Mr. Felipe was wonderful, he was very respectful, and made sure we saw the location we were arriving to. He arrived earlier than the time I booked which was great as well. Only thing was with the booking that it should have the correct pricing depending on the location you are arriving to in Cancun. The company Cancun Travel Experience were great because as soon as I booked they communicated with me to let me know the difference in price before proceeding to confirm the driver. But other than that it was a good experience.

The driver, Adrian, was intent on contacting us as soon as we landed. He sent us a text message, an email and a WatsApp notification. Our plane arrived in Cancun early, so we expected to have to wait for the driver to arrive. We were extremely happy to see him walking towards us with a billboard, similar to the one pictured on the website, with our names clearly displayed. We were so pleased to see him, especially because other van companies had begun to gather around us. The transporting vehicle was spacious and clean,and not too far from the airport exit. Adrian assisted in getting our luggage in the vehicle. He was a careful, patient driver. We are looking forward to our ride back to the airport with Adrian, to return home!
Was told to pay extra in cash when I got in the transport as my original booking hotel address was outside the perimeter and it was going to cost extra. They forgot to collect, then blamed me. Then told me I wasn’t obligated to pay the difference in a text message then threatened me and said Mexico was going to get me.
Driver showed up 30 minutes late. Ended up spending money to secure a ride with MVC shuttle to Laguna Mar and just as I paid for that service, driver showed up with white board that had my name on it.
Scheduled the service and provided all the information relative to what time I would arrive to the airport. I was not picked up until an hour later after calling them three separate times to check the status of the arrival. I would never use this company again.!!

BEaWARE... I prepaid for this shuttle service, upon arriving to Cancun, this shuttle service DEMANDED that I pay an additional $80 for the trip. After speaking with 2 "managers" and showing proof of prepayment, they stated unless I pay the additional money they had no choice other than leaving us (our group of 4) at the airport with no chance of refund for original payment. I had placed the correct Hotel information in on this site and got the initial price of shuttle service which got prorated after placing address. Through Viator, this shuttle service offered a "discount" for early planning and prepayment... Hah!!! but when we arrived, ta-dah pay more money NOW or get left behind. Initially cost of service approximately $92, ending up being $180 round trip for a 31 mile trip WHICH DOES NOT INCLUDE TIP. Absolutely ridiculous pricing even with our worlds current gas pricing issue. Unfortunately, "THEY" got ya where they want ya in a foreign country. BE AWARE...
Promptful Driver, arrived 30mins early to Cancun and Driver was already there to pick up from airport. Booked round trip and Driver was already at hotel at pickup time, so we did not encounter wait time.
Communication was clear and the vehicles were clean. The driver was on time and I will be using them again in the future

I booked a round trip from Cancun airport to Playa Del Carmen using this tour in error. I should have selected to Playa del Carmen. I was contacted by tour operator to correct it and of course, I needed to pay more money. After researching it with other carriers this one was the better deal so we paid the difference in cash. They also let us add another couple at the last minute at no additional charge. The operator was very helpful and polite. The drivers(both way, Adrian & Francisco) were early and very polite. On the way there he kindly stopped at a convenience store for us. I would use them again.
Wonderful service. One tip though, remember the name of the secondary travel company that is providing your transportation, as it it differ than the booking agency. Otherwise, everything was very good. Nice smooth ride with a great driver.
⚠️ Don’t trust this service. I booked my ride a month in advance. The night before my trip, they WhatsApped me saying the price was wrong and I had to pay an extra $80. I agreed and told them I’d pay it. But when I arrived at the airport, they never showed up. 🤦🏻♀️ I’ve been to Mexico several times, and I would recommend using Amstar or taking an official airport taxi instead. It’s much safer and more reliable and also cheaper.Don’t waste your time or money with this service.
My driver was punctual and waited for me even though my flight was a little late and I felt safe with his driving.
The pick up experience was great, when we arrived to the airport the pick up person was already there waiting for us with my name! He was very polite and friendly.
The communcation was excellent they gave us instructions on where to find them at the airport. They had a sign with my name on it. Our driver was very professional and plesant. He waited well over an hr beause our flight was delayed. I stayed in communcation with them to keep them updated and it was a great experience. We actually purchased round-trip tickets and it was about 40 per person round trip. Definitely book your transportation before arrival.
"The actual drive was fine, but the company changed the price last-minute, which felt very unfair. I booked a one-way trip from Cancun airport to my resort for $33 and gave all my flight and resort details upfront. Just a few hours before my trip, they emailed me demanding an extra $40. Because I was out of time and couldn't book another ride, I had to pay the extra money to the driver at the airport. While the transfer itself went smoothly, the surprise fee was unprofessional
Transportation was smooth, my flight was delayed, and this company was nice enough to reschedule my pick up for the following day of arrival with no problems no hesitation very helpful and on time. Very reliable.
We was extorted for more money then what was quoted and paid on that app! It was stated that "Our hotel was outta transportation range" but for $20 USD they'd make an exception after we paid what the app quoted as the cost for transportation to the hotel.
Driver was on time, helpful with our luggage, it was just the two of us so we got right to our hotel.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am a normal person who traveled from Texas to Mexico for a vacation. I submitted all of the exact details needed and this listing automated a price for me, so I paid what was required. I got a message from the tour operator saying that I owed them $80 more because their private pricing was different than what Viator was showing and they wanted me to pay through a separate link. I am shocked that I don’t see more reviews about this situation? I spent approximately 6 hours on the phone between talking with the tour operator (the private company that is partnering with Viator) and Viator themselves. The tour operator was telling me that they would not be providing me with the service I paid for without paying the $80 extra, and that I needed to contact Viator to get either a refund or figure out another payment method. Well, when I spoke with Viator, they said that they would have to get ahold of the tour operator for confirmation and the tour operator would not answer their calls or messages…not to mention the tour operator started the original conversation with me over the Viator app 45 minutes before my cancellation period. Viator ended up being on the private companies side about the whole thing, which was VERY strange to me (awful customer service and experience). I am very disappointed and confused how people are having good experiences with this company? I will probably never use Viator or TripAdvisor again due to this I ended up going with another company, Cancún Airport Transportation, and they were great and efficient and honest.
Fantastic experience. Great communication after we landed because our luggage came out late. Our Driver, Felipe communicated via text and told us he would wait until we were ready- which gave us a sense of relief. And after he was absolutely amazing and very helpful .
We had a good experience. I would just suggest reaching out to confirm your shuttle and the times just to be on the safe side.
Make sure to reach out and communicate round-trip transfer for your return. Coming in was easy but took me reaching out a few different ways to confirm departure. Overall great drivers and love the private transfer for a easy ride no multiple stops.

Exiting the airport was chaotic with everyone offering taxi and transfer service, so It was nice to have the driver meet us with a sign of our names.
