Incredible experience with our guide Daniel and catamaran crew. We paid extra for the 15 of us (8 adults and 6 kids aged 10-13) to have a private experience including snorkeling, a private swim spot and 3 hours on Isla. Drinks were great and crew were very attentive. Everyone claimed this was the best thing we’ve ever done on vacation! Would highly recommend and would also book again! Daniel was the absolute best!

Book through Nexus tours. They will help you coordinate your transportation to and from your hotel. We were on the Arjuna and the crew Robert, Alejandro, Alexis, and Captain Agis were amazing! We had 24 girls on our trip and they made sure we all had a great time!

We booked a private tour on the Nalgone catamaran and it was an absolutely amazing experience. Our crew was helpful, friendly, and very accomodating of our request. We went to two different sites for snorkeling and then to Isla Mujeres. For several of my family members, this was their first time snorkeling and they were not disappointed. I highly recommend a private tour, it's worth it!

Julia, Daniel, Gustavo, Kristal were my crew and are the absolute best. So courteous and attentive. Really wanted to understand the experience we desired and absolutely delivered.

We were on the Kendo with our host Montse and it was seriously one of the best days ever. Cannot speak highly enough about our crew. The boat was perfect and the trip well worth it.

Fernando was a fantastic guide. We had a family of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids ages 7-16). We saw plenty of beautiful fish; puffer fish, squirrel fish, someone even saw a squid! We were on the Nal Gone and it was plenty of room for our party.

We had the absolute pleasure of having ( toula) I’m not sure if I’m spelling that right , and a wonderful captain and first mate. From the second we stepped onboard we were treated with so much kindness, smiles, and just such amazing attitudes- they made our last day of our trip one of the best experiences we have ever had as a group- the catamaran was definitely showing its age in some ways but the crew was so wonderful that we didn’t even care- they kept drinks flowing, took us to some of their favorite spots and even got us a docking spot on Isla M. From our entire group- thank you! ❤️

Super recommended experience with this company. Since we got on the catamaran we felt very well served, offering drinks at all times and worrying that we had a good time. We were lucky snorkeling and could see even a turtle. Thanks to Fernando and the rest of the team, we would definitely repeat!

Very bad experience, we were put in a business on the island. The beach only 5 meters and then there are the boats. Shameful behaviors in front of children in the catamaran

The good: Snorkeling, and free time on island women. The bad: The taste of buffet food, the small variety of drinks on the open bar, and the attitude of the one who collected the tips at the end of the tour.

If you are looking for a good tour to Isla Mujeres THIS IS NOT. We arrived and were charged $300 mxn parking. Then we had to line up 40 minutes to pay another $1540 million tax and leave 10:30am instead of 10am. The snorkeling was cancelled due to windy conditions (and they did not compensate for that time, on the contrary the tour lasted almost 2 hours less). The food that was included was in a place with very little variety and super ugly. They give you 1 hour to eat and then 90 minutes of time on the island and return. It's a lie that includes beach club. There are many better tours that also do not lie to you in the description. I wouldn't come back or recommend it.

Isla Mujeres is beautiful and the service of the boys was excellent!! Super committed to caring for the passengers and returning was great fun. Always watch for us to have an excellent time! I recommend it.
