One-way Private Transportation Cancun Airport - Cancun Hotel Zone

I prepaid for airport transportation through Viator and unfortunately never received the service I paid for. At the time of booking, I provided my flight number and my scheduled arrival time of 2:10 p.m. The transportation provider later submitted a photo of the driver holding a sign with my name at approximately 1:45 p.m. — 25 minutes BEFORE my flight was even scheduled to land. After arriving at Terminal 4, clearing the airport, and going to the designated pickup area, the driver was nowhere to be found. An airport employee even assisted me in looking for the driver. I contacted Viator Customer Service while I was still at the airport to report that my driver was not there. The representative attempted to contact the transportation company/dispatcher and was unsuccessful. The driver did not contact me until AFTER I had already called Viator to complain and was arranging alternative transportation. What makes this even more frustrating is that I was told by the dispatcher that the driver arrived around 1:45 p.m. and waited 45 minutes. If that is accurate, his waiting period would have ended around 2:30 p.m. — only 20 minutes after my flight was scheduled to land. How is a passenger expected to land, deplane, clear immigration/customs, collect luggage, and reach the pickup area within 20 minutes? I ultimately had to pay approximately $100 for alternative transportation to my resort. Despite all of this, my refund was denied because the provider claims the driver was at the meeting point and remained available. A photograph taken before my flight landed does not prove the driver was there when I actually reached the designated pickup area. I am extremely disappointed with how Viator handled this dispute. I provided my flight information in advance, immediately contacted customer service when the driver could not be located, and incurred additional expenses because the prepaid service was not provided. Based on my experience, I would not use this airport transportation service again. If you book airport transportation through Viator, I strongly recommend documenting everything — your flight arrival time, pickup instructions, calls, messages, receipts, and any communication with the driver — in case you later need to dispute what occurred.

I love this experience. A lot of reviews on Internet scare people about taxi in Cancun airport, but this pick up was very good.. Just give them flight number and they wait for you with your name. My fly delayed for 1 hour and we still get to hotel quickly. Thanks Viator and vendor

10/10 recommend. Really easy to book, they had a sign ready for my wife and I for us to locate. Followed by smooth transportation to our resort.

We scheduled a transfer for 4:45 but then our flight changed and didn’t arrive in Cancun until 7:45. We sent a text to Viator and they informed the transfer company but they were not at the airport when we arrived. We eventually took a taxi to our hotel.

On time & exactly where he said he’d be. Highly recommend this service. Will be looking into for our return to the airport.

We had a hard time finding the contact, when we did he had us stand in an area to wait for the transport. It took 30 minutes for our private ride to arrive. No water, nothing to hold us over in the heat. Once the driver came, she was nice. We did have to ask for the ac to be turned on. She barely spoke the entire drive, listening to some podcast holding the phone to her ear. Just not really worth the cost. I've done cheaper rides and gotten a bottled water.

They forgot to picked us up at the Airport, when my internet finally work and I called them, the lady who answered said she couldn’t find my reservation(lies) she puts me on hold and said she’ll call me back. She finally call me and told me the driver is in the way and she found my reservation. All lies. Driver came 30min later, was rude and seems very agitated. Well got to our destination 2hours later. Will never book with them again. I do not recommend it!!

Our experience was great! We we’re able to find our driver easily, as they held up a sign with my name on it. Our driver was really nice and gave us a few recommendations on the area. We will be booking our departure with through them.

Traveled with my family and the pick up and drop off went very smoothly. I was able to locate the person with my name quickly. Once we were in the van, the driver was very kind and dropped us off at our location. Overall service was very good.

My spouse and I had a positive experience with TCS for our transfer from the Cancun airport to our accommodation in the Hotel Zone. Initially, I was concerned about their availability after our late arrival into Cancun - I was able to easily reach out to TCS via WhatsApp and receive confirmation of my reservation within minutes. Great responsiveness! On the night of our arrival, after retrieving our bags, we exited the airport and proceeded into the outdoor plaza and found our driver holding a sign with my name written on it. I showed him a screenshot of our booking confirmation, and within minutes, we were loaded into our private van. Our ride was smooth, and conversation was minimal — which I did appreciate — and from airport to Hotel, we had an uneventful experience. Would book again.

Friendly driver was at the airport waiting for us with my name on a sign. Seamless transfer to the airport. Be sure to look at your booking to see which company you should be looking for at the airport- many different companies use Viator so some of the pics are stock photos. This was my first time using Viator, so that was a learning for me.

We booked for transport back to the airport, driver arrived at approximately 7:40 & told us we had 5 mins to be down stair or he was leaving, we booked picked up for 8:00am & was in the van at 8 sharpe, once in the van driver did not greet or speak to any of us, it made us seem as if we wasn’t on time & held him up. Drivers could be a little more nicer. Won’t use again.

Unfortunately when I first arrived I did not have a driver due to the company saying I did not give them my flight details.That was not the case but I did end up having to call & someone came out. Our driver was nice though!

We were stuck with immigration for a while and they patiently waited when we communicated we were stuck in a line. It was easy to locate them in a sea of salesmen trying to get you to book through their agency last minute. They quickly found the driver who was going to take us to the hotel. Hector was our driver he was so nice and amazing and didn’t make it awkward at all. Gonna book them for every vacation.

It was hard to find them among the crowd at the airport, but once we found each other, everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend hiring private transportation ahead of time to avoid talking to the wrong crowd who would try to sell you timeshare instead and in my experience, buying two-way transportation can be cheaper than hiring a cab from hotel to airport if you pay separately. I made the mistake of buying one-way from airport to the hotel and paid more on our way back to the airport. Oh well! I recommend this service; Not a fancy ride, but driver was courteous, van had A/C and safely arrived to our hotel.

I have booked so many companies for transportation to my hotel from the airport, and none of them are ever been there when I arrive. This company was there with my name on a sign, and very accommodating.

It is overwhelming the number of transporters waiting at the exit to the terminal at Cancun airport. Certainly glad we booked this before arriving! Our transfer was there as planned - even after a 2hr delay getting our bags. Polite clean and efficient transportation whisked up to our hotel. Will book my return transfer with them as well.

Great experience! My driver met me outside the terminal as expected. Out drive out to the hotel at the far end of the hotel strip was great. Highly recommend.

I was very disappointed even before I traveled.I received so many emails requesting payment way before I traveled. Then price was changed even though I told them I was going to a resort, not a hotel. It was hard fining them when we arrived to the airport.Our flights were late but they claimed they waited over 2 hours.That was not true.one of the people traveling with us was left because her flight was late also. So, not going to ever use them again.I paid and my friends gave the driver a generous tip. I only used them based on reviews.

We had a great experience. The van was at the airport waiting for us upon arrival and took us straight to our resort. The van was clean and air conditioned.
