Grand shuttle was fantastic. Their communication was prompt. They send you images of your ride so you always know you are getting into the correct vehicle. The driver Eric was on time, so nice and accommodating! I would use them again 100%.

My overall experience with this team perfect from start to finish The constant communication, the prompt pickup, the PRICE! I challenge you to find a better experience anywhere else for a private transport. All the other companies were literally charging 3x the amount I paid.

We were provided airport transportation to and from our resort. Never had to wait. When arrived to Cancun transportation was waiting for us and on time to pick us up to take us back to the airport. Would definitely recommend this service!!

Excellent experience in the off season. We were going to Playa del Carmen ferry terminal and found that the price was competitive to taxis and other private transportation companies. This company was very nice, with excellent communication: in Spanish and English. We had to make a change on our return, and the company offered an extremely fair price for the change. Their flexibility was deeply appreciated. Finally, the van was extremely comfortable, clean, and well maintained. They don’t use high scented cleaners or perfumes. I appreciate that very much.

First week using Daytrip to book my airport transfers and I could not be happier. This particular tour company out of Cancun communicated quickly and effectively. My flight was super delayed and I was worried I would not have a ride however I contacted them early if the delay and they assured me they would track the flight and be ready at pickup. Was such a relief. The van was very clean, big and Erick was a great driver. Also spoke English!! Will use again for sure. You can also book direct with Erick’s company.

Great service! Cheapest and driver was 10 mins early at 5:00 am. Spoke english fluently and had a nice car (not one of those 10 seater uncomfortable vans)
