Very professional knowledgeable, and safe driver. We use the driver to pick up another group of friends from a different terminal, and it was no problem to modify our plans at the last minute. I would definitely recommend this company for your airport and hotel transportation.

Corosan provided a safe and reliable transfer service. The communication was excellent and our driver picked up our group of 8 exactly when arranged, delivering us safely to our destination both ways. Alex met us at the airport with a sign and code verifying he was who he said and safely navigated the traffic while conversing with us and making us feel comfortable. The van was clean and in great shape. Thanks Alex!

Very smooth transfer. They use what’s App and gave good detailed pickup info. Our driver was at pickup area outside airport as instructed. Jonathan was a safe and courteous driver and did not talk too much on the 40 min drive like some do. We will repeat transfers in Cancun with them. Please note in Cancun airport after you get bags and exit Customs, the airport staff will try to “steal” your transfer and act like you have the wrong company and act concerned. Ignore them and walk on outside the building like your text message says. Then outside you have to walk another 150’ past 15 “taxi” stands that will also try to “help” you, ignore them too and just past them your driver will be standing there under canopy with sign that he already sent you pic of via welcome text.

Great communication, on time, and Alexander was super professional. One the passengers left a hat in the van and he kept it for safe keeping when we were picked up.

They communicated very well before arrival, and once we arrived they were waiting for us. They also were exactly where they said they would be. Offered to stop if we needed to. And the driver did not drive like a crazy person.

We felt good knowing in advance how to connect with our driver. Alexander was such a pleasure to talk to and we were delighted that he picked us up on our return trip to the airport. The best transportation service I have booked for airport shuttle from Cancun to Playa Del Carmen. We have visited 5 times in the last 2 years and this has been the best service in terms of communication, responsiveness, friendliness and also very clean. Our driver Jonathan was great.

Transfer was smooth. It was a surprise to be asked for $35 extra as they had to wait due to all the bags from the flight taking a long time. Not a huge deal but was a surprise.

This was the easiest part of the trip. Our driver, Jonathan, was amazing and accommodating. He was patient, communicated well, and was on time for both pick up and drop off. They even provided ice as requested for our on board beverages. Would definitely recommend for large groups (we had 7 ladies in ours) and it was spacious, comfortable, and the AC was much blasting.

It was nice to have the private transfer from the airport to Playa del Carmen. It was easy to find our driver at platform C. I unfortunately forgot the name of our driver, but he was very informative on our trip down and was very friendly and helpful.

I booked a different service and had so much issues coming in from NY. The other company couldn't find our booking though I paid everything through Get Your Guide. I booked Corosan back in December 2024 and had never had any issues at all. I cancelled the other service and booked our return trip with Corosan. Entertaining & rich with knowledge of the area, the culture and the people. I’ve never been a water person but they helped me feel calm, safe & prepared.

Jonathan was an excellent driver and we appreciated his friendly and insightful information. We felt so safe that we booked him for two more days and we enjoyed both of our adventure trips. He had water and soda and snacks (fruit & chips) for our excursions. I love that he supports locals and brings us to appreciate and learn from the locals and their culture.

Safe and good communication. We were picked up from the airport and hotel promptly. Our drivers were Alex, to the hotel and Ivan, back to the airport. They will communicate with you via Whatsapp so make sure that is all set up. I think it is pricey but safe and efficient. For our first experience going to Playacar using this transportation, everything was smooth.

Another excellent transportation service provided! We had various transportation needs, including airport transfers and trips outside our resort to downtown Playa del Carmen; the staff was prompt and courteous to all our requests. When our plans changed suddenly, the staff were able to accommodate an entirely new transportation schedule with less than two days notice, just through their WhatsApp customer service number. The drivers are always punctual and very attentive. They are the only transportation company we are recommending for our upcoming destination wedding!
