Luis was our captain and Johnny and Roberto for crew. We could have not had a better experience. We booked the 4 hour tour specially to spread my dad’s ashes as he was an avid scuba diver in this area of Cancun. The crew was responsive, caring, kind, and helped with everything. On the trip we also snorkeled and swam by isla mujeres. Cannot recommend this company or crew enough. They made this experience unforgettable

Great company to rent from! Went out for 4 hrs, booking was very easy and everything was very organized from the minute we arrived at the marina. Crew took care of us and we had a great time - snorkeling out in the clear blue water was the highlight!

No complaints there was a lot of fish to catch and we would come back next time. The guys on the boat were knowledgeable and took good care of us.

Very easy to book the trip through the phone. Ride was set up from the hotel without issue. Captain and all the hands were great and accommodating for us. Overall a great experience and we will be coming back for a longer fish trip next time.

Me and my family rented this boat to celebrate my aunt’s 60th birthday. The staff was so attentive, kind, and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and had a good time. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great day on the water!

So attentive and experienced!! Kind, polite, went above and beyond. They somehow knew when our drinks were empty and always there to refill. The drinks they mixed were so so good too!!

Roberto and Jorge did a great job! We had so much fun! We were a group of 14 for a bachelor/bachelorette party and this was the perfect size ship. We had so much fun swimming and we upgraded to get a floating mat which I recommend.

Will NEVER book with Viator again. The crew on the boat I would like to say first were very nice and tried to make up for the lack of communication provided by the reception lady. We arrived and it was a little windy. She proceeds to tell us as we are walking to the boat “it’s a little bit dangerous to go to isla but can go if like, but a little bit dangerous” We opted to go because that is what we paid for is to go to isla, snorkel and go the beach there. We are 5 minutes out and the crew ask if we just want to swim right here or pay more and go into town and shop. Uh no? He proceeds to tell us that the port/beach is closed and there will be no snorkeling due to the weather. We were NEVER told this prior to leaving and now all they want to do is argue with us that we were told us. I have requested a partial refund and have been denied because “I knew the weather was bad and would not be able to snorkel”. May I say too there was 5 of us and not a single person heard her say we wouldn’t be able to snorkel but according to Mark with viator service we are all just liars and were told. Apparently, they don’t want to believe their customers and can continue to get poor reviews then. Will say again the crew on the boat tried to make up for the lies given to us but it still was not worth at all what we paid for this 4 hours trip. We drove to isla, swam for 10 minutes then drove back slowly so they could fish on way back. Stopped at an area to see fish but there were no fish and came back. The food also that we paid 110$ for was good but cold. I feel like if you’re paying $55 for a mexican tray (3 sopas, 6 taquitos, and quesdilla) of food it should be warm.

My experience was great, everyone was professional and it was decorated beautiful. I love how they decorated the yacht for my husband 50th birthday.

Everything was fun and amazing! Snorkeling on Isla with TONS of fish. There was more than enough room for my group of 6, crew was very kind and accommodating.

We had a 4 hour private yacht trip. We got to do whatever we wanted to do and go wherever we wanted to go. The crew was friendly and helpful.

The yacht trip was amazing. The water is so beautiful and the fish are everywhere that our guide took us. Jesus did a great job taking us to specific areas with fish and feeding them tortillas (believe it or not) so they would surround us and for us to have a great experience. I asked them to take us to a plave where there's a lot of fish off the coast and we went to a shipwreck in the middle of Cancun and Isla Mujeres. It was perfect! Jesus helped me swim out there and fed the fish so I could see them all. Such a great experience! Our captain Fernando and other crewman Jorge were so hospitable and accommodating. Thank you!!

had a great experience today! we planned a trip from cancun to isla mujeres and the crew was very attentive! Ireedi Reyes was our photographer and she was excellent!! There was a slight language barrier but we used the basic high school Spanish we had along with the translate app and it worked perfectly. The photo package was very affordable compared to pricing for the same service in the US. She worked essentially 6 hours nonstop. We stopped to snorkel and they had everything we needed and one of the crew was an excellent guide in the water. I cannot stress how helpful Ireedi was, she took photos and videos of us on the yacht and went above and beyond — she accidentally got her phone wet while taking photos of us in the water at Isla mujeres! We also opted to buy food and ordered 20 tacos.. they gave us an extremely large portion of food for our group of 7. It was also delicious! To summarize, I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone interested!
