Private Cancun Airport Round Trip Transportation

This is not my first time booking with Viator Professional and on time Definitely recommended to my friends and family.

Our driver sent me a message to let us know where we could find him once we exited the airport. He had a sign up with my name on it and offered bottles of water for the ride… perfect experience

Booked a private round trip transport. From the airport to the resort, it was private. They picked us to bring us to the airport and it had other people in it. Definitely not a private transport experience.

The van that picked us up was old and AC didn’t work. We had to wait 10-15 min for driver to get us. We had to call him to pick us up as he stopped answering the what’s app messages. The pick up at the resort to the airport was fine. It was a newer van. We just hated we couldn’t change the pick up time. Next time I would do an uber just because of that. Both drivers were great.

Julio was our driver and he was excellent. I screwed up which Margaritaville we were staying at, but he took care of it for us and remained very patient with me. Pick-up was flawless and the van was cool and sparkling clean. He also gave us cold bottles of water, which was very appreciated!

They comfortably took 10 of us from the Cancun airport to our hotel in Puerto Moreles. Highly recommend using them, they were prompt, communicated well, and we very nice.

Great experience! Our flight was delayed by 8 hours, and they were responsive and accommodating. They still picked us up when we arrived, and for our return trip, they were waiting for us at the resort right on time to take us back to the airport. Everything was smooth I would definitely book again!

The experience with GVC was great. The communication was very good. They communicated through WhatsApp as well as the Viator app. We got clear instruction on what to expect upon arrival at Cancun airport. The driver reached to us when the flight just landed. It took about an hour for our luggage to come out. The driver waited for us and checked on us periodically. The departure pickup time was set 3 hours before departure time plus estimated travel time from hotel to airport. So, it was a little overkill. But it is ok. You don't want to miss your flight. The pickup was smooth too. The driver arrived on time. Since our scheduled pickup time was outside of GVC office hour, we were provided with emergency contact for any assistance we might need. That made us feel very safe and secure. We would recommend this service.

Need to have a back up plan/way to contct provider should you be delayed. We were delayed in immigration for over an hour- our shuttle presumably left without us. I had multiple calls from a Mexico number but was unable to answer- call went dead. There aws no VIATOR sign outside the airport- wish they had tried to contact me via text or What's App We ended up getting fleeced by a taxi. BUT, still a greqat vacation. Have used VIATOR many times- first time there was ever an issue.

Alfredo was so nice! Texted me with where to meet and exactly what the sign looked like. He was easy to fine, helped with the bags, offered drinks and drove quickly. Would book again with this company when coming back!
