Mangrove And Lagoon Speed Boat Tour

We had a great time. Easy check in process. Jose was out tour guide and he was great.

Excellent tour and a great thing to do while on holiday !

We had 2 couples and a single. We wanted 3 boats. We only got 2! The single person wanted to drive a separate boat so the couples could be together. Instead They put 3 large adults in one boat. It did not drive fast. They ended up taking the single person out and going with the guide boat. if we wanted a separate boat for the single driver, we had to pay an additional $69. That's ridiculous. It was fun driving a boat, but that's all it was. We drove through the lagoon. Through some mangroves, we did see a crocodile sunning himself. We did not stop at a private beach for swim.... Like the description stated. So, it was just okay. We would not do it again.

$20 per PASSENGER “docking Fee” , listed of course in the footnotes. Come on guys you know what you’re doing, stop tricking people and list it more prominently , also the overall price with that included is WAY too steep for what you get. Boats are cheap and in pretty poor condition. Staff was friendly, tour was …. Okay. Too expensive would not recommend due to price not being accurately listed. You can’t spring and $80 fee on someone when they arrive.

Really nice. Good reef cool experience, saw some barracuda and one sea turtle and a bunch of small fish, fotos were kindof expensive but cool with drone shots too.

Beware there is an undisclosed $22 per person dock fee faced upon checkin at the boats. This should have been part of reservation.

Experience was great it is so much fun to ride the mangroves and if you a duo both of you get plenty of time to drive. Unfortunately there is a 20 dollar (dock fee) that isn't disclosed when booking. That is not right, all fees should be charged up front

It was fun. My boyfriend ride it with my 4 year old son. My son fell asleep during the ride, but it was a really fun ride.

This is a great experience where you get to drive your own easy to operate boat. There is a guide in the boat in front of you the whole way. Our guide pointed out wildlife and took us through the mangroves and all over the bay. This experience was fun and appropriate for all ages. It had just the righ blend of speed and excitement paired with the peace and quiet of the mangroves. I highly recommend this tour if you are a family looking for something to do for a few hours but you don't want to be away from your hotel all day. We will return.

Dock fee was stated on the reservation but unclear. Just now that the dock fee is $20 per person, not per boat. Our guide, Jaredh, was informative and gave great direction on how to safely navigate the mangroves twists and turns. Open water speed and views were spectacular.

Fantastic equipment Marina, tour guide, clean bathrooms. Everything was fantastic especially the young lady that helped us reschedule it because we missed the first one because we got lost.! Such nice people and professional !

5/5 best tour I got! Arturo was amazing tour person. My son had a blast! From being the first time driving a. Speedboat and going through the jungle we were able to have a great time.

Carlos, our guide was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My first time driving a boat, he made me feel very confident and comfortable. The entire trip was amazing and enjoyable. We took our granddaughters and we all had an awesome time. Carlos was very conscientious about our safety and extremely knowledgeable about the habitat and the See life. We highly recommend this tour!!! We only had an additional $5 USD to give him for a tip. We're going back to give him more!!

Our tour guide was great! It was a fun boat ride around the lagoon but the best part was cruising through the Mangroves. Definitely worth the money considering the length of the ride.

Great experience from the welcome when we arrived to the when we left. Arturo was our guide and took us out on our own with no other boats, took time to point out the wildlife. From iguanas and herons to rays and fish. Great experience and would do it again.

We had so much fun with Jared zooming through on our boat! The mangroves were so pretty and our 5 yr old son is ready to go again.

This tour was not what was promised. Cruise through the mangrove forest and stop at a beach that is only accessible by boat for a refreshing swim. The add said to make sure to bring towels. The stop at the beach never happened. All we did was ride around with the guild leading us for 1 hour and 45 minutes. When I asked about the beach they said they are not allowed to go there anymore. What a waste of money. Someone needs to change this advertisement.

Such a fun experience, I loved driving the speedboat! You go all across the lagoon, about ~20mi round trip. You get to see the lagoon/Hotel Zone area from all the way south to north. Very nice sightseeing along the way. All the staff was very friendly, the guide was awesome and helpful, they took some great pictures, and a cool drone video! Mom, dad, and 5 year old all fit perfectly in front on the boat. We had a blast! Definitely recommended.

A great experience! 90 minutes roaming around the lagoon on a 2 person speed boat. The drone video of the experience was great…a bit pricey but made a great visual reminder. Definitely an activity that I would recommend.

