Carlos sent us pictures and updates so we knew exactly where to meet him. He took charge of getting us and our luggage to the limo. Marco greeted us with cool towels and hand sanitizer. Marco then got us situated in the limo and got us drinks before he then loaded our luggage and we were off to our hotel. Fantastic service. Would book again!
STP provides excellent service every time I travel to & from Playa del Carmen. Today, Joaquin was our driver…he was punctual, communicative, and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend STP for airport transfers in the Riviera Maya area. I will for sure use them again on my next trip.

Easy drive and nice conversation to the resort with Nelson. Alberton showed up early to drive us back to the airport, told us to take our time, just letting us know he was ready when we were. I always book my airport transfers with STP Caribe when I visit Playa del Carmen. They are 100% dependable, always on time. Moises Basilio is the best driver I have ever had. I booked a transfer with Alberto Gomez in a Lincoln Stretch Limousine for our transfer from Cancun airport to Playa Del Carmen area. I thought it would be a fun and unique way to start our vacation. The car was so much fun and perfect for couples looking to enjoy a romantic weekend together. I can’t say I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing message chairs or making an espresso in a car before. We also enjoyed the provided bottled waters and Coronas in fancy glassware. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a unique and fun transfer experience in Cancun!

We arrived on a very late flight to Cancun after a long travel day. Prior to our flight STP sent us clear directions as to where to find our driver. Sure enough, exactly where he said he would be, Jose Torres was there waiting for us with a sign with our name. The car was right there, he had cold towels and coronas for us… we were at the door of our hotel in Playa Del Carmen in 45 minutes. It could not have been better and were already telling our friends about it. STP you are the best and your stretch car is so comfortable! Jose Torres was 5-Stars A+++++++
Used this company for transfer to and from our resort. Booked a stretch limo. Everything was perfect. Clean vehicle and great communication from the very friendly drivers. I have travelled to Cancun many times and this company will be my new go to when the resort doesn't provide transfers. From my experience you won't go wrong by booking with STP Caribe. Israel took us to our resort and Mauricio Castillo took us back to the airport. Both were very friendly, helpful, and professional. I would request either one to be my driver again. The team was absolutely AMAZING! From prior to arrival to our first initial contact with Luis greeting us at the airport to our wonderful driver Alberto making the ride so fun! We were celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday and everyone made her over to feel like a queen. The limo was immaculate and had so many features we loved! Also the team via chat was excellent and answered all my 101 questions so thorough and patiently. I would definitely use this service again and recommend to everyone I know!

Alberto Gomez was our driver and he was great! Very friendly, met us right outside Cancun airport, took out luggag and then handed us nice cool towels. The limo was amazing (water, beer, wine, snacks, espresso machine, wifi, massaging chair, temperature control from the back ). Anyone looking for car service should always use STP Caribe and ask for Albert Gomez if he is available!

This is very professional company. They tracked my flight and were waiting for me right outside the airport terminal. The transportation was first class as was the professionalism of the driver. I was so impressed I have used their service repeatedly now.

Our ride from the airport to our hotel was great! Igor was a very pleasant driver. He gave us some good information about the area and was very kind. We had no wait time after our long flight to get to our ride. When we got to our ride we were given cool towels to use- which was awesome after our flight! We were also offered refreshments on our ride and had great conversation! Ride was smooth, car was clean and well kept. Overall a good experience. You won’t regret it!
After leaving the airport, we were located by the STP guide who directed us to the limousine. The ride was pleasant and the interior was spacious for the two of us. Moisés drove at a comfortable speed allowing us to enjoy the onboard coffee and snacks. We had a 1.5 hour transfer to our hotel.
Bolly was my driver from Cancun airport to tulum and he made the long drive so much fun!! He was easy to talk to and gave me so many recommendations. I was really tired from an early flight but I had so much energy as soon as I got into the car because Bolly had great energy. The whole process from getting off the plane to getting in the car was so simple, they even waited when I went to get a margarita at the airport. Bolly gave me water, beers, and a phone charger. I was definitely nervous traveling alone but I felt so comfortable in this ride. I would highly recommend!

Since we found STP Caribe, we don't use any other transfer company in Cancun. The drivers are always waiting for you when you leave the airport terminal. They're always well presented and always friendly. Also, when you arrange to be picked up from your hotel, they always arrive on time. We very much enjoy the conversations we have with the drivers, whilst they are taking us to our hotel or the airport and the refreshments are always very enjoyable. A quick shout out to drivers Edgar Josue & Osbaldo who made our most recent journeys particularly pleasant. We look forward to using STP Caribe again when we return to Cancun, later on this year.

Gomez was early and waiting for us at the hotel. He had amazing service with towels waiting as we approached the car. Incredible vehicle and an even more impressive driver. Happy we booked this company for all our transfers while we are here, especially if we get Gomez as our driver.
Finding our representative proved difficult, and even once in the car we ran into a few issues with being taken to the wrong location. I will take some of the blame for that. Danny was an outstanding driver who communicated well and made up for any inconveniences we faced. I am very thankful for our ride with him.

Best airport pickup and transfer the the Ferry terminal in Playa Del Carmen. Alex was very professional and was waiting to greet us at the airport. They provided cold drinks and a snack basket for the kids. Planning on using them for out departure trip
The service was wonderful and would definitely recommend to others. We had a greeter, Stephanie, at the airport who sent us a WhatsApp message as soon as we landed to let us know where to meet her after we exited the airport. She then led us to a luxury vehicle where we were greeted by Salvadore who had sanitizer and cool towels. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable with cool ac. Salvadore was so great! He had cold water and beers for us and even made an extra stop on the long drive from Cancun to tulum. He also let us hook up and play our own music and was very friendly, chatting along the way. Overall, I would recommend this service and thank you to Salvadore for making this an enjoyable experience!
