One Way Private Transfer Cancun - Cancun International Airport

I would strongly recommend avoiding this transportation company, especially if you are traveling as a group of women. We originally booked transportation from the airport to our hotel for $35, and one of the main reasons we chose this company was because we were told we could pay upfront and wouldn’t have to worry about carrying extra cash or being scammed when we arrived. While we were already in the air, we received a message informing us that our hotel was outside of their normal drop-off area and that we would have to pay an additional $25. At that point, we were already on the plane and had no realistic option to cancel and find another transportation company. We agreed to pay the additional fee. When we arrived, we also discovered that there were two different sides of the airport, and we were charged another $35 related to the pickup. Then, on our way back, we were told there was yet another additional fee of approximately $45 because our destination was considered farther/different from their normal service area. This was incredibly frustrating because we had already paid multiple unexpected fees that were never clearly disclosed when we originally booked. When I questioned the driver about why we were being told about these charges only after we were already in the vehicle, his response was extremely alarming. He told me that either I needed to pay immediately or he would kick us out of the vehicle. He then pulled over on the side of the road and told us we would have to get out if I didn’t pay. There was a group of women in the vehicle, and we were genuinely scared. I ended up sending the additional money because I did not feel like we had a safe choice. After I sent it, the driver demanded proof that the payment had gone through. Unfortunately, my phone died. Instead of continuing to our destination, he pulled over again and waited for approximately 20 minutes while my phone charged, repeatedly telling us that we would have to get out if I couldn’t show him proof of payment. At that point, this no longer felt like a simple disagreement over a transportation fee. We felt trapped and intimidated in a vehicle in an unfamiliar country because of a payment dispute that should have been clearly communicated before we were picked up. I told the driver how disgusted I was by his behavior. I explained that if he had daughters, I would hope he would understand how disturbing it would be for them to be in a vehicle with a grown man pulling over on the side of the road and threatening to leave them there because of money. I have traveled internationally before, and I understand that transportation companies may have different service areas and additional fees. That is not the issue. The issue is the lack of transparency and, most importantly, the way this situation was handled. These fees should have been disclosed BEFORE we were already in transit, not presented to us one by one after we had already paid and were essentially in a position where we had no choice but to comply. I will NEVER use this company again. I did not feel safe, comfortable, or respected, and I would strongly advise other travelers—especially women traveling in groups—to think twice before using this service. There are plenty of transportation companies that can provide a safe and professional experience. Based on what happened to us, I would stay away from this one.

This Transfer company is Top Tier. The Chevy Suburban was spacious, new and smelled great. The driver Mr. Hernandez had the best playlist. The drinks were cold. It was the perfect way to cap off our time in Mexico. There are so many transfer companies to choose from, however this is one of the best.

Car was clean and comfortable, plenty of room for us and our luggage. Driver arrived ahead of time and helped with our bags. He was polite and friendly. He got us to airport safely and on time. Definitely will use your service again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our transfer arrived 10 minutes before our booking time and waited patiently. Manuel was very polite and courteous, helping with luggage and ensuring our comfort prior to departure.

Their communication is terrible & they are extremely rude. I was the one that had to reach out the day of to ensure that the driver was still coming since I didn’t hear anything from this operator once I arrived in Mexico. Then - while I was in the process of checking out - with a pickup time of 11:30am, the driver had nerve to call me at 11:35am verbally berating me & threatening to leave without me because they have other appointments. How lucky for me that the staff at Waldorf Astoria convinced him to stay & helped me expedite checkout, but super embarrassing, humiliating, and frustrating experiencing all around. Apparently they had some problems with scheduling and vehicle issues & tried to blame the attitude on demand from the company, but that is no excuse — I am a paying customer & do not deserve to bear the brunt of whatever internal drama is happening. This is my first time using this company, & I am currently cancelling all future transport I had planned with them. I usually use STP Caribe who always has the utmost professionalism and customer service, & I will go back to them accordingly.

The booking picture of nice quality SUVs is misleading. For our two person round trip transfer, the vehicle was a van. We were expecting a nicer transport due to the picture. We could have booked with another company and saved money for a van transport

We booked this transport service last minute and it was well worth it! Fast confirmation back from the company. They recommend a departure time and was spot on. Our driver was on time, the van was clean and air conditioned. He offered beer, water and even asked our preference for music. Would definitely not hesitate to book again!

Communication was great. They were there to pick us up from the airport. Had water for us. They were polite and on time when picking us up from the hotel when we were leaving too.

This company was so awesome! Will def. Used them again on my next vacation. They made the process of finding them easy and the van was co and comfortable. My stay for my time in Cancun was a little further than this transport goes. I was informed of an extra charge to pay when I arrived. Communication was excellent and I did not have to wait for the car to arrive. My transport was a large passenger van, which was private and booked for 1 person- but a sedan or smaller vehicle would have been ok too. Water was available, did not get offered beer or soft drinks. Will possibly book this company when I return with family or a group. Easy to arrange just pay attention to the areas they travel so you don't pay a lot more when it's not a luxury vehicle pickup- but definitely a private pickup.

Not clear this is a one way service I was not happy about this transportation will not ever book again

They were professional, friendly, and punctual. They greet you with water, beer or soda. Both drivers answered any questions we had. Alberto was especially great! Absolutely no complaints.

I would highly recommend using this transfer service! They were waiting for us to arrive and our flight was even early. There was open communication with signs and texts guiding us to our connection. The driver was courteous and safely delivered us to our resort. I was most pleased with their level of communication. I did not have to wonder where to go or what to do next. I will definitely use them again if ever in Cancún!

Unprofessional and miscommunication. I was under the impression that I ordered a suburban because it was only me and another person and Rafael sent pictures of the sur urban I thought I ordered but there was a Toyota van waiting. Just make sure you OVERLY COMMUNICATE. I wouldn’t recommend

We got different drivers in all our trips. But, all were very nice and welcoming. They always greeted with a warm smile and offered us a welcomed cool beverage and fresh towels at cancun airport. They were kind and answered all our questions and helped us in finding Tulum hotel which was not visible on Google maps. We booked SUV for two rides and van for one ride. Cars were nice and spacious and had water, beer and snacks. 5 star service for all three trips.
