Isla Mujeres Sunset Cruise And Tour From Cancun

The crew was great and respectful. The host was very entertaining. We had a great time. We would like to spend more time on the island but we had to make sure we left on time for the sunset.

Great trip! It started out rocky. Pick up was at 3:20, I called twice to make sure that time was correct. It seemed that the distance was too far for that amount of time and the time of day bi was assured it was correct. The van had to make 3 other stops. Including going thru an instruction zone, making a U-turn back into traffic. I was told the trip would be 15-20 minutes. Well it took an hour, late start ment only 1 1/2 hours of on our own time. We walked around the downtown area and realized we did not have enough time to find a cab and go to the south part of the island. The boat ride was beautiful, swimming in the ocean was fantastic and the rest of the trip went off without a hitch. Willy and his crew were fantastic the saxophone player was great and made the evening.. The ride home was smooth and the van was nice and cool!

It was party vibe and I loved it. The music was amazing. The guy on the saxophone was excellent. Open Bar. The drinks kept coming

What a wonderful experience! It was so much fun, and Willy Wonka was a blast. He took music requests and had the whole boat partying, besides that the tour itself was great with time to explore the island, swim in the ocean a bit off the coast, and concluded with a nice snack and party aboard: 10/10 recommend, it was the perfect amount of time and fun!

What an incredible experience! Willy Wonka and the whole crew were so much fun. The saxophone player was a nice touch. We were all up dancing and singing and making new friends by the end of the night.

Really great sunset experience! The trip into Isla Mujeres was lovely and they gave the guests enough time to swim. Marco was absolutely fantastic helping a non-swimmer get comfortable in the water to experience the full experience! 10/10 would recommend again.

would’ve been a great experience however i got sea sick on the way back (has never happened to me before) and the staff couldn’t have cared less nor were they prepared for someone to get sea sick…… on a boat ride. basically told me to throw up over the side of the boat where a family with kids was sitting. would not recommend for that reason.

The experience was fantastic. Live music, beautiful views, solid hosts and safely delivered us to and from each location. This well put together experience was awesome.

Wonderful experience!!! Scheduled hotel pickup, which arrived on-time, and took us directly to the pier where we departed. Paid the $20/pp port fee and we quickly boarded. Travel time to Isla Mujeres was about an hour. We stopped right before we arrived for sunset pictures, and time to swim off the boat. We had about an hour on the island to walk around and shop. Drinks and entertainment was provided the entire time - and staff were AMAZING!!!! Highly recommend!

Nice boat. Safety instructions. Hard workers. Fabulous saxophone player. The only downside was 3 hrs time period in Isla Mujeres after the lovely lunch. Too much time spent in the city……need more afternoon snorkeling time instead of shopping time.

It was a fun boat ride from Cancun to Isla Mujeres. We anchored off Playa Norte, swam in the ocean, then went to the port and did some shopping on land. There were drinks and music both ways, and a light lunch. I feel it was well worth the money.

This is a must do for couples. We had an amazing time. They start serving drinks as soon as you get on the boat. The photographer is awesome and got several amazing shots of my husband and I. On the way back they know how to keep the party going.

This was a fun excursion but I wish we had more time on the island! The drinks and food weren’t great but the views were spectacular. They did have a photographer onboard. She sort of forced my husband and I to do a mini photo shoot but we never saw the photos? From a sales perspective, if they wanted to sell photos it might have been beneficial to send out a link after the sunset cruise. I would recommend this cruise for anyone looking to visit isla mujeres but does not want to commit an entire day to an excursion.

Great boat tour, saxophonist was brilliant, great vibe on the boat. Staff were very friendly. The photographer was fantastic 😍, got some lovely photos. Only shame was that we didn't get to spend more time on the island and explore the beach.

The Saxophonist was amazing and the first mate was everything!!! The ride was quite fun and enjoyable!!!

Did the isla mujeres sunset cruise and it did not disappoint. Willy and his crew were all amazing, from the very start all the way to the end. Super friendly and attentive they made sure we had a good time. The food and snacks were also good! Highly recommend if in Cancun

There was little to do in Isla Mujeros where we were dropped off. The shops were mostly closed by 7pm. We were dropped off at 6:20 and not picked up again until 7:50. It was too dark to appreciate the ‘most beautiful beach in Mexico’. The boat ride however was awesome! Willy was a great host and we really enjoyed the saxophone player!

Incredible experience! Great drinks, snacks, fruit, and the crew was so fun to be around. The saxophonist truly added to the vibe. There is plenty of time to shop at Isla Mujeres, plenty of time to drink, and to swim! We were greeted warmly from the very beginning of the experience, and enjoyed every second of it.

