Never use BD experience. first they get your phone number and email while booking or boarding the ride and start sending you multiple messages in whatsapp later with marketing stuff. once you pay they will show the real face. very very rude and zero customer service. once you pay they will dictate.. you will be asked to board very early wasting your vacation time. another family did not get their van and was asked to take a taxi (they paid the pickup a month ago still no van to pickup). their staff are very rude (it will start after you pay in full)!

Very expensive for what you get. 20 minutes of snorkeling in 2 locations. Waste of time. Get in water then told time to go. Off to next location same thing. Then to the island to spend 3 hours doing what really nothing to do. Need more time snorkeling and less on the island.

I got all my packages from their BDE agent in my resort name Fabian! he was great and very adjusting to our needs. Not only he made changes according to our plan even after pyment but went above and beyond to make sure we got taken care of on days when he wasnt even working. Transportation vehicles and drivers were great. All and all everything was perfect. Would recommend them to anyone planning on travelling.

Since we arrived, the hotel harasses and persecutes them, they speak badly of the hotel staff and say not to contract with the hotel agency, they make you fight with the hotel, they call you to the hotel room very early to insist that you buy tours with them. , I went to buy a tour and the experience was the worst of the vacation, they do not respect what you agreed to, they hold the parks responsible for non-compliance and they say they can't do anything, then you complain and they have no answers, they promise things that they cannot comply.
