Terrible experience, they were late picking us up from airport. We had to find their location where they were parked, no one holding a sign with our name so very confusing. THEN the worst part is they gave us a time they would pick us up at end of our trip from our hotel to airport AND NEVER SHOWED. Waited 20 minutes past time they said and tried calling number they had and got no response. Had to grab a taxi last minute.

Awesome service, punctual and safe

Very satisfied with this service. Glad we picked a yellow/ white van because it helped identify it quickly amongst the black vehicles. Go straight past all the cabs/ scammers and keep walking as far as you can until you get to van area. No scammers out there so you can show your confirmation to other companies out there and they will know where this company usually park and help you… please tip them for their help. We were out of airport ASAP!

Our driver Alvaro was super nice and friendly. He gave us great ideas on what food to try when in town. He assured us that our resort is one of the best.

I booked RT service from Cancun Airport to hotel, Dreams Tulum. I waited more than 45 minutes for pick-up from the airport. The driver seemed determined to make up that time by driving at high speed and weaving in and out of traffic. The two hour journey was accomplished in 80 minutes and was a white knuckler. My pick-up back to the airport was 15 minutes late but it was a Sunday and traffic was very light. The driver had an iPad attached to the dash on which music videos were playing. Apparently, this is legal in Mexico. The transport vans were very basic. I would not recommend this service.
