Our transportation will take us to another of Bacalar's wonderful nature places. It is a completely natural pool where you can enjoy the Bacalar lagoon, learn more about the nature that is surrounded by the diversity of trees and animals. It is a place that must be taken care of and respected when visiting.
We will admire a tour to the lagoon of the 7 colors of Bacalar, and then we will go to know many more cenotes that adorn this beautiful natural paradise. Bacalar is not only beautiful, it is also the main entrance to many cenotes and caverns, so next, we will advance through the lagoon in our pontoon to visit impressive places such as: cenotes that are sacred places according to the Mayan beliefs, Canal de Los Piratas which as its name indicates, was formerly the channel that transited and where terrible battles of these famous characters took at the same time that you will have a panoramic view of the San Felipe's fort and of course the beauty of the 7 Colors Lagoon.
Bacalar is a beautiful Magical Town that stands out for the beauty of its natural attractions, it is the perfect place for lovers of nature and tranquility as well as being full of history, adventure and culture. The main square is the preferred place for meetings and rest and is the venue for local celebrations. And don't forget to take a picture of yourself in the letters of BACALAR in the city center. This is an all day trip due to the distance from Cancun/Riviera maya but we'll worth it. Spectacular fresh water lake that looks like the ocean. Crystal clear water and zero seaweed. It is not crowded which is hard to believe with how beautiful it is. Seems to be more of a locals place.
We got only few impressions for this very long ride. Our guide had low professionalism. He almost never provide particular time when we have to return to bus and did not provide full information about lunch menu in English ( for example, he did not say anything about burritos, but other people ordered them).
The long trip was worth it. Bacalar is truly a magical place and a must see whenever you are in Quintana Roo. Our tour guide (Delfin) was very kind. He and his colleagues made sure that you will enjoy the trip.
We had an amazing pontoon boat tour today! 5+ hours, many cenotes, swimming, local history and information and an amazing English speaking guide Jiaro was awesome. His side cake was an amazing bartender and food prep and was our guide thru los rápidos. An absolutely amazing day and will definitely take his tour again!
The advertisement said English tour guide... Our best tour guide spoke very little English that was understandable and the microphone sound system on the bus was horrendous. Mostly just background noise could not understand what he was saying. The guide on the pontoon boat spoke zero English. Could not understand a single thing he said, got zero information during our tour. At one point we ask our bus tour guide for the simplest, easiest route back to the bus from a lunch stop (due to my severe ankle injury), he gave us directions that went up several flights of steps to a park area only for us to turn around and walk back downhill to find the bus! That was very disappointing. Also thought it was very rude of our bus tour guide to literally beg for excellent tips mentioning this excellent tips several times and then proceeded to walk down the aisle at the bus passing a basket under each person's nose, again requesting tips. Tips are to be earned. They are not obligatory and should never be demanded.
Everything was almost perfect. Beautifully executed tour. Arturo, our guide was very kind and helpful. The pontoon boat was amazing. The only negative thing is that the food was always cold.
I loved the whole day besides the early pick up but I understand.The water was so warm and blue and so pretty.
This tour was a great experience. We got from and to Bacalar safely from Cancun. We enjoyed swimming in the Cenotes, the lagoon has beautiful clear colors. The views are amazing. They have great options for breakfast and lunch.
Waited for an hour at the specified time at the hotel lobby and nobody turned up be careful with these guys.
I super recomend this tour. It is great value for the money. Everything was well organized and tour gudes were helpful taking care of every passenger. Food breakfast and lunch were delicious and location was great near different lakes/cenote. Also you could have pick between many food options. You have enough time for enjoying every sight. Pleanty of time for swiming and exploring. And all the places were more than beautyful. It is hard to emagine day spent in a nicer way.

Had a great day! The lagoon is gorgeous and we got to spend a nice time at the best spots. Also the first stop, cenote azul, was so peaceful. Good way to start the day.

We booked the full day tour to Bacalar. The day is very long but well organized and pleasant. Our guide Arturo spoke very good English and Italian and was very good at providing explanations. Bacalar is fantastic, minus the Cenote. Also good breakfast and lunch.

Una hermosa experiencia que no hay q perderse estando en playa del Carmen.. el viaje es largo y cansador pero lo vale.. Todo bien organizado y el tiempo adecuado en cada lugar. IMPORTANTEEEEE.. NO DE PUEDE USAR BRONCEADOR… A tener en cuenta este punto.. volvimos rojo fuego ajja.. pero valió la pena!
Une journée extraordinaire certes au départ de Puerto morelos nous avons 4h de trajet aller et 4h retour mais dans un car très confortable donc le voyage reste agréable de plus notre guide Arthur est excellent il nous explique tout et il est au petit soin pour nous merci encore à lui il est au top il parle français anglais espagnol … vraiment c’est un super guide merci Arthur 👍nous avons eu une superbe journée à ne pas raté lorsque nous sommes au Mexique. L’excursion est très bien organisée tout était parfait Bravo

La journée type usine à touristes. Beaucoup d'arrêts pour regrouper tout le monde dont un de plus de 30 minutes pour attendre le gros bus. Bacalar est un joli endroit. Bien que Baaclar soit un bel endroit il fait compter 8 heures de transport aller-retour. A notre sens ne vaut pas le coup sur une seule journée ou éventuellement à faire en excursion privée pour gagner 1 heure de transport Gros bémol. Nous avions demandé un guide français que nous n'avons pas eu. Nous sommes retrouvés à faire les moutons et suivre les autres personnes toute la journée....
