Luxury Transfer From Cancun Airport To Cancun

Nice suvs, brand new! Drivers are very caring and helpful with luggage. So nice! Great communication and resolution of issues (if any). One things I will say, it would be nice to have the drivers at the airport a little earlier to meet us. Sometimes we end up waiting, but it’s just a suggestion not a complaint.

Andres was very nice, and engaged with us the complete time.

No contact and ghosted. Wouldn't even pick up the phone DO NOT book this and Viator was absolutely no help getting it resolved. Just stranded. Don't trust this company.

Finding DELUX was a chore because we haven’t been to Cancun before, once we got outside we were greeted by Andres! He was so kind, nice easy going. I would absolutely book with their team again. The car was nice, clean and comfortable. I highly recommended booking with them.

Terrible, when I got to my hotel. I was told I have an additional 30$ charge, because it was further than their area. How can that be, when I put the hotel info on my destination. The they tried to tell me I agreed to to the extra charge. They screenshotted me a text where I was informed to what’s app them when I landed. No where did it say I had an additional charge or that I agreed to an additional charge. TOTAL SCAM

I would absolutely recommend using DLUX Transfers! Arriving at the cancun airport gives me so much anxiety bc as soon as you go outside ppl are shouting at you to try to buy their taxi services. It feels very predatory. Our driver messaged us with a photo of my name on his sign, along with a picture of where he was in the crowd of ppl. It was so nice to just be able to walk through the chaos and right to the spot he said he was. The SUV had great AC and he had two cold bottles of water waiting for us. It was also nice to be able to text him directly again the night before we left the resort to confirm the time we wanted him to pick us back up. We asked for 8:30am and he pulled up right on the dot! Abraham was friendly and was able to tell us a lot about the area. My husband and I even commented that our experience with him was much better than the pickup service we had back in the states. We will be using them again on return trips for sure.

It was fine - definitely not the luxurious experience we were expecting or they sold/marketed to us. We had to wait about 15 minutes for our driver, not sure why they request our flight number for. When you book in advance, you’d expect for the driver to be waiting there, not the other way around. Also not refreshments were served or offered as advertised. The SUV was in an okay condition - I’ve seen better. The driver was very polite and friendly though. I probably wouldn’t book with this company again.

We had a great ride to and from our resort with Andres. It was fun and he gave us some great pointers on the way to our resort. We were happy to see him for our ride back to the airport after and were able to chat about all the things we did on our trip that we talked about before. We would definitely want to ride with him again!

We’ve been to the Rivera many times but this was our first time staying in Tulum. Our entire experience with DLUX was great. Their website had a slight hiccup when I was booking, but their WhatsApp based agent helped me quickly and we were booked. Great communication from the start and continued through the journey. The day period to our visit, we had a confirmation conversation and upon arrive, we had constant communication with the company and our driver. Alex picked us up right at the bar at the airport. The easiest and smoothest transfer we’ve had from the Cancun Airport - even with a 90 minute drive ahead of us to Tulum. Alex was great, very personable and had our champagne ready for us on arrival. I’m hard to please and I’m very happy - will be using again!

The driver was already waiting for us at the airport with a sign and our name. He helped with our luggage and the car was very clean. The journey was quiet and we kept getting information about how long it will take to get to the hotel. We were very satisfied. Der Fahrer hat uns am Flughafen schon mit Schild und unserem Namen erwartet. Er hat geholfen mit unserem Gepäck und das Auto war sehr sauber. Die Fahrt verlief ruhig und wir bekamen immer wieder Informationen wie lange es noch geht bis zum Hotel. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

This was my first time coming to tulum and it was perfect. Right when i got out the airport Valentin was right outside with my name written on a board. Got in the SUV super spacious, with WiFi and drinks. He dove us to tulum from the Cancun airport super smooth. Highly recommend this way of transportation!!!!!
