I had a very smooth airport transfer experience with advanced travel. I booked them through viator and was pleased with the services provided. Emilio was very communicative and told me to meet him at the margaritaville restaurant once my flight arrived. Emilio was standing there with a sign with my name on it. It was comforting to know that I had precooked reliable transportation to my hotel. I will definitely be booking with advance travel again when I return to Cancun.

Quick and easy pickups. great pricing from booking round trip Compared to other companies. Private transportation with functional seat belts, plenty of room for luggage. Ac worked and even had welcome drinks and waters. They were there waiting for us with a sign at the airport right away as advertised. Watching our flight times for pickup, i've never had somebody take us to our hotel so quickly. Also for the return, they were flexible with our timing. Based on flight departure and prompt return. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Arrival from the airport was smooth. Someone was there to greet me. I requested a birthday sign and they dream one which I appreciate the gesture. I booked a private shuttle. I had to wait a few minutes for the actual driver to come, but the greeter kept me company. The van that picked me up from the airport was very rough on the inside outdated and dirty. I ended up having to change my departure plans last minute, by leaving a day earlier and they were able to accommodate me with no questions asked. The van back to the airport was a much better van. I guess it just depends on what driver is available. I would definitely book again good experience nice drivers.

The driver was safe and professional. I had originally booked a transfer that was more expensive than it needed to be and the tour company corrected my mistake. Their honesty was much appreciated. I also recommended this transfer service to family and they had a good experience, too. This transfer service is an excellent value.

Booked two one ways since I wasn't sure of our return details when booking the transfer to the hotel. Both times the transfer went very smoothly. On the pickup, there was a person holding my name on a sign by the welcome bar. After greeting him, he asked us to wait a few minutes for the driver, then took us over to him. The shuttle van was clean and very large. My only minor complaint was the Whatsapp response time wasn't always quick, but I always got a response eventually which answered/resolved my inquiries.

When we arrived at the designated area to meet our driver, they were not there. We tried calling with no one picking up. We tried emailing with no response. After panicking, another driver helped me to try and call the company. They answered for him. Finally someone showed up almost an hour late. Come to find out that the company lied to the driver about where he had to take us which was about 40 minutes longer than what he had planned. I will never use your service again. You should be ashamed of yourself for not even apologizing for this misstep by you.

We used this transfer service for our family of 8 from CUN to Tulum. We were welcomed at the airport with a sign with our name and had our luggage carried to the shuttle van. Modern, clean, air conditioned shuttle with charging ports. Great driver and excellent communication from the organizer. Would recommend!

These guys provide a fantastic service. They met us at the airport with a sign as planned, the van was very nice and air-conditioned, we had seven passengers, all adults, and all of our luggage that fit easily in the van. Our transportation was to our resort near Tulum. They also helped me adjust my reservation for round-trip back to the airport at the end of our vacation. All staff were super pleasant and couldn’t ask for a better service. Their communications prior to our trip, during, and afterward was excellent. Highly recommend them and will use them again.

First driver was pretty dangerous. Going very fast and weaving in and out of traffic while looking at his phone. Second driver on the return journey was great and very safe. The company was about 20 minutes late when we arrived so we had to wait for a while. But I did appreciate that they were flexible when I asked to change our return pickup time and they did so willingly and without any hiccups.

Booked a roundtrip ticket. The any stars this company has earned is for the 5/5 service Pedro Ramirez, the driver who picked us up, earned this transfer operation. He was on time, very knowledgeable, and reliable for our pick up from the airport. Our departure was a different story. While ‘Emilio’ was very communicative via text the day before, the day of departure it was radio silence. We were due to be picked up at 730. 730 rolls by. I’ve called at least 10 times to the number Emilio provided. I called several times the number listed on the Viator app. 745a rolls by. I call a taxi with the help of the hotel. I am on the chat with the Viator help, who also cannot get a hold of the driver. No info if he’s on the way, in traffic, not coming, sleeping, or what. 750a rolls by. Getting nervous for our flight, waiting on the taxi. And suddenly the driver shows up. No explanation, nothing. Thankfully we made our flight but I would not book them ever again.

Driver could not be found waiting for us at the airport, but a message to their contact number was replied to immediately and a driver came and located us quickly. Outbound van was a little rough with poor A/C, but no big deal. Return trip was flawless.

A host met us at the airport and guided us to the private transfer guide. Andres was the driver from the airport to our hotel in Akumal, and Victor took us back to the airport. Both were very polite and drove safely. The van was clean.

The service was excellent. Due to a blizzard our travel plans charged at least three times and the company rolled with each change. They were waiting for us at the airport and we even landed about 30 minutes early. Our return trip was just as good. The driver was on time even with our 4:30am departure from the resort.

Pedro was a fabulous driver. He was very happy to indulge us with a conversation in our rudimentary Spanish and we talked about a lot of things on our hour long drive from Cancun airport to Playa del Carmen.
