I had a nice trip! It was very easy to connect with the team because they gave great instructions. My only caution to travelers with accommodations beyond the hotel district is prepare to pay an extra $10-$20 from the general posted price. However, this is not a surprise. They contact you in advance of your trip about this if you provide clear details about where you’re staying. With gas and increase of other prices due to inflation, I think it’s fair and a small price to pay for exclusive transport. I arrived well rested, was offered water and beer and had a quiet, comfortable trip free from chaos. Well worth it! I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

They accept the booking, and you clearly mention the address of the resort. But when we met the driver at the airport, he asked for 40 USD extra. And denied to pick us up. Great way to take advantage of tourists. If you cannot drop off to the hotel zone why accept the booking.

Website says 50 USD for transport, but after I paid with creditcard. From airport to Puerto Morelos (15-20min drive) They email me after I paid and say, it will be 30 USD extra and I can pay when we arrive. So 80 USD total (Taxi price is 53 USD) Pick up Guy with sign waiting for us, at parking lot. He called a transport and we get picked up in a ordinary VW transporter. I expected a more fancy luxury pick up, like the cherverolet lincoln they show on the pictures. Driver and pick up guy, where nice.. But, expected another car for that price..

The car was very nice, clean and new however the advertisement claimed that there was cold beer soda and water. When we got in the car the only thing he could offer us was warm bottled water. Very disappointed for how much we paid for a very short ride.

Our name was not written on sign as we were told to look for. Took us a long exhausting time to find driver. Our hotel had free shuttle service but we wanted a direct trip so paid for booking. Wish it had been more personalized.

I had a terrible experience with Danita Luxury Transportation Service, and unfortunately, Viator denied my request for a refund after I completed my booking. Upon my arrival at the airport, the transportation company demanded payment again. I also requested a car seat for my child's safety, but it was never provided. Despite reaching out to Viator about this issue and the fact that I ended up paying twice, they conducted a brief investigation that lasted only about 15 minutes before informing me that I wouldn’t be refunded. I urge others to be cautious when using Viator and the merchants they partner with, as you might end up in a similar situation.
