Excellent experience for our family and friends. Traveling with 4 young kids and 4 adults this setup was perfect for transferring from Cancun to Isla Mujeres. Taxi accommodations were new vans with plenty of room for luggage. Boat captain and crew were awaiting our arrival from the airport for a safe transport across the bay to Isla. Taxis were awaiting our arrival to transport us to our villa. Would certainly recommend this company and would utilize their services again!

Easy and on time transportation

We had a big group all with different arrival and departure times. The staff was amazing and always on time to pick up each group. They are the best for transportation to Isla Mujeres, they brought us directly to the hotel (other companies only get you to the other side of the ferry) and with all our bags this was necessary. They kept in constant communication with everyone and made sure everyone was picked up on time. They made it a 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend this company for your trip to Isla Mujeres.

Fantastic experience with Isla Fun Tours. They picked us up at the Cancun airport on time, dropped us off at the ferry, provided us with tickets, and there was a taxi waiting for us upon arrival at Isla to take us to where we were staying. I arranged for VIP transport to and from Isla. The experience greatly exceeded my expectations. Communication from booking to execution was impeccable. We use Isla Fun Tours for our transportation from Cancun Airport all the way to our hotel lobby on Isla Mujeres. We've used them several times and have never been disappointed. We're not fans of the Ultramar Ferry experience so we usually book IFT's private transportation so it is only my wife and our friends in the van, on the private boat to the island and in the taxi on the island. On our most recent trip, it was just under 90 minutes from our hotel on Isla Mujeres to drop-off at Cancun Airport. That included the 15-20 minute boat ride and 30-45 minute trip from the dock to the airport. Incredible and always prompt.

Easy private transfer from airport to marina via taxi to a private board to marina at Isla then taxi to vrbo and back to can airport. All Set up Isla transfers. Worth the 400.00 round trip... No lines. No ferry. Perfect.

This service was amazing! We booked travel from the airport to our resort in Isla. This included our ride to the ferry, the ferry ride and cab to the resort, and back again upon our return home. One company, one fee, and amazing communication throughout. Highly recommend them for seamless and stress free transportation.

Strongly suggest using other transportation companies when traveling from Cancun airport to and from Isla Mujures. There are other companies are who flexible and willing to accommodate last minute changes. Customer service was not responsive in a timely manner. Additionally, the process being picked up from the airport was NOT on time. It was ~1 hour late. When there are copious taxi’s and other transportation that are available immediately, for a more affordable rate. The issue I had, was I needed to changed my transportation by 30 minutes on the day of being picked up. This is not an unreasonable request, but instead they informed they were not willing to be accommodating and charged me round trip, despite only using the first portion. Moral of the story: use another company if you want more something more flexible, cheaper, and prompt responses.

Have been to Isla Mujeres multiple times in the past and have always taken the ferry. We decided to try the private transfer with Isla Fun Tours this time & everything was perfect! A driver was waiting for us at the airport with a sign, and we went straight to the private boat. The ride to Isla Mujeres was a little choppy due to the weather but the captain did a fantastic job! Once on Isla, cabs were waiting to take us to our hotel. The journey back to the airport was just as perfect! Highly recommend, will be using Isla Fun Tours for every return trip to the island!
