The vehicle did not pick me up. I called prior to departing the USA to say that my flight was delayed and provided a new pick up time. When I arrived I didn’t see anyone with my name. I called and no one was able to help me. I was left at the airport and had to pay an additional cost to catch a taxi. I willl NEVER use Viator again for any of my tours on any of my travels! I was very very disappointed as someone who has utilized Viator many times previously.

Driver was on time and waited for my flight which was delayed. He was extremely gracious and provided a scenic drive to my resort.

Great commutation. Our flight got there early, so they were about 10 min late. Be careful as you come out of the airport as others try to lure you in to getting their transportation.

The ride from the airport to the hotel was great. There's a lot of commotion outside the airport in the pick up area. Gustavo sent a message to let us know where to go and we quickly found him holding a sign with my name on it. The van easily had a enough room for my party of 8 and we were quickly on our way. The ride from the airport to the hotel took about 25 minutes and we were extremely happy with the service. I would highly recommend this service. Safe, easy, clean, inexpensive and fast. Exactly what we wanted in a hotel transfer!

They were late and I bought a private transfers and they put us on a mini bus. Driver of bus was great but expected a SUV. Was celebrating our 20th Anniversary.