Our guides Baldo and Truro were very helpful and pleasant and we had a blast driving our own boat plus saw lots of cool fish and reef. Thank you!

Great experience to see a different side of Cancun. Family enjoyed the time on the water, equipment was solid. Only caveat was 'dock fee', should be all included in the overall fee for the experience.

Was a lot of fun. The speedboats are fast! We loved it. A bit scary at the beginning but lots of laughs and I'm glad we did it.

Incredible adventure! We had so much fun touring the entire area and even came across some exciting wildlife! Also, do yourself a favor and purchase the photos and videography.. their captures were EXCEPTIONAL!!! Wear sunscreen and have a blast! ;)

This was an amazing adventure!!! Driving a boat on the ocean was incredible! I lost my phone after snorkeling. It fell off when I was getting into my boat. I didn’t realize it until we were driving back. I told our guide. I thought it was lost at the bottom of the ocean forever! But he went back later and not only found it, but drove it to my resort to make sure I got it!

Something we have never done before. A great experience for all of us! We were lucky enough to see a crocodile and saw loads of parts of the marina, mangrove channels and Marina that we wouldn’t have seen any other way. Highly recommend it!

This excursion was so much fun, we do this every year we visit Mexico and it never disappoints!! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a fun adventure to do this!! Don’t forget your sunscreen! Our guide was fantastic and took us to some awesome spots!!!

The little speed boats were so much. The tour guide really let us have some fun out there then we explored the mangroves and got to see some wildlife.

It was nice four hours tour. Nice staff and program. Highly recommended. People are nice and kind. They are speaking english fluently.

My husband and I did the speed boat and snorkeling tour the day we arrived in Cancun. We really enjoyed it. The boats are a bit old but it doesn’t affect the tour. When we finished, the tour guide came up to us asking for a tip which of course we had no issues with, and he suggested amounts- never stating currency. We obviously assumed he meant mexican pesos since we were in Mexico. We are not Americans (we wouldn’t assume or have usd) and if we did think dollars the amount he stated was 50% of the whole price for both of us, which seems a bit unreasonable for a tip. We gave him the tip in pesos and instead of saying something respectfully, he grabbed it and started laughing at us with the rest of the team. It ruined the trip for me, we honestly had no idea how mexican currency worked as it was our first day and there were better ways to approach it. I wouldn’t go back here.

A great experience and value for money. The drone videos are excellent but expensive. The only downside was we never checked the link until we got home and the videos and photos we paid for aren't on the site. I have communicated with them, but had no response back

great trip! the boats were great. Our tour guide was awesome! The drone pilot Sergio was a top notch pilot!!! loved our video he did for us. Would do this again and recommend it to others.

We were expecting a tour of the mangroves but our guide brought us to so many areas of the lagoon. We passed marinas hotels and tiny little inlets. So beautiful!!!

This was a fun experience with boating, snorkeling and many good pictures that followed. Erica did a good job helping explain and the tour guide helped everyone stay safe.

They started right on time and we had more time on the boats than advertised. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The photo crew were also helpful without being pushy (we bought the full package :)

Tour was ok. Guides were good. Boats were good and great fun. Not much of a coral reef. All was pretty grey. Highlight were the figures underwater.

The staff were all super friendly … boats sanitised and great condition. We went out with Baldo as out guide and he made sure we were all comfortable before setting off. Free clean life jackets and lockers provided. Wow what a journey - all round the bay and through the mangroves with a stop for water (included) and then a stop at a beach. Photographer was there and took amazing pictures and also drone footage… no hard pressure sell and we bought the whole package included personalised beer as so impressed - would go again in a heartbeat 🙌🏻

Great tour, I really liked that they offer Multiple times of day for this tour and that it doesn’t take up your whole day.. We booked directly through them, for a 330pm tour They provided lockers for stuff and we followed the guided tour in our own speed boat provided by them through the ocean and mancoves to the reef where we saw the beautiful ocean and wildlife with the gear they provided ..they took lovely pictures and video footage of us on the speedboat and we were allowed to take our own underwater pictures with our waterproof cases…

Had an awesome time on the little speed boat! Our guide Baldo was great! He took us snorkeling for 20min and saw some amazing reef fish and statues underwater. My mate with me wasn't a great swimmer but Baldo had him on the floatie and towed him around the swim. Very friendly staff all round 10/10 would recommend 👌
