They manged everything perfectly to get us there on time, despite some traffic back ups. They dropped us right at the ferry ticket office, making things so simple for us. On our way home, they also helped us plan everything perfectly so we were on time for our flight while still being able to enjoy our last morning on Holbox. The owners are kind, thoughtful and go out of their way to make us feel appreciated.

Unmarked white van, no water or snacks were available as advertised. We thought we would be getting a friendly ride to Chiquila, unfortunately our driver hardly said a word to us, was on the phone while driving, and we ended up cancelling the return ride and booked a group shuttle that was much more pleasant.

We had a great experience traveling with Nativos Holbox Transfers! Mary was very communicative and accommodating right from when I first booked. We felt safe and comfortable and the price was half of what our hotel was offering for a transfer. Raul shared so much about the area as we traveled. They made the trip easy and fun, even with an 11 month old.

They were so amazing! It was a fast and smooth ride, they had snacks and drinks ready in the car and even stopped and got us fresh corn bread from a family they knew (the corn bread was 😍) we felt so safe traveling with them. They communicated well and were so kind and friendly. 11/10

Our transfer from the Cancun Airport to the ferry port at Chiquita was very satisfying. The drive was a comfortable and safe travel. Mary provided interesting conversation about the area of Chiquita and our destination of Isla Holbox. Our return trip was just as easy. Mary and her husband Raul are incredible welcoming people. From the minute we met we formed a friendship and talked about many different things on our journey to the port. She taught us about local culture, ideas for food, and showed us several fun points throughout our journey. On time, clean, friendly, fast and efficient. There is NO reason not to use them for transfers, they are amazing people. Thank you both for everything and we will see you when we come back!!

Rual and Mary were the best. Picked us up on time with cold water & drinks. Excellent English and new all about the area. Fast and efficient and made all the stops that we ask for. there were 3 of us with all our luggage with plenty of room.

best experience we could've asked for! our flight was delayed from take off over 3 hours so stressed the whole time that our driver wouldn't be available when we finally arrived to cancun- but he was!! had to stay the night in chiquila because we missed the last ferry but all was good. return trip to the airport was perfect. thank you so much!

Superb experience round-trip We had a concern on the shuttle as timing was tight, and we had to transfer between terminals and the airport is a bit of a mess due to construction. Great way to start our vacation

I was quoted 4700 pesos return from Cancun and was asked for a 1000 pesos deposit. I sent it but cancelled once i had a family emergency. I sent Mary Rosado a message for a refund but have not heard back. I will have to contact PayPal. I would not book with Netivos Holbox again.

Navitos Holbox Transfers was recommended to us by a friend who recently used them on a trip to Holbox. We made our reservation via email before we arrived in Cancun. Mary’s communication skills are excellent and we felt very comfortable with her and Raul. Raul was our driver and he met us at our hotel in Cancun and drove us directly to the Holbox ferry. Both Mary and Raul speak fluent English and were great conversationalists, which helped make the 2 hours fly by. We highly recommend using Navitos Holbox Transfers!

Nativos made our trip to and from Holbox a breeze, this is a family business run by Mary and Raul and they were both incredibly helpful. From Mary helping us form a plan to get to the airport on time to Raul giving us great tips for our next trip, they were both great to work with. I will book with them again.

Mary and Raul run a family operated transportation service and strive to make it a more personable experience for their customers. I booked my transfer with them on my first visit in November 2022 and had no question about booking with them again on my next trip in December. The service was great and even offered to stop at the convenience store so that I could get snacks for the road trip. Mary communicated very thoroughly with me via WhatsApp and was so helpful when I had a couple mishaps after landing. I ended up running behind due to my passport falling out of my bag on the plane and not realizing it until I was in the immigration line.. It took a while to find, and by then, my boarding pass was no longer on my phone, and the immigration officer didn’t want to let me in without a boarding pass. Luckily, I was able to communicate all this to Mary so my driver very patiently waited for me. I truly feel like Mary has become a friend, and that is exactly how she wants all her customers to feel. I can’t recommend them enough!!

Glad to report that Nativos were very good and Just wanted to thank Mary for being responsive as we had to change our plans and unfortunately cut our holiday short. Our travel plans were changed - Jesus and Manuel were lovely and great drivers. Reliable, on time and got us to Chiquila and back to Cancun airport in plenty of time. Cars comfortable and clean. Will hopefully use again when we return in future.

Mary and Raul were amazing..our plane was very late and Mary and Raul were waiting for us. They made their best for us to catch the last boat but unfortunately the last boat was cancelled due to weather conditions. So Mary helped us to find a hotel in Chiquila. Family run business, extremely well managed.

Such an awesome and sweet couple. They go above and beyond to make sure you're safe and on time. Our plane was several hours delayed which caused us to miss the last ferry, Mari went ahead and helped us book a room in Chiquila while we were still in the air! On the way back to the Cancun airport they stopped at an amazing local restaurant. Thanks again Mari and Raul!!

Mary & Raul made our trip so amazing. Not only was the ride safe and comfortable, but the time we spent with them was amazing. Mary & Raul make it so very easy, they are on time, communicative, and friendly! They gave us amazing recommendations & answered all my questions about mexico, traditions, and curiosities. I learned a lot and we truly had such a great time. Mary & Raul also don't mind stopping to let you grab food or ATM, as well as... they know all the best spots on the route. As someone who LOVES food, this was such a nice touch, especially after a flight. We also used them on our route back from Chiquila to Cancun. They were prompt & communicative!! I LOVED that I didn't have to worry about the transportation. It really made our trip relaxing. THANK YOU Mary & Raul, our time with you was sooooo great. We really appreciate you both so much!!!

At a loss for word's on how to review Mary and Raul. I would say.. Long time review reader, first time review writer, it was that good! If you are lucky enough to get Mary or Raul personally, I would consider this a tour for the price of a shuttle. Their English was fantastic and they told us all about the villages we drove through as well as the culture in the area. They are a small, family run business, live locally and are invested in the success of tourism in the area. They had a cooler with refreshments and even pulled over and BOUGHT us some fresh cornbread from a local vendor (best cornbread I have ever had). From the moment I booked until after we were dropped off Mary was communicative via phone call and whats app. Our first driver (on the way to Holbox) did not speak a lot of English, but Mary was on whats app relaying any information to him we needed. We were able to stop and get drinks as well as visit a currency exchange center. We felt safe throughout the entirety of our trip! Will use Nativos Holbox again and will recommend them to anyone who will listen.

Great private transfer from Cancun Airport to Chiquila. Mary and her husband are a wonderful team, friendly, welcoming and caring. Mary is a pro with Whatsapp and always communicating so you know what’s going on especially when you arrive at the airport. The drive to Chiquila went very smoothly and her husband bought a corn bread from a roadside booth so I could try a local favorite food, which was very fresh and delicious. I highly recommend booking with them and support a family-run business!

They gave us the best Service we could get. Friendly, punctual and detailed. They brought us drinks for the road and gave us Pan de Mole (typical of the area). We will definitely repeat with them!
