Very responsive, on time, reliable. Monitored our flight and driver was waiting when we arrived. Additionally my party was coming in 2 flights that were originally arriving at similar times. When delays separated the flights, Alejandro quickly adjusted and helped me arrange another van and driver for the latter arriving party! Very friendly service and coordination. Will use again!

We used DLUX for a day long tour to Chichen Itza and surrounding area. The driver showed up promptly on time with bottles of water. He was very flexible when we had an emergency and we needed to do an emergency trip to the hospital and was very friendly and professional throughout the day. We even ended up staying longer than the estimated time and he was very accommodating throughout. Our guide/driver was Abenamar—we highly recommend him.

The transfer from TQO to beachside hotel and then hotel back to TQO was seamless both ways. The communication on Whatsapp was excellent - prompt and concise. Upon arrival our driver met us with a sign. It could not have been easier to find our ride once exiting. On the return from hotel to airport we were picked up on time by Alex who is an excellent driver. The cars are clean, comfortable and the drivers are helpful with bags, on time and efficient. 10/10 will hire again on our next trip to Tulum.

After a week of having a difficult time with transportation, Dlux provided us with a breath of fresh air. Our driver Alejandro arrived promptly on time (with an upgraded vehicle from what he had booked) and provided us with a comfortable ride on our way out. Next time we visit Mexico we will absolutely be using DLUX transportation services. I cannot recommend them enough.

Alex greeted us at the airport and was waiting when we arrived. We quickly loaded into our nice SUV and were off for our resort. Prior to our arrival we were contacted via text and given our arrival information. Everything was easy, quick, and very nice. We will use them again on our next trip to Tulum/Puerto Aventuras. Alex was great and shared fun local facts with us during our drive!

We took a car from TQO to Puerto aventuras which is about a 1.5hr drive. The car was new, clean and the staff arrived at the airport with a name plate and was easy to find. The confirmed travel dates and details via whatsapp prior to transport. We drove with Abraham and Alex and both were great!
