We offer a private, punctual and comfortable transportation service from Cancun Airport to hotels in different areas of Cancun and the Riviera Maya. ||

Upon arrival, collect your luggage and head out of the terminal through the exit marked "Shuttle and Taxis." A Travelfy representative will be waiting to welcome you and assist you in boarding your vehicle. Your transportation will be ready exactly 20 minutes after your flight lands and will wait for you up to 60 minutes after the landing time.
The service is private and exclusive; all passengers must arrive on the same flight and time. Transportation to different terminals is not permitted.
Meeting points to locate your driver:
· Terminal 2 (domestic arrivals): Welcome Bar.
· Terminal 2 (international arrivals): Welcome Bar.
· Terminal 3: Margaritaville Bar.

The pick-up time will be confirmed one day before your flight. Your driver will be waiting for you in the lobby of your hotel. Please be ready and in the lobby before the confirmed time, as drivers can only wait a maximum of 15 minutes after the agreed time.
Cancun International Airport recommends arriving at least three hours before your flight departure.
When scheduling your pick-up time, consider the time needed for:
· The journey to the airport.
· The registration, security and check-in process.
· If you are not sure what would be the ideal time for your pick-up, please contact us and we will be happy to help you coordinate your departure so that it is punctual and without setbacks.

Our private transfer service ensures a comfortable and worry-free trip between Cancun International Airport to hotels in Cancun and the Riviera Maya.
Upon arrival, a Travelfy representative will be waiting to greet you and guide you to the vehicle, ensuring a smooth and relaxed start to your stay. For your return to the airport, we will coordinate pickup at your hotel lobby in advance, providing you with a timely and safe transfer that will allow you to arrive in plenty of time for your flight.
Cancun Airport to Hotel: Upon landing, collect your luggage and exit the terminal through the door marked “Transporte y Taxis” or “Shuttle and Taxis.” A Travelfy representative will be waiting to greet you and escort you to the vehicle. Your transportation will be ready approximately 20 minutes after your flight lands.
Hotel to Cancun Airport: One day before your flight, we will confirm the pickup time. Your driver will be waiting for you in the hotel lobby. To avoid any inconveniences, we suggest you be ready a few minutes before the confirmed time, as drivers can only wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled time.

Always, always keep the operator contact information handy. Viator was not helpful at all in making changes to our reservations or when our driver did not show up on time to pick us up for our return flight in Mexico. Also keep in mind that the tour operators might not be responsive, either. We got very lucky that the concierge at our hotel had a back channel to contact the tour operator after they did not respond to my texts and calls when they were 30 minutes late in picking us up without any contact from them.
