My previous review was deleted!! I don't like leaving a negative review as this one, but unfortunately, our first experience in Jet Ski Cancun was disappointing. We rented two jet skis for one hour, with the clear understanding that each jet ski would be shared between two couples -- 30 minutes per couple, for a total of eight riders. This arrangement was explained in detail beforehand and the staffer agreed. However, the staffer unilaterally changed the plan and allowed only four guests to use the jet skis initially, disregarding what was previously agreed upon. When I pointed this out, the staff member reluctantly agreed to honor our original arrangement and suggested that they riders changed the agreement (false) but by then, we had already lost valuable time due to his misunderstanding. On top of that, our group spent 15 minutes completing paperwork, which delayed the actual start time to 4:15 PM, we arrived at 3:20 pm with enough time, even though the session was scheduled from 4:00 to 5:00 PM. Despite this delay being on their end, they did not extend our session to make up for the lost time. When I brought up the issue, the staff member was extremely rude, dismissive, and took no responsibility, instead blaming others for the confusion. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service left a very negative impression. This occurred on May 24, 2025 and unfortunately I didn't get the staffers name but he was small thin in stature male who was very rude and condescending. Who did not offer and apology nor any type of acknowledgment. My recommendation is look other places before booking here.

My daughter and her boyfriend had a great time jetskiing. The jetskis were fast and the staff was friendly. They now charge extra for two people on one jetski, so I purchased two.

I was excited for this experience but it was poor and I wouldn’t recommend anyone book this. You pay $80 to jet ski in a square box marked with flags. So it’s a very small area that you can jet ski, which is no fun. You would have better look booking jet skis at the ocean. You are not supposed to go outside of the flags and I did. There is always an employee on a jet ski while you’re out. The employee on the jet ski came up to me and in a rude tone, repeatedly said “you keep going outside of the flags, stay inside, stay inside!!”. I understand him coming to tell me I’m outside of the area I can jet skii in but the way he communicated this information was disrespectful. It’s mot about what you say but how you say it. If you don’t know how to speak to paying customers, then find a new job. At the end of the day, I am a paying customer, and employees need to speak to me with respect regardless of what’s being communicated. DEFINITELY WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS EXPERINCE. BOOK FOR THE OCEAN FOR BETTER VALUE!!

I booked via GetYourGuide and went to jungle adventure, the weather was windy, but they still went ahead, no unwanted surprises, and a very pleasurable experience and friendly staff, remember a docking fee has to be paid $20usd per boat, and no phones aloud, would definitely return

this was my first time riding a jet ski they explained the instructions well and made sure a trainer was with me the first few minutes after i got a hang of it, they let me drive on my own, and i certainly pushed to the machine to its limits what an adernalin rush, this was so much fun to make it even better, they took professional photos and video, which came out really nice

If you want to waste your money having a terrible experience, go ahead and rent one of their jet skis. My wife and I rented one of his jet skis. Before we paid, they treated us well and explained the whole activity. The first red flag was when they showed us the jets ski they had available, all of them were in bad conditions, but we accepted it anyway and convinced the guy to give us the one that looked less damaged. Once in the water, we followed another guy who gave us a quick tour through the permitted limits to sail on the lake (established by four buoys). Then, we started sailing in the permitted area, and a few minutes later, the same guy stopped us, telling us to turn off the jet ski in a very moody way. He yelled that we had crossed the limit established to sail, and the next time he caught us doing so, he would suspend the activity and send us back to land. We were surprised mainly by the tone he used to speak to us and also because we were into the limits they said; however, we asked him to explain us again because we could have missed something in the explanation, and his response was very rude; he said: "I've already explained that to you and I've warned that the next time I will suspend the activity," and he accelerated his ski leaving us like that.." From that moment, the activity was ruined for us because we didn't know where exactly to sail, we were confused with the information, and nobody took the time to explain us properly and also we were upset by the way this guy talked to us, his attitude was so disrespectful like he was doing us in favor instead of providing a service.. About ten minutes before our renting time was over, the ski started to make one noise, like a "beep" sound, and a message appeared on the panel warning to check the engine. We stopped and waited for someone to help us, and the same guy who treated us badly told us that this was normal behavior, that while the ski runs, everything it's ok... He left again... When we returned to the marine, we told the staff all the situation and how disappointed we were with their service; they didn't do anything about it or even offer an apology. The staff just listened and said they understood but couldn't do anything. As simple as that. My recommendation is to rent with another tour agency, there are a lot in Cancun with better customer service and the same price, and don't choose the lake to run the ski. It's way better to do it on the beach.

Great experience. Staff were very helpful and I’m thankful for their guidance to make a safe ride on the jets ski. Although their check in process is redundant and wasted a lot of time waiting. Photo souvenir prices were acceptable for my opinion.

