Great place to relax while waiting on your flight! Clean, nice staff, and good food :) I would definitely choose this option again in the future!
I can’t say I was a fan. It was not very big, seating is crowded and it was at capacity. As I headed to my gate, I thought sitting at Bubba Gump would have been better.
This place was overcrowded and the food and drinks were subpar. Waitstaff was not friendly. Total waste of money and time.
Dirty lounge. Felt like being in a dungeon. Food was average at best when fresh. Disappointed at the cost and what was the “VIP” lounge
The lounge is extremely small and was over crowded to a point where seats weren't available Customers taking 3 tables for 4 people and spreading out did not help and staff did nothing about it Food offering was dire!
Absolute waste of time, do not bother booking. The room is tiny and like sitting in a crowded cafe. The toilets are unisex and there are only two of them. The airport toilets are much nicer. We were lucky to get a table as it seemed to be overbooked. I’d have rather paid to sit in one of the airport restaurants.
Somewhat crowded, uncomfortable, converted storage space feel. Food was okay. The actual food court at the airport is a better more affordable option. This is overpriced.
When we booked they put us in the wrong terminal but they let us into the one near our gate. They were accommodating and very friendly as well as the staff inside. Lots of choices in the buffet and drinks.
The room was very small the food was ok very limited and the hot food could have been better it looked liked it had been out for hours
It was way better than sitting in the terminal. I wish the chairs had foot rests or the ability to recline
The Mera representatives were very courteous and helpful. The food selections were well stocked, varied and appetizing. The space was a little close but very comfortable and clean. All in all a great experience and a far cry from waiting in the terminal.
I thought it was going to be a bit bigger. Anything I ate I enjoyed. I liked all the options for beverages non alcoholic and alcoholic. The seats were very comfortable. I will most definitely purchased this again
Unless you are familiar with where the lounge is located, it is difficult to find without personnel assisting you to the location.
Very clean lounge, comfortable seating, food & drink (liquor) options plentiful. Bathroom facilities good & clean
This place is small and it was overcrowded. Food is not good. I will simply go to a restaurant next time.
Very clean and spacious! This is the lounge located near gate 55, I believe there's another one on the other side of Terminal 4. The staff is very kind and professional! The only drawback was there didn't seem to be a lot of outlets to plug into to charge up your phone or computer.
Worse experience I should get my money back the worse ever so rude just rude not nice at allllllllll
Waited an hour to get in meaning we only had a short amount time to spend on there so didn't get value for money, we were allocated a table right next to the food and drink fridge which was a nightmare as you had people's rear ends in your face while trying to eat (not great as you an imagine), staff were lovely to be fair
The experience was relaxing and clean. Great snack and food were appetizing and well presented. Enjoyed mamosa. We will definitely do it again international flights
There is ALOT of construction going on right now at the lounge. It was extremely loud the entire time we were there. Otherwise it’s a good lounge.
Such a scam. They direct you to another lounge that looks nothing like what they advertise. Food is average and premium bar not included after spending $100.00. SAVE YOUR MONEY. They put you in a small crowded room where you barely have a place to put a plate of food. My pictures are what you actually experience. Not worth $10 let alone $50.00 per person. Complete fraud plan and simple.
There were no recliners, the food was horrible, and bottled water was not included. Wound up paying 10 dollars for bottled water. Would have liked more non pork meat options. With that said, they did allow me to lay all the way out on the couch in a blanket and sleep for a few hours, which turned out to be great because my flight was delayed.
For the money, it was a very good value. The lounge is really small and if you pre-book, which I recommend, there is assigned seating. The food options were good, but limited. There were plenty of drink options. There were not many bathrooms, which surprised me.
Horrible. Not sure where the lounge in the pictures is, but this is NOT it. the bathroom had one stall and was sooooooo tiny. Cramped, crowded, loud, just awful. Don’t call this a VIP lounge or airport club.
Not worth it, poor choice of food. Hot food was lukewarm.
It’s a good spot to get out of the crowds, but honestly, the price isn’t worth what they have. If you’re going on the weekend, it probably would be better. But since we went on a weekday, it wasn’t very packed in the airport so we could’ve not gotten.
Great option to get away from the crowed times. Not big at all but great service and people. They however need to made the bathrooms bigger.
The front desk services person Joakin was not helpful when I asked for the supervisor wich was Mary carmen she was not helpful either. The place was not clean plus really loud. I would not waste my money or time in this place.
