Fabian was wonderful! First, he was on time to pick us up from our hotel. Second, he’s hospitality was top notch (just like Wilbert our first experience with STP Caribe). Third, he got us on time to the airport even though there was lots of traffic and it was raining. Last but not least, we felt safe and comfortable with Fabian and his driving. STP made accommodations for my wait time at airport which upgraded our car to Maybach truck which was amazing!!! Our driver Moises made us comfortable our entire ride from bottled waters, sanitizers, cool towels and of course beer!!!! What an amazing experience! Thank you STP

This was my first time this transportation service and I think I found the one, I used a few others before that were good but this was by far the best. The booking process was smooth and the communication was excellently consistent. Two days before arrival I received an email confirmation and we communicated through WhatsApp for anything I needed before/during my trip. Upon arrival Emanuel picked us up in the Mercedes sprinter van and upon our departure Alfredo picked us up in a very nice SUV. We asked for a car seat which we had but was a bit small so we had to get creative in tying him into it but we figured it out. The cars were exceptionally clean and they were always so nice and overall amazing and a pleasure. I will definitely use them and recommend them to others.

Amazing! Super friendly and nice. We did the round trip from the Cancun airport to our hotel and then back from our hotel to the airport. They were always on time and sent a text message to alert us when they had arrived which was very helpful. Mr. Gabriel took us to the airport and he was so friendly and made us feel very comfortable. He also asked us about our trip and made pleasant conversation. It was a great service super worth it especially since this was our first time in Cancun it made the experience smooth.

I booked transportation to and from hotel in Cancun. Not only were they on time but early! I really appreciated the driver texting me at the airport giving me a complete description of his attire so he was so easy to find in the crowd. Great experience. Our flight from the US was delayed for over an hour. Carlos had texted us before we landed saying he was waiting and then called as we were going through customs to make sure we knew where to go and how to meet him. By this time is was after 10pm so it helped me feel better about going out into the airport parking lot at night. He met us with cold scented wash clothes and cold water. We splurged for a stretch limo which was totally worth it. Thank you Carlos for taking such good care of us!!!!