It started 35 mins late because the skis broke down they say. Then we were pulled back in after 17 mins. So after waiting so long they ended our session early. Also I paid online and they still wanted $15 they say it was some fee.

We had a great time and Johnny was a great tour guide! Our family did the guided tour for an hour. We got the chance to go out far enough where the water was so pretty and take a quick dive. I only wish the drone could have captured that part. I am glad they didn’t catch the part where my daughter and I tipped off though lol. That still didn’t hinder the rest of our tour. Johnny turned around, helped us get right back on and hit the waves again. Everyone was nice and helped us feel comfortable. Get the picture package! It was well worth it. They didn’t have any Corona bottles for our package so they just gave us an actual Corona lol.

Me & my Fiancé had a blast on the JetSki’s it was so much fun 🤩 🤩🤩🤩🤩 we enjoyed our time out in the ocean 🌊 riding the jet skies. It was a very fun experience because it was our first time and we had a blast and the tour guide was excellent in explaining everything that we could do. We coming back to have more fun & do more things on the jet skies. Thanks Cancun for the great 👍🏽 👍🏽 experience we both had.

Alexis was amazing. He was very informative about the canal and jet ski. He even rescues my husband and I when we tipped over lol oh let me not forget the guy with the drone. He was also amazing he caught some good shots of us enjoying the jet ski.

I appreciated the ride to and from hotel. I did really enjoy my tour guides Luis was awesome. I did enjoy my experience riding the jet ski great experience I will do it again. Everyone was really nice. I was disappointed I did not get pictures alone every picture included my tour guide. Also disappointed I did not have the option for a drone video.

Jose Alexi aka chicken little is amazing!!!This was my first time Jet skiing and I had a wonderful time, he made me feel very comfortable and safe in the water. If you are scared to try Jet skiing you should definitely try it and it’s definitely worth it!!!! I love it and I can wait too do it again!!! I did it twice in one week;On Wednesday and saturday with chicken little.

Pros: + Breakfast and lunch area with very good prices and friendly staff. + Sky Selfie Club (Third Party) - These are the photographers/videographers associated with Jungle Tour Adventures. They too were very friendly and took some great shots! They showed us more attention and care than the younger staff members on the dock. + The Jet Skis are newer models which is why we booked. Just keep in mind that they are speed regulated per ordinance! Still very fun. Cons: - DO NOT BOOK BEFORE 11. This is what tainted our whole jet skiing experience. The staff tasked with preparing the jet skis took almost 2 hours to get the jet skis ready. We booked for the 10 AM jet skis and didn't make it out into the water until ~11:40 even though the young kid at the front said they would be ready in just a few minutes to get a light breakfast. The same kid later informed us that the jet ski guys don't show up until 10:30 but to wait so long, even after 10:30 was a huge inconvenience as we just sat there with no respect for wasting our time. If you book, go with a later time as I'm guessing it would be smoother and bring pesos for dock fees. Know Before You Go: - Please understand that this is all over Cancun and not directed at this business. There is a Dock Fee of $13. Junge Tour Adventures accepts pesos (BRING THEM) and credit card but the credit card exchange fee is at 20.50 per dollar so you're looking at a little more per transaction.

It was a lot of fun, the guys showed us some cool tricks to try even though we fell off for one of them. The jet ski tops out at about 60 mph with two on it so it is plenty of fun if your worried about going too slow.

Good reception and great service, short but fun walk with right to last minute drop (planned), the tequila courtesy are delicious and can choose to take everything recorded... good for an afternoon to two with a little d emeocao...

Bad experience. LOUSY! I don’t recommend it at all, we arrived because it had a good “reputation” according to what we had read on tripadvisor, the cost is high to be in a lagoon that is infested with crocodiles (which they don’t tell you), they give you a range of meters where you should be called “safe zone”, the guide who is supposed to be in the water to help you in any super rude and ill educated eventuality, gave us a horrible “tour” of where the “safe zone” would be and we started to carry out the activity, in a few minutes this same person approached in a super rude way yelling us to turn off the bike since we had left the safe zone and that we would cancel the activity, we shocked by treatment simply wanted him to explain us again where the area was to which he responded super polite that he had already said it. We spent the next few minutes trying not to get out of any line for fear that they would cancel us and make us leave. I have nothing against the rules, in fact I am super respectful to follow them however it is unfair to be treated badly, not explained well and in passing yelled at. The worst thing about it is that we talked about it outside with the people selling the activity and there was no apology, they just said I was free to leave a bad review if I wanted to. LOUSY CRISIS MANAGEMENT! For the same price go to Punta Cancún and do the same activity on a beach and without restrictions on the area, then we heard about this.