Needs some work. Place is too small. Food was not the greatest.
They didn’t have my Viator reservation. Would never use again. They had to verify with Viator and it took extra time for this. Once I got in drinks were good but food was lousy. Service was abysmal and it was so crowded. Literally never again.
The food really wasn't edible . It was nice to sit in comfort with phone charges
Seats were reserved for us. Food was good. Great experience. Would recommend Viator used them in many countries
There are 2 lounges in terminal- one on either end. Ticket did not specify which. Beautiful lounge with a variety of seating types. I wouldn’t exactly call it child friendly but children are allowed. There was a small buffet with hot and cold choices. Everything looked and tasted fresh.
Our resort in Cancun offered a complimentary shared shuttle to the airport so we arrived earlier than if we had a private transfer, which prompted us to purchase lounge access. Check-in to VIP lounge was easy and we were immediately greeted upon entry. Plenty of seating with abundance of tables. Upon arrival the food options were breakfast/brunch along with a full bar and a cooler with NA and alcoholic drinks. Food changed over as it approached lunch time. (Pork tacos, tortilla chips, chicken veggie soup, chicken breasts, sandwiches, salad, pasta salad, snack chip- hearty to light options). TVs lined the walls and soft music played through our stay. We saw 3 or 4 sleeping pods for those to grab a quick nap and clean bathrooms. We stayed the full 3 hour limit and felt like the cost was worth it. We were able have a graze, enjoy 3+ drinks and relax in comfort before our flight back to the US. Staff periodically checked to see if we needed another drink. Lounge does offer premium food and liquor options for an additional charge; however, we don’t partake in the upgrades.
The Mera VIP lounge was beautiful, super comfortable, not crowded, great food and drink selection, very pleased! My only constructive feedback would be with Viator; it would be most helpful if steps instructed customer to simply present online ticket at the lounge, and mention the closest gate number versus indicating a meeting place to pick up tickets in a totally different terminal, which was confusing and turned out to be not the case. Luckily I didn’t have to go from terminal 3 to 4, so it worked out and the lounge experience was excellent!
Check-in was easy and lounge was clean and well maintained. Food was good and was quiet away from hustle of the airport.
It's a great way to escape the chaotic feel of the airport. The seating is comfortable and they have a nice selection of food. However, the food is always cold.
Good food, good, drinks……. Spacious and comfortable! Good Wifi! Best kept secret! Worth every penny.
Nicer than sitting at the gate but lounge was t in the best condition. Furniture was worn and the food choice was limited. Was a bit pricey compared to other lounges we have purchased.
Food was ok. Space is too small. Need to add crackers to the choices. The fragrance spray was way too strong.
A bit messy at check in but once in the service, food and drinks were great and the sofas comfortable
Was concerned about weather delays so I booked this to be safe. Terminal 3 location is very small (photos are of terminal 4!). Food was okay, there was a charging station but not many outlets around the seating. . Limited seating had some people standing. There is only one bathroom stall per gender. Food/drink is expensive in the airport so this worked well for our three hour wait but nothing special.
They close at 8. No food at 7. At 7:55 they throw you out. I have never felt less welcome in a place I paid good money for. During the day I’m sure it’s fine. It’s clean and the food I was able to grab before they shut down was not bad!
Overall accommodations were good but old saggy chairs to sit on. Needs updated kind of depressing look
Definitely worth it! Was warmly greeted and lead to our RESERVED seats so we didn't have to hunt for availability. Hot, delicious food, cold drinks and desserts available. You're given a 3 hr window for staying in the lounge, which was plenty for us. You are cautioned to watch your time to make your flight add there are no announcements, but there is a monitor to view. I would definitely recommend and will be back.
Comfortable lounge, food was pretty good and the staff were very attentive in refreshing the food and drinks. It gets crowded, but great once you find a good spot, since restrooms were constantly cleaned and staff cleared tables quick. There are just a few plugs for charging so that could be improved. Other than that, truly worth the fee to be away from the crowds!
Amazing place. It is a good place to wait and relax before your flight. The food and drinks were great. I would definitely recommend it.
The place was very small and crowded. The buffet was plentiful and drinks were served. Did have bones in chicken soup. The couches were soft and able to charge electronics. Quieter than the airport.
The facility was clean and the food was wonderful. It was kept filled and hot at all times. The cold items were also very good.
