The service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The crew was so friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond to make the day fun, relaxing, and unforgettable.

We were so excited to go on the yacht from Yacht Cancun rental. However, we got there and the boat was disgusting. It was missing fiberglass, parts of seats and smelled dirty or old. They will not give us our money back and were horrible to deal with after the fact. I believe this entire website is fake and their boats do not match their pictures or descriptions in any way. Completely fraudulent!
We had an excellent time on the boat, the staff was very kind and sweet and more than accommodating! They take us to two amazing spots, one beautiful beach, where we could stand and see straight through the water and another spot where the snorkeling was amazing!

We had the best time!!! They had a water Matt, ice, beverages and fishing poles for us! I even caught a barracuda and they cleaned it and cooked it on the boat!! I would highly recommend them!

Fantastico! If you can get a big enough group to split costs, and want to adventure and see something different than just Cancun. Isla Mujeres was one the highlight of our trip. This yacht company is the bees neez. High end quality yacht & Crew. 5/5 highly recommended this trip to the island and this way is only way to do it. All the other boat taxis, no thanks. Crowded. Real hot and sucks. But the private yacht? Made the boat ride the highlight of the trip. And don’t forget , they have great swimming spots to stop at too, for however long you want to use that 6 hours as well.

We had a great time on our trip from Cancun to Isla Mujeres. We had 17 in our group and had plenty of room on the yacht. It was my nieces birthday and they put together a beautiful balloon display for her. We ordered a bit of food and it was all delicious. The crew were very attentive and helpful. We spent the day split up between snorkeling and docking and exploring Isla Mujeres. Martha who I dealt with as far as booking and details before the trip was very nice and communicative. The transportation we had was clean and timely. Everything about it was first class.

We had a really great time together and enjoyed the experience. Steak tacos were delicious and the staff was friendly. The current was too rough sadly for a great snorkel but the shipwreck was cool. We saw lots of sea turtles.

We chartered a gorgeous 60 foot Sunseeker yacht for my 40th birthday and the experience wildly exceeded our expectations! The staff and crew were absolutely incredible. So accommodating and skilled. The trip from Cancun to Isla Mujeres was breathtakingly beautiful. We parked at a beach in Isla and spent the day swimming, dancing, snacking and drinking. We had the BEST time. We highly recommend this experience.

We came here for a day trip excursion for my bachelorette. Crew was amazing. Went above and beyond. We ran out of liquor and they had a friend meet us with a bottle of top shelf tequila plus Mexican soda chaser. They tailored everything we wanted to do to our taste. Would highly highly recommend.

My best friend and I were offered a chance to enjoy the day on a beautiful 60' yacht while vacationing in Cancun, so we simply could not resist. From the moment we arrived, we were catered to by the friendly staff of Mario and Johnny as first mates, and the captain, Adrian. Once settled aboard, we slowly made our way out of the marina and into the calm Gulf of Mexico in minutes, witnessing the transformation of the dark blue waters of the marina into a clear aquamarine paradise enveloping our vessel. We saw dolphins, sea turtles, many fish and birds as we boated to a place to snorkel. There, we saw schools of colorful fish encircling the sunken wreck, along with a baracuda silently scoping out the area equipped with a mouthful of razor-sharp teeth, searching for a spiny lobster for lunch. (Don't worry - they do not attack humans.) After this experience, we approached the lovely island of Isla Mujeres, to anchor offshore for a tasty lunch, including a special ceviche, prepared by Mario. We enjoyed another swim while anchored at ths site, observing the other yachts and boats of all sizes as we enjoyed the clear, warm waters, basking in the afternoon Mexican sun. Mario and Johnny attended to our every need, always there to fill our glasses with a beverage and share stories about Isla Mujeres and Cancun. Once it was time to return to the marina, we boarded the yacht once again to continue to soak in the beauty of the area as we sunbathed on the bow of the boat, relaxed and grateful for the fabulous experience. We highly recommend this wonderful crew and this yacht, Pegasus, for your next boating experience in Cancun.

Luxury is NOT the proper description It’s a 60 Ft older boat in decent shape Also the case of sodas was never onboard nor was the case of beer promised Staff were very nice Food was ok But not what they make it out to be This is fun It’s a old boat w/take out food on beautiful waters & good staff Not $400-600 food on a lux yacht
