One-way Airport Transfer To Cancun Or Playa Del Carmen

Completely unreliable. Lack of communication. Showed up late more than once. We had multiple trips to and from the airport and now we will find another company. Do not use this company!

Fantastic Cancun airport transfer. Even though our flight was delayed, our driver was waiting with a friendly smile — and even surprised us with a birthday message on our greeting sign. He snapped some great photos for us and later shared them, which was such a thoughtful touch. Super friendly, easygoing, and he even vibed with the reggaeton I played. Truly the perfect way to start our trip.

We had an issue with our bags and the driver stayed, even after we didn't answer their messages. 10/10 would recommend

We had a good experience. Our driver had great communication with us and we stayed in contact prior to arrival so that we could meet up seamlessly once we got our bags through baggage claim. He also let us stop at a bank on the way so that we could get some pesos, which I really appreciate.

Driver was waiting for me at the airport, VERY polite, and made a grocery store stop for me on the way to my resort. The return trip was just as easy, with on-time pickup. The drivers even contacted me by text the evening before my rides to re-confirm. I highly recommend this company.

Our ride service operator did not complete his assignment upon arrival at the airport for pickup. He was not there although he said he was. There was no contact to find us until our time had expired. Funny, 3 minutes after my booking in September 2023 he sent a message on how wonderful everything would be. I searched and searched all over the location. There were multiple drivers with signs for the clients. None were for me. This operator will swear up and down he was there. HE DID NOT DO HIS JOB. He notes in his no show message the time of our arrival at 2:57pm yet did not contact us until our time was over after 4pm. Imagine the anxiety? We were left to the scams of Mexican taxis charging us more than 50% of what we had paid. My wife was hysterical at the notion that we would spend the night at the airport. What was I to do? In addition, we did not know if we were at risk of being robbed further and left on the highway. I'd appreciate the courtesy of a refund. I was NOT going to waste more of my time and emotional well-being on my vacation. AND certainly, was not going to trust Viator to get me to my return flight home on time. This totally ruined the start of our vacation having to pay out cash that was slated for other activities that subsequently missed. It would be very difficult to trust Viator again. It’s sad that customers NOT service providers are penalized.

Our driver Angel was great! Lots of communication before arriving. Our flight was delayed and they were very accommodating with the pick up. Easy to find where to meet. Would definitely recommend using them for a quick easy hotel transfer!

Last minute decision to hit an ATM was also provided with a smile on her face. Highly recommend them especially this driver.

Jesus picked us up at the exit of the terminal - with a sign with our names on it so we knew it was our ride. Don’t fall for all the people who are trying to get you to ride with them! Also as a warning - service is spotty there. The SUV was in perfect shape, clean and the AC worked so well. He offered us water and beers - gave us extra information about the area and recommendations based on areas we had and had not visited. Would use him again!

Was contacted shortly after booking to confirm our flight info. Our driver was waiting for us when we landed with our name clearly printed. If you are flying into Cancun this is the way to go, you can avoid negotiating with the taxi guys who crowd the exit and get into a clean comfortable car with light refreshments.

Our driver Pedro did a great job. There was an error with our meeting point directions and Pedro called me many times to figure out where we were and got us picked up. I was relieved he didn’t leave us

Great experience from start to finish Driver communicated effectively before our arrival and you can add champagne or extras to your trip for a extra fee which is great if you are celebrating! Clean vehicle, driver was waiting on us upon arrival, no issues. Safe, fun and friendly service I highly recommend! I would never use any other service when visiting cancun!

Didn’t know where to go I had to give him my phone to GPS to get to the 1 hour ride going back and forth on the same road and on top of that I got charged Dubel for a trip

Driver was very polite very professional answered all questions very safe. She was holding a sign from my husband and I need to find her easily. She forgot her water and beer and soda and snacks in the car on the drive. The air conditioning was ice cold. She made all of our comfort available to us.
