The services were impressive. Although the company sold out for my return journey, they arranged a clean SUV for me without extra charges.

I would highly recommend Dantia Luxury Services and specifically our driver, Williams. Their communication through the Viator app was excellent. We flew first class with no checked bags so we were through immigration and customs very quickly and Williams was waiting for us the moment we exited the terminal. He was friendly, a safe driver, and the vehicle was very well-maintained and comfortable. We travel to CUN every year and it’s the best transfer experience we’ve had. We’ll definitely book again for next year.

I booked this service with a viator representative who quoted me pricing and set it all up over chat. Once I got to Mexico both Viator and this company started demanding more money claiming what I was quoted was a different type of vehicle and a different pickup point. I sent proof in transcripts of my conversation with the Viator agent yet they refused to honor the quote and ultimately they canceled my return shuttle and refunded my money without notice. I had to scramble at the last minute to find transportation back to the airport. Fortunately I found a fantastic company with reasonable prices and a wonderful driver and comfortable vehicle and I would never ever ever book with Viator or this company again! BEWARE! They don't care and you are at their mercy once you are in another country.

My driver was prompt, courteous and drove very carefully/calmly. The SUV was luxurious and comfortable. I arrived at airport with plenty of time. The price is higher than you’d pay for a taxi service in Playa, but way less than the cost of my cab from the airport late at night. I’d highly recommend booking something on arrival. You don’t want to be stuck paying the ridiculous rates the taxi syndicate charges late at arrival, especially at an hour when there are few other options. Booking this service is a great option if you want a spacious, luxe ride.

Great car. Great service! Our driver, Ezeqiel, was super polite, provided great drink options and overall was a lovely experience.

Was a little confirming to book but once I contacted them it was all sorted. Everything from this was very seamless and easy! Our driver Ezequiel Montaro was waiting for us with cold beer in the fridge and was super knowledgeable about our area and gave us some very good tips. Would not hesitate to book again.

Jose Manuel Lopez was on time, his vehicle was clean and he was very polite and friendly. He got us to the airport safely and on time.

So the most important part of any transfer service is getting picked up on-time and arriving in a safe manner which was fulfilled with this service. However, when our driver saw there was four of us he looked very confused and showed me that he was told that there would only be two people. After suggesting leaving two of us behind he said that if we tip well having the additional two people would not be a problem. I then showed him my viator booking was confrimed for 4 people and the office must have given him the wrong information. I know he understood because ihe left the office a voice Whatsapp message in Spanish explaining the situation. The ride to the airport was lovely and the vehicle was very nice. At the airport we tipped him about 10 percent of the cost of the booking to which he responded, "That's it?" And was visibly pissed off. Tips are not mandatory and secondly we booked for 4 people!! He didn't do us any extra favors by allowing the rest of our party in the car.

Tony was an amazing driver and guide. I felt very comfortable with him whether I was asking questions about local knowledge or general questions about Mexico. I felt safe while driving to and from the airport.
