Jetpack Experience In Cancun

Jetpack Adventure has many different excursions to choose from, Adolfo was so very helpful and recommended The Island Adventure for me and my family. We enjoyed a yacht experience to a private island, snorkeling, lunch and much more. It's an all-day excursion so be sure to prepare yourself with lots of sunscreen and towels. They didn’t seem to have my reservation ready to go when I got there, but they worked me in and it was SO MUCH FUN!! I was worried about my ability to do the flyboard but they really made quite easy to figure out! So worth it!

So much fun y'all! It was our first time and it was totally worth it. Sebastian was our guide. He is so friendly and would let me know what I needed to do after every fall. It takes some time to get your balance. The photographer Enrique and the videographer got some fun shots that I have incuded too. He will send it to dropbox, Google cloud, icloud, or Whatsapp, or he will send them to both whatsapp and your drive. But yeah, wish I could flyboard every day!

We recently took an extremely last-minute trip to stay at the Moon Palace Sunrise in Cancun, Mexico with dear friends who invited our family. Our oldest son is about to turn 12 and has for some time wanted the experience of scuba diving. My husband's fascination with James Bond was also realized in this amazing opportunity. We were able to realize that dream for him with a one-day training in the pool with equipment then out to see for a couple of hours for this dream adventure. Captain Jose chartered the seas and works with the government to conserve much of the coastal wildlife, including the safe keeping of its sea turtles and training for coral reef preservation. We truly were in the best of hands as the lead scuba instructor, Karin, took my husband and son to the depths (nearly 30 feet below) and worked through some of my husband's own hesitations as a first-time scuba diver. He was able to realize the adventure in great thanks to her not giving up and professional instruction. Our son was able to be partnered with another team member who took images of the entire excursion which we can keep with us. We discovered that our son's comfort and ability for these deep waters suits him and will probably only grow. Meanwhile, the captain gave my friend's daughter and I a personal scuba view and we witnessed one of the largest stingrays gliding just below us for a handful of minutes. It was beyond magical. During these uncertain times, to take time to have this gift, I will forever be grateful for the safe care of Jetpack in Cancun to visit one of the most well-preserved coral reefs.

The main thing I like about this is the pictures from Paul. I do photography and I must say he is great at taking pictures. He is nice and very friendly as all the other guys on the tour. The activity can be difficult bc it was first time.

I did the 30 minutes experience and it was well worth it. It gave me time to experiment and TRY to improve my technique - it was my first experience. The instructor was patient and very helpful with hints and controlling the power of my jets ! He wanted me to fly and he succeeded :)

My husband had an awesome time learning the jetpack. The staff were friendly and helpful and he certainly was wore out after. Paul and June were great instructors and took some amazing photos. We’d do this activity again!

My kids really enjoyed the Jetovator today. They had so much fun and even turned it into a competition as to which one was better. Lol! The staff was very professional and very helpful the entire time. Would highly recommend their adventures!

Yun was an amazing guide and helped us so much! He made us comfortable and made it so fun. Paul Guerrero took some amazing photos for us, they are the perfect memory to show. It was the perfect thing to do on our honeymoon. We had a great time.

Booking jetpack in cancun but it was not available. So i have to choose another one. Took flyboard. Was Good.

Had such a great trip! Workers are amazing, great people good price. First time in Cancun booked the jungle tour with jet pack adventures and I don’t regret it!

To get here, walk straight through the mall to the light house and the take a left into the hallway. We were able to book two jet pack and two jetovatot experiences through our resort, so it was quick and very convenient. All of the staff were friendly and there were a lot of people working to help with any questions, life vests, etc. and the building it’s self very clean and and organized, with some merchandise and several screens to view the high quality photos and videos. The photographer is great. From our four rides they captured every time one of us “flew” in stunning HD and with great composition. Each one looked like it could be an add for the website. From strapping the pack on to taking it off was a solid 20 minutes, with around 5 to rise out to the platform, gear up, and get instruction. The instructors are professionals and even compete in jet packing, so they give solid directions. It’s all a matter of staying calm and listening to their advice. Definitely worth a visit.

Had a great time yesterday with Fausto, Herick and others! There were 4 of us and we tried the jetpack, flyboard, and jetovator between us. The jetpack is quite the workout and takes some time to get used to, however after a few minutes you are soaring! Quite the thrill, wonderful staff, and a great time! I recommend everyone to try this at least once!

Even though the counter agent assured me that my very athletic son would be fine with the activity, the Jetpack experience is not at all appropriate for a 13 year old boy. He was given little to no instruction before he got in the water, and then when they put him in the water, he almost sank and freaked out, and instead of offering to let him do another activity like the gentleman at the counter said they would if he was at all uncomfortable with it, the person helping him out on the platform just removed him from the water and took him back to the dock. No explanation, no refund. Total let down and waste of money!

Great tour, highly recommend the jungle tour you get to drive your own boat, lots of fun! Tour guide Carlos was great! Snorkelling was beautiful with the sculpture and lots of fish!

I tried Jatpack and Jetover here at the facility. Everything was perfect and on time and the service was great. Harry, Lisa and everybody was really helpful and making me understand how the equipment works.

I've wanted to ride a jetpack since I was a little boy and I finally got to! It was amazing and fun. A few tips: stay calm and BREATHE Move the controls slowly and do t jerk the around. The first 5 minutes are hard and you'll drink a little ocean water, but then you get the hang of it and fly around like Iron Man.

Great experience! Very friendly staff who will do their best for you to have the best experience you could possibly have. Gaston was a wonderful photographer and Gabrielle did a great job at explaining how the jet pack worked.

Today, we treated our great-nephew and great-niece to a 30-minute flyboard experience. The Jetpack Adventure professional, kind and fun team handled everything with perfection and attention to all-important safety. With their great instruction, the kids were quickly airborne and then got tips to stay in the air longer and higher. The kids (teenagers) had a terrific time and looked amazing flying above water. And the Jetpack photographers took fantastic photos and videos that will make the kids the envy of their friends. We highly recommend this company!

I don't know how to swim (but am comfortable in water) and the staff here were excellent in being careful about my safety. Gabrielle and Luis are highly trained professionals and were patient with a person like me, lol, who was having trouble with controls, lol. It was my first time, a learning experience, and I look forward to coming back here again! Def got my adrenaline rush!

This was amazing! The boat was quick and we saw a massive stingray during the snorkeling part! The guide also took us to a different reef when the normal one was too crowded!

My teenagers did the jet pack experience and had so much fun!! Definitely an experience you have to try!!

Amazing staff, make you feel very comfortable and are patient with teaching you how to fly in the sky above the water! They take amazing photos and all these activities are safe and easy to schedule. I would recommend this activity to anyone who wants to try something new!
