The crew on the catamaran were very helpful and courteous especially with me and my wheel chair. The private beach and buffett lunch was the worst I had ever seen. The buffet had two selections of tacos that were undercooked and the desert consisted of watermellon, jello and rice pudding that had been out for many hours. The beach was a stretch between two pier where the boats moored. Service at the "gourmet" buffet was so bad the drinks arrived warm and watered down. Will I book through Barcelo tours again, NO NO NO. I feel bad for the cataran crew. Not too many tips.

This was a fantastic trip! I highly recommend it. Our ship the Ohh la la Host : Abraham Capt: Marcelino Yiovany Ever These dudes were fantastic engaging. Zero language barrier (until I had enough Cuba libres 😂) seriously though, I could not have asked for a better experience. Causal atmosphere we were treated like royalty! Our charter lasted 7 hours, which is the right time, you'd feel rushed for a shorter span. Our trip hosted 8 guests with plenty of room, to spread out relax and enjoy. The trip included a wonderful snorkel experience on the beautiful reef. This tour is for you regardless of the occasion, for us it was a second honeymoon. I think it ran 200 usd per person when we split, but im not entirely sure. Worth it? You bet!
Great los mejores buena atencion
We booked this as part of our stay and experience was a bit short of what we had we expected!
We had an incredible time. Yvette our tour guide was a sweetheart and took very good care of us. I would highly recommend booking with Cancun Sailing. 10/10
The boat Parsifal with Captain Goyo and Tour Guide Noah and his staff surpassed my expectations by far. Super clean boats , the drinks were very good and always had a quick refill . The stay at isla mujeres was great as well. For us, the boat ride was the highlight . The tour guide took extra good care of my 66 yr old mother and attended to ALL her need. Highly recommend this boat staff to everyone and will definitely come back
The boat is fantastic and comfortable. The crew very welcoming and make us always feel good. Lots of drinks and snacks. The guide Robert is fenomenal.
Great time! Good guides! Beautiful water!
Excellent crew! Felt just like family. The whole day was an amazing experience. You won’t be disappointed
Noah and his crew did an excellent job with the whole trip. We went snorkeling before getting to the island and I felt very safe and cared for. The time at the island might be an hour longer than I’d like but the beach there is BEAUTIFUL. The buffet at the beach club was good. Wine is not included in the free drinks just fyi.
Went for the day and had a lot of fun experiencing the snorkeling, swimming at the island, shopping and the food. The beach was great, although it was busy it didn’t feel overwhelming or super crowded because there was so much beach to swim in. During snorkeling you get to see the fish and statues under the water. You’re guided in a group and get to have a fun experience swimming from where the boat drops you off to where it picks you up as it’s not allowed to swim over the coral. You get food from the buffet options, but you can still order more food or other food while there. Victor and the crew were very kind and friendly. Very chill, funny and easy to talk to. 10/10, I would do it again if I were to come to Mexico.
Ernesto Dennis Jose. Juan axel ponen el ambiente al 100!( No duden en reservar, valdrá la pena y se La pasará muy bien! Ernesto Dennis Jose Juan and Axel get the vibe going! Have no doubts, book a trip it's worth it and you will have a good time!
I have been to Isla Mujeres 6 times. This was by far the best experience yet. Noah and the entire crew were fabulous
We had a wonderful trip from Cancún to Isla Mujeres! We booked the VIP tour, and I highly recommend it. There were fewer than 30 people on our boat, which made for a much more enjoyable experience. The food was good, and the snorkeling was fantastic. Noah did an excellent job keeping our group together and making sure everyone felt comfortable in the water. We've been on numerous snorkeling excursions over the years and have never purchased the photos. However, the photographer on this trip (I can't remember his name) did such an amazing job that we ended up buying every single picture! If you're considering a tour to Isla Mujeres, I highly recommend booking with this company. It was a memorable experience from start to finish.
We had an incredible day. We loved the catamaran which had about 25 people on board. Lovely calm crystal clear water and snorkelling very enjoyable. Isla Mujeres was breathtakingly beautiful and we enjoyed 3 hours there. The return was a great party with plenty of drinks and dancing. So happy we did this day out and special thanks to Chilo and the team for taking such good care of us. Will definitely return on our next time to Mexico.
Great crew, clean boat, staff responsive to needs for guests 73-7 years old, English speaking crew member, explained details for a perfect catamaran experience
The experience was great. The boat ride there and back was fun. Enjoyed the snorkeling. Food at the island was average. I would skip the buffet and enjoy food at a local restaurant instead. The beach itself was beautiful but overcrowded. WARNING: if you buy the digital photos, make sure you receive them all. I paid for all my photos and only received 1 digital image. I’ve made multiple attempts at contacting the provider and did not receive an answer. I gave them enough time to respond and send me the photos before disputing the charge.
Staff was very accommodating! Small group so received personal treatment entire trip! Jonathan on the Salomé was a wonderful host, couldn’t ask for more!!
Excellent experience - Tulia was friendly & helpful! All staff was professional & helpful. Drinks server, snorkeling fun & great, organized experience! Highly recommend!
