Our Catamaran departs from Marina Flamingos and Marina Sailaway to island, women where along the way we will have our Catamaran drinks on board with our national open bar, we will also have music and fun and a stop on a reef to snorkel incredible activity in the turquoise waters of the Mexican Caribbean.
Once we arrive at Isla Mujeres we will have free time to enjoy its streets and shops, here you can buy souvenirs and discover the beauty of the place.
Afterwards we will visit our beach club to eat the lunch buffet that we have prepared for our clients and we will be able to swim at Playa Norte and enjoy for a while the beautiful atmosphere and the beautiful beach of Isla Mujeres.
At the end we will return to Cancun to take the transportation back to the hotel in a journey of approximately 60 minutes aboard the transportation (depending on the hotel)
o Because of the weather our trip was canceled three times o Bring money for the island o We rented a golf cart for $30 bucks an hour o Snorkeling was great, swimming beach is after you dock to the left (like a 5/10 minute walk) o Food is good at any of the restaurants o Don’t get scammed
We had a great day, the crew was amazing and very entertaining. The reason I gave them 4 out of 5 was because they speak Spanish then English when giving directions they talk way too fast. My husband who can speak and understands Spanish mostly didn’t even understand the directions. The boat was way too packed for the boat, we were told we would get some relief from the sun and that’s definitely not the case. Also the waiting on the docks to board the boat was so long my 8 year old was crying, and to be honest I felt like that too. Also the food at the private beach was horrible, thank god they make rice because that’s all we ate. The water at that beach was not great either and then they had two dogs who just wondered into the water, not acceptable on private property!
This trip was just OK. Here's some things to know about it: 1. While I was told in advance that the reef fee could be paid with credit card, I was _not_ told that paying with credit card means a 5% surcharge. If I had known that, I would have brought enough cash. A heads up for everyone else. 2. The "national" drinks on the catamaran are extremely watered down, with barely any alcohol. Members of our party had to consume about 5-10 of them to feel like they had a single drink. 3. The snorkeling is very limited in terms of what you can see. There were very few fish and only a few sculptures in the underwater museum were visible. 4. Playa Norte is a gorgeous beach with no sargassum -- very enjoyable. 5. Everyone in our party got diarrhea the day after the beach club buffet, and it was the only food in common that we all ate. But at least the drinks at the beach club had detectable alcohol. 6. The staff and host on the catamaran are super nice. If I had to do it over again, I would have probably just packed some drinks in a cooler, taken the Ultramar ferry, and spent the day at Playa Norte and eaten somewhere local nearby. I'm happy I did the catamaran thing once, but the food, drinks, and snorkeling on the catamaran wasn't really worth the extra cost.
We had such a great time on this catamaran tour to Isla Mujeres! The transportation arrived about 10 minutes later than expected to pick us up from the hotel, but they kept us updated the whole time, which we really appreciated. It made us feel taken care of and set a positive tone for the rest of the day. The catamaran ride was amazing — beautiful views, great vibes, and a super friendly crew. We went snorkeling at a reef with tons of colorful fish, and later had so much fun with the beach games. It was the perfect balance between relaxing and staying active. One of the highlights was definitely the lunch at the beach club on Isla Mujeres. The buffet was delicious, with a lot of variety and everything freshly prepared. Plus, the setting was just beautiful — ocean breeze, great atmosphere, and really good service.

