Very good service. Good communication via WhatsApp. The driver was waiting exactly where he said he would be with our names on a sign. He took our bags and we were off.. A short nap later and we arrived.. Would recommend. Easy.

The drivers didn't speak English, contrary to the description on the website. We had great difficulty communicating. I wouldn't normally have a problem with that, I'm in a foreign country and don't expect people to speak my language. But, don't make a big point of advertising fully bilingual drivers if you don't have them. False advertising. Our initial driver made a stop along the way to transfer us to a different vehicle with a different driver. It was a waste of our time. It was never mentioned to us that this would happen. We were not pleased to be shuffled around, without our consent. The cost of the toll road is included in the price. However, upon arrival at the toll booth, our driver suddenly couldn't find money in his wallet or pockets to make the toll payment. It was his responsibility to have $212 MXN on hand to pay the toll, and yet there we were, watching him scrounge around in search of money. He found a few pesos laying about, but not nearly enough to pay the toll. We were left with no choice but to give him the money to cover the difference. This was SUPREMELY SHADY. We felt scammed. We paid twice. I will never use this service again, and would recommend that you steer clear. They are not honest.
Booked for a trip from Cancun airport to the ferry in Chiquila. I was worried as our flight was late, the baggage reclaim took forever and I didn’t have any phone signal/data but when we got out the airport the driver was waiting with a sign and managed to get us to Chiquilá in time for the last ferry. Thank you so much! Made a great start to the holiday.
Nice and easy with trip Holbox! Great comms in the morning, driver waiting for us and ready to go. Our flight with United was delayed and no problems. Under 2 hours up to the ferry terminal and straight over to the island - thanks to Berenice and Herrado - would book again!

Highly recommend. The private shuttle was punctual and our driver was very nice. Once we were dropped off Bernice coordinated with us on our return trip and it worked out exactly as planned. Took all my worries away.
Communication and timing worked out perfect. There were four of us all on different flights and the airport was total chaos and baggage was taking forever - but the communication was great and they were very accommodating when it came to waiting for us due to the delays. Very smooth transportation and they stopped whenever we wanted to for water and to use the restroom. Would definitely book this over a shared shuttle due to the unpredictability of flights and the ease of getting to Holbox from Cancun.

Angel is the best driver ever! We felt so safe while he transported us to Chiquila Port from Cancun. The car was clean, and a very nice SUV. The ride was 2 hours long and as stated above Angel is great at his job so got us there safely!! We loved the transport so much that we booked them again. Communication with this company was so easy, very responsive through the Whatsapp. Definitely recommend this company but more specifically Angel! It’s worth every penny!!

Arrived on time for us! Made bathroom stops along the route. I’m using them again to get from Chiquilá to Playa Del Carmen. Make sure you download WhatsApp to stay in communication with them for any updates.

No one showed up at the airport and when we cslled Viator they said sorry, too bad you'll have to find your own way. We asked for a refund but they only gave us half our money back
Superior Service!! The booking was easy, our driver was perfectly on time and really nice, the car was big and super clean. It took us 2 hours from the airport and the whole time we felt very secure and in good hands with our driver! We almost missed the exit to the welcome bar, so best is to ask the staff at the airport! And there are a lot of drivers and taxis at the welcome bar, which made us a bit nervous that we don’t find our driver! But they have a big sign with your name :) Regarding the booking: it was also super easy and the communication with the team was super fast and nice! We just sent them our flight numbers and they secured us to check it so they are on time (if there is a delay or so)! It was absolutely worth!
Trip from our hotel in Cancun to Chiquila was perfect. Angel was there before the reservation time, was very pleasant and a smooth driver on less than smooth roads! the car was brand new. Arrived in perfect time to catch one of the ferries to Holbox. Excellent!
Holbox taxi transferred us both ways. Met us with clear signs, on time. Clean air conditioned vehicle with plenty of room. Good communication from them prior to journey and at time of pick up. Would definitely use again
We had two hours to make the last ferry...Without thinking I booked a flight for Cancun and booked my hotel in Holbox for the same night. We found out the last ferry was at 9pm. We got out of customs at 6:45pm and hustled outside. Victor, our driver was waiting outside with a sign with my name on it. (great penmanship btw...) We rushed over to the van and he graciously took our bags and we hit the road. It was pitch black out and Victor safely drove through the streets dodging pot holes as if it were daylight. Thank you guys sooo much!

The driver was already waiting for us when we landed at Cancun airport and communicated well where to meet. We had a smooth journey to Chiquila. I left my phone in the car which I noticed only on the ferry but we were able to reach the driver and he even arranged to have the phone delivered to Chiquila the next day. Such honest people!
Never received any information on where to meet the driver so I messaged the company and they told me to meet the driver at the bar in the Cancun airport. I gave the company my flight number so they would know our arrival time. Our flight was delayed but our friends were aware of the meeting time and place and told us the driver was not there. When we arrived, the bar he told us to meet at was closed and no one was there waiting on us. We went outside to find our friends and had an airport employee call the company and they proceeded to tell us that the driver left. We ended up having to pay triple the amount to get a shuttle at the airport and still have not been refunded our money for the shuttle we paid for that wasn’t there. So basically we have paid for a service that we didn’t receive. I was told on the phone we would get a refund but still don’t have one. I would give this zero stars if it were an option. Viator was great when traveling to Italy but after this experience in Mexico I will likely not book through Viator again.

Definitely recommend! We ended up choosing the private service because of the time we landed in Cancun (shared shuttles weren't available anymore, or much later). The company was good at confirming via WhatsApp all the details in our reservation, especially the car seat we requested. We landed early so they were still arriving to the Terminal, but other service providers (if you've been to Cancun Airport, you know this can be overwhelming) were helpful to guide us to where they usually stand. We called them and they promptly answered, and had someone go meet us and help us wait for our van. Victor was our driver. He was sweet, helpful and respectful. Offered us water bottles. The van was absolutely clean, very spacious, cold AC, and the carseat was nice and ready to go. The drive was 2 hrs as we knew, and he helped and guided us until we had our ferry tickets. Money was worth it and we would recommend and use again. It made our long arrival day so easy and worry-free.
Our driver was at the airport waiting for us when we arrived. He was easy to locate ( our name was displayed on a placard)and ready to go ( no waiting for our vehicle).

Prior to departing we confirmed reservation with Trip Holbox via WhatsApp. Got a prompt response. The driver met us right outside terminal 4 with our name on a sign. He had cold water for our long drive to Chaquila-Holbox ferry. Driver promptly directed us to ferry ticket kiosk for was ferry departing soon. Friendly, Hassle free and no wait... Will use Trip Holbox shuttle again.
, I accidentally left my phone in the shuttle and miraculously got it back at the end of my stay by another shuttle driver meeting me at the ferry. It was incredibly accommodating to me, and I am eternally thankful to the staff that made it happen.