We went on the boat Max with Ivette, Dani, Dani and Lenny. It was an amazing experience. So much energy! The snorkeling was super fun and refreshing. Saw lots of fish and the guide Ivette was amazing!! When snorkeling they saw the underwater museum “the blessing”. Highlight of my son’s day!!! Highly recommend
Island Khaya was fantastic with Pedro and his crew. Great fun, food and drinks
I enjoyed this catamaran! I chose the private adults only one with up to 25 people. Hotel transportation was in a clean airconditioned sprinter van. We were given mini donuts on the way to snorkeling. We snorkeled for about 20-30 minutes. Then it was a short 20 minute ride to the island. We had a delicious lunch of tacos, pasta, and salad. Then we could freely explore the island. This was Spring Break and there were tons of people out there! I got a massage from Nadia on the beach which was a lot cheaper than my hotel ($70 for 60 minutes). The ride back was short... about 30 minutes. So, I only could get 2 drinks in. They offered us mini donuts on the way back. There was no dancing, but they had a variety of music playing the entire time. The crew was fairly nice. My only con is that they had a hug issue with sunblock. They told us not to put on sunblock prior to snorkeling. I'm African American. So, I already had mine on. After snorkeling I tried to reapply my sunblock and they tried to prevent me to because it was the spray. They said I cant spray it directly on my skin because it makes the floor slippery. They told me to spray it in my hand and rub it on. Moving forward, I suggest that they have a mat or a special place where people can spray their sunblock. There are certain groups of people that need sunblock more than others. Nonetheless, I was very pleased with this tour and would book it again.
Booked with Amstar. Everything was exactly how I expected. Premium open bar, solid snorkeling, and the crew took great care of us the whole time.
We had an amazing experience on our catamaran trip! The entire crew delivered outstanding customer service from start to finish. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely fun to be around. They made sure everyone felt safe, comfortable, and included. The music, the energy, the views… everything was perfect. It was the highlight of our vacation and we’d absolutely book with them again.
The Ivett, is excellent person And the Max Boat 🛥️ is the way to go ,, The trip was fabulous ,great atmosphere The guidance, was the best We really enjoyed our time one this trip ,,
My friend and I booked the Cancun to Isla Mujeres Privilege Experience Catamaran Cruise with Cancun Sailing. It was her birthday and we thought this would be a fun way to celebrate. We were one thousand percent correct. We sailed on the Parsifal Monday, March 23rd. The Parsifal crew Noah, Charlie, Christian, and Jassail were absolutely amazing! The hospitality started the second we stepped on board and did not let up. The service was amazing from Noah and the entire crew. They far exceeded our expectations. Noah even escorted the passengers all the way to the buffet in Isla Mujeres and made sure we were cared for. The catamaran was big and beautiful, it didn't feel crowded at all with the smaller number of guests. The boat trip was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Noah and the crew made sure everything was well communicated and flawlessly executed.
The staff on board were amazing, nice beach. Transportation was horrible - Chaos, especially trying to get back to hotel. Waiting to get boat assigned was horrible- sending people through like cattle, Confusing
We booked this “premium” catamaran tour to Isla Mujeres through Viator, and unfortunately it was our family’s fourth Caribbean boat excursion — and by far the worst. Example we did fishing boat trip from Viator a few days ago and that was better…… There is nothing premium about this experience. It’s essentially a glorified shuttle to Isla Mujeres. We had about 15 minutes of snorkeling, very bland pre-made drinks, and terrible, tasteless beer served from quarts. The island buffet was extremely basic — pork, chicken tacos, rice, nachos, salad — similar to a standard all-inclusive lunch. Nothing labeled and nothing memorable. The beach itself is beautiful and free of seaweed, but it’s packed with catamarans everywhere. Beach chairs are available, yet they expect you to pay $25 USD, even though we were told chairs were included. Golf cart rentals are pushed at “friend prices” of $1,200 MXN per hour, but you can easily negotiate much lower if you walk around. We ended up going next door to buy proper Corona and real margaritas for $200 MXN — much better quality than what was included in the tour. Overall, we were very disappointed. Nothing about this felt premium. Realistically, this excursion is worth about $50 per person, nowhere near what they are charging.
The staff go above and beyond to make it a great experience ! Shout out to Oscar who was full of energy, smiling and dancing the whole time ! Highly recommend !
My cousin and I took the CAVOK Catamaran tour to Isla de Mujeres, enjoyable trip, super clean catamaran, friendly staff and very professional with safety details and what to do in the Island. Our hostess Tulia was amazing and super friendly. I would recommend this tour with this group to anyone.
Our tour guide was noah and he was absolutely wonderful! very fun, energetic and goofy! When we got to the island we had food and drinks. the food was great!
My wife, 6 year old daughter and I had a great time on this excursion. Great transportation from our resort in Puerto Morelos and seamless transition to the catamaran. Once on board, chill vibes and great crew. Oscar and all other crew members were very friendly and great atmosphere. Age limit for the snorkeling in Mexico is 10-12 years old which we knew so I’m the only one that got to snorkel. Need to be a strong swimmer as it was 25-30mins in the water swimming the entire time and boat was meeting us as final snorkel spot. The reef is great and seen lots of different fish, guided by Oscar, the group stayed together and it was a memorable one. Top 3 snorkel for me all time only behind Hawaii and up there with Thailand. The girls chilled on the boat and relaxed, no issues. The island in general is beautiful and especially the north beach. Buffet Lunch was good and we spent the rest of our time on the beach as the water and sand are top notch. Great adventure and highly recommend this amazing tour.