From the moment we stepped on board, everything was top-notch: the catamaran was spacious, super clean, and the drinks were unlimited, which made the ride even more enjoyable. The crew was outstanding — super friendly, attentive, and always making sure everyone was having a great time. The snorkeling stop was magical: we saw schools of colorful fish, vibrant coral reefs, and the water was so clear it felt like swimming in an aquarium. Once we got to Isla Mujeres, we headed to a beautiful beach club where we enjoyed a delicious buffet lunch and relaxed by the beach for a while. Everything was perfectly organized, and you could tell the team really cared about making it an amazing experience. I 100% recommend this tour if you're looking for a relaxing, fun day full of incredible scenery and good vibes. Can't wait to do it again!
Do book threw you a total price was quoted then with no time to cancel it get a e mail doubling the price try to cancel with you due to the price and time change with the help then try with the provider because I tryed to cancel they told me I lost my 98 dollars but I could rebook so I seen i would pay the extra and they denied it so no trip cost me 98 dollar thank for robbing me
The actual catamaran boat ride was good. The crew took very good care of us. Maybe I missed it in the small print on the website prior to booking but if you are over 60 you could not snorkel. The whole purpose of going on the excursion for me was to snorkel. I was very disappointed to hear I couldn’t because of my age. I was in better shape than most of the younger people on our boat and have snorkeled all over the world with no issues. It was very frustrating for me!!! The check in process was not good. Unfortunately the website left a few important things out that you don’t find out about until you hit the pay button or get to the boarding site. There is a $50 additional dock fee that you are only told about after you pay on the website. You are instructed that it will be due at the boarding site when you get your confirmation email. Additionally, even though we did a lot of research on sunscreen that is reef safe, we were all told that none of sunscreens we brought with us could be used. If you wanted to use sunscreen on the trip you were forced to buy “their” brand. The restrooms at the boarding site were terrible. Actually the whole facility left a lot to be desired. It was actually closed upon our return to port. Of course after a day of drinking alcohol everyone needed to use the bathroom prior to boarding our transportation back to our resort. No such luck with at least an hour drive ahead of us before getting somewhere with a bathroom. Our driver actually had to let a mother and child out while waiting at a security point so they could relieve themselves on the side of the road. One of our travel partners relieved himself in a water bottle during the drive back. The rest of us exited our van in a mad rush to find bathrooms at the first drop off site even though it wasn’t ours. It was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant ride!!
After it became non refundable they notice us that pick up time is two hours prior to posted start time. They added about $45 dollars onto the advertised price when you pay. I assumed this was the $49 fee they mentioned. When I show up in the morning they say no, the $49 fee still needs to be paid. Horrible communication, rip off , I would avoid Viator at all cost. The island was beautiful.

We were super excited to go on this trip but ultimately very disappointed with the time spent and excessive money spent. This tour looks good and affordable but there are some odd charges. They charge each person an additional $45 USD “dock fee,” on top of the initial booking. We chose transport since it was the cheaper option. The pick up spot provided was incorrect. Took us to a totally different place. Got into contact with this company and after pickup they said they would charge me an additional $60 USD per person for pick up. Absolutely not. We arrive to the location after almost 2 hours of riding in a van and they immediately notify us AFTER PAYMENT that snorkeling was canceled. No partial refund, no refund offered, nothing. The boat was nice, the crew was nice. The drinks very watered down and bottom shelf. We arrive to first location for the buffet which was nothing to brag about. Stay for an hour and go back to the boat to a TOURIST TRAP for 2.5 hours. At least offer partial refund or make the excursion shorter. No one wanted to walk around and look at souvenirs for 2.5 hours. All in all, not worth the $400+ usd spent. Very disappointed and feel bamboozled by this company.
The service was excellent, the crew is very kind, they bring me all the information, the shuttle arrived on time and the trip on the catamaran was wonderful, 100% recommended.
I had an amazing time on the catamaran tour from Cancun to Isla Mujeres! The crew was super friendly and kept the energy high throughout the trip. The snorkeling spot was beautiful, with clear water and plenty of colorful fish. After snorkeling, we sailed to Isla Mujeres and enjoyed a delicious lunch buffet with Mexican dishes. The open bar on board was a nice touch too! It was a perfect day to relax, swim, and enjoy the views. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a fun day on the water!

This catamaran tour was an unforgettable experience! Everything ran so smoothly, from the food (which was super tasty) to the fun, energetic atmosphere and the stunning scenery. The catamaran itself had plenty of space, just as advertised, with comfy seating and shaded spots to chill. The beach club we stopped at was gorgeous, and the service was fantastic. Honestly, this tour to Isla Mujeres was incredible. We chose the second schedule, and it was the best decision because on the way back we were able to enjoy a spectacular sunset in the middle of the sea. One of those moments you never forget. The weather was perfect all day: not too hot, nor strong winds, just a very pleasant atmosphere. The drinks were always cold, the atmosphere was great, the music was very fun, and the crew was super friendly and attentive the whole time. The snorkeling was also beautiful, with crystal clear water and many fish. We also loved the beach club. Very relaxing, good food, and the perfect time to enjoy the beach and simply disconnect. It is definitely a tour worth taking if you visit Cancun or Isla Mujeres. You relax, have fun, and return with incredible memories. I would do it again without a doubt.

The experience was simply unforgettable. From the start, the staff was friendly and attentive. On board, we enjoy music, drinks and an excellent atmosphere. To make the most of it, I recommend carrying biodegradable sunscreen, towel and a waterproof camera to capture every moment. An experience I would repeat without hesitation!