So much fun! The musician was fabulous. The crew was so fun!!!! Beautiful boat. The food was a simple lunch meat sandwich on plain bread. The drinks not so great. But so much fun I’d happily do it again

The very entertainment and everything was there nice music and we enjoy a lot and we got the even food too and also my wife happy birthday and they celebrate over there so thank a lot for everyone we enjoyed that that’s very good thanks

My boyfriend and I booked this excursion, in hopes of it being a romantic night. However, this was definitely more of a party boat than romantic sunset cruise. Definitely needs to be advertised better. Also, we were not aware we would be getting dropped off the boat for nearly 2 hrs to walk around the island with no guidance, which was sketchy. We wanted to stay on the boat to relax, but we were all forced to get off ship. Lastly, the favoritism on this boat is beyond me. Sofia was great in terms of always checking in on my boyfriend and I. However, the photographer (think her name was sandy) did not offer to take our picture ONCE, yet asked every single other person on the boat if they wanted photos/ kept constantly going back to the same people to get photos. This was very disappointing, as I wanted nice photos for this “sunset cruise.” Very rude. Very disappointing. Will NOT be coming back/ would not recommend doing. Save your money, don’t go. The booked excursion time also ran a lot later than advertised. And they forced you to give a tip at the end, which bothered me since we had a bad experience.

The vibe was amazing. Highly recommend Willy and his crew. They made the whole experience so fun. The boat wasn’t too crowded. The sunset was so beautiful and relaxing. We had a little over an hour to explore the island. This was plenty of time but make sure you bring cash if you want to purchase anything. We were given time to get in the water while watching the sunset if we wanted. Then vibed to music on the ride back to the dock. Perfect way to end our trip.

This trip was so much fun! The boat ride to and from Isla Mujeres was great. We loved hearing the saxophonist. They served us light snacks and drinks, and the sunset was beautiful. Isla Mujeres was amazing! I wish we had a little more time there…. On the way back the boat stopped for people to snorkel. Overall a fantastic trip!

I was mixed about this trip after reading some reviews that it is a big booze cruise. It is not. It’s very family friendly and a ton of fun also as an adult cruise. We also had been on the ferry and thought maybe this wouldn’t be worth it. Again, very happy we chose to take the trip because the catamaran feel is great. It’s a big boat with not too many people. Wonderful experience.

We had a great trip with Convoy. Great service on board by Sofia. Seeing was good. Music is loud. So if that’s not your thing take that into consideration. We had a little more than an hour at the island. Tequila tasting was included (try the chocolate one if you have a sweet tooth). Them back on board for the sunset . You can swim during the sunset. The water was nice and warm. Overall a great experience with a party setting when heading back to shore.

I had an amazing time on this boat. The staff was seriously so incredible, but I really loved the saxophone player, he was out of this world! It was my boyfriend’s birthday and they made it super special for us. They had a photographer on deck who took some really cute photos of us, the photos were very pricey but that’s to be expected. Make sure to bring cash for tips, they deserve it! We had a blast, they even gave my boyfriend and I a conch shell at the end lol. Definitely won’t forget this experience, thank you crew!! And btw it’s totally worth the price!!

The ride from Excellence Rivera Canun was a bit long; however, this was an overall awesome experience. Very professional, fun, and customer friendly staff!

Take this tour! It was not crowed and the staff was great! Good music and they all hadd good energy!

The sailing was great I would have preferred to just have a sailing trip and not stop at Isla Mejures to walk around

We had a great time on the boat and the crew was very attentive and we felt safe the entire time. The pickup driver was 15 min late with no notice and we were a bit rushed to get checked in and on the boat. The tour description with regard to a “snack” was unclear, they provided us a sandwich which was nice, but we had already ate not knowing what to expect. The message of going to the beach or shopping was also unclear but we got our questions answered when we got off of the boat. The crew put out a gloating border to keep us safe while swimming which was nice but the are was too small.

My friends and I decided to check this tour out and we had so much fun. The staff were friendly and fun and the area is beautiful. Would absolutely recommend!

Views were nice & fun time with music on boat. However they make you get off the boat to shop & walk around, wouldn’t let us just stay on the boat to relax & drink & enjoy our own time that we already paid for. Drinks were terrible. “Snack food” was a JOKE. Tried to make us buy the photographs for $60 USD. Would not recommend. Also its advertised as 4-8. We didn't board the boat til almost 5pm.

Beautiful on way to the island tons of lil shops for your free time where u can walk or rent scooter or golf carts which is good cuz the island is alot bigger then i imagined , the sunset on way back is beautiful, & u get to stop for a lil swim as the sun sets.& beautiful pictures .the saxophone player is amazing & the crew was alot of fun...

I didn’t enjoy the ride so much, didn’t feel as involved as the staff made other patrons on board feel. Photos weren’t taken of my partner and I on the boat, when my partner asked for a photo at the front of the boat, the person taking the photos just walked away.

That you have the opportunity of seeing a beautiful sunset but that you do not have time to enjoy Playa del Norte, one of the most beautiful beaches in Mexico

I booked this trip for my mom and her sister because they both love sunsets and swimming in the ocean. They said they had a horrible time on this tour for a number of reasons. First and foremost, this is a Sunset cruise, and they didn't see the sunset. Second, the boat reeked of gasoline fumes, and it was not a comfortable ride by any means. Lastly, they were given a ham sandwich without being told that it was ham, which is pork and against their religious beliefs to eat. The tour operators should really address these issues to improve future tours.

They provided great service and wonderful environment! We did the evening trip and the transport shuttle/ driver was very safe and efficient. He was kind enough to add an additional group people back to their hotel because their shuttle never arrived!