Unfortunately, these people only care about taking your money and have no interest whatsoever in providing a decent experience. I paid 70 dollars to be taken to a place that can hardly be called a “beach”: it was more like a swamp, where we were forced to stay for an hour and a half simply because they have an agreement there for lunch (which, by the way, was not even included in my “basic” 70-dollar booking). Considering that it takes about one hour of navigation to get there, we basically wasted the entire morning and only reached Isla Mujeres at 2 p.m., where we stayed for just ONE HOUR (!!!), because at 3:30 p.m. we already had to be back on the boat to return. In short, 70 dollars to spend one hour in Isla Mujeres and lose an entire day. A terrible experience and an absolutely shameful organization.
We took the cruise from Cancún on the Cavok with the crew .Tulia , Charlie. Rogelio and Lalo. It was fantastic, the crew were all excellent. We went snorkeling and it was beautiful, huge schools of colourful fish. Would highly recommend it. The island was nice, overall I think it’s worth it. We were on the smaller privilege boat and it was worth it. Less than 25 people and it didn’t feel crowded at all.
Beautiful day on the Palilu boat. The entire team was very kind. Captain Lalo, sailors Pepe and Fau. And our host Renato, who was very attentive to all our needs.
Wonderful experience aboard the Palilu. We had a great time with the whole team, including Captain Lalo, Sailors Pepe, and Fau. Our host Renato was fantastic and very attentive to all our needs.
we had such a great experience and it was so worth the price. we would love to do it again if we come back. Renato was the best guide we’ve ever had and the rest of the crew on the Palilu really made the experience
Our trip on the Palilu was the highlight of our vacation. Snorkeling with Renato was absolutely amazing and the rest of the crew was so upbeat with great personalities. I believe our captains name was Lalo and he really made sure our trip would be memorable. 10/10 would go again
What an amazing Day aboard the Palilu Catarman. Captain Lalo, sailors Pepe and Fau along with our host Renato made this excursion one we will never forget. From snorkeling to cruising the Caribbean. They never stopped asking if we needed anything. I would give this tour 10 stars. I would highly recommend this company and if you are lucky you will get these gentlemen.
Highlight of my Mexico vacation. Thanks to Cancun Sailing. The crew of the Palilu with captain Lalo, Sailors Pepe and Fau along with host Renato made this a memorable day. Highly recommended this tour would give 10 stars.
My wife and I had a negative experience with this agency. We booked a catamaran tour to Isla Mujeres with transportation to and from hotel included. The van picked us up at the agreed upon time, and we left to the marina without delay. Upon arriving, we were pointed to a small cabin where 150+ people were packed like tuna in a can. We waited in the long line to do the check in and were given our boat tickets 15 minutes before the departure time. Unbeknownst to us, by this time our boat had already been called and sailed without us. We couldn't have done anything differently, since the transportation was organized by the agency and the long line was unavoidable. We were there in the lobby, attentively listening to the boat names being called and ours wasn't called from the moment we got our tickets. I asked the lady with the microphone twice about our boat and she told me to wait. Finally, when literally everyone had left the lobby, we asked about it again and they said the boat had already left. The staff made fun of us for not listening and told us it was our fault. We were put in a different boat where we were treated like total scumb@b$ for "missing our boat". Totally disrespectful, unpleasant and unhelpful people. I recommend doing this tour with another agency.
Rena on the boat Palilu was amazing. I ultimately felt at home and part of the crew. The crew were friendly and got to know me and my family.
We had an absolutely amazing experience on the Palilu boat tour and snorkeling adventure! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Captain Lalo was incredibly skilled and made us feel safe and comfortable the entire time. The sailors, Pepe and Fau, were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making the trip smooth and fun. A special shout-out to our host Renato, who went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a great time and enjoying every moment. The snorkeling spots were beautiful, full of marine life, and well chosen. The atmosphere on the Palilu was relaxed, welcoming, and unforgettable. If you’re looking for an exceptional boat tour with an amazing crew, I can’t recommend Palilu and this team enough!
Our trip on the Palilu was nothing short of amazing! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, fun, and unforgettable. Captain Lalo was incredibly knowledgeable and made us feel safe and confident the entire time on the water. A huge shoutout to the sailors Pepe and Fau, who were attentive, hardworking, and always ready with a smile. Our host, Renato, truly made the trip special—welcoming, friendly, and thoughtful, ensuring everyone was comfortable and having a great time. The boat Palilu itself was clean, well cared for, and perfect for a relaxing yet adventurous day.
The catamaran was the highlight of the trip. The crew was very friendly, fun and attentive. I highly recommend booking with them. Special thanks to the crew members Captain Lalo, sailors Pepe and Fau and of course the host Renato. We really enjoyed the catamaran Palilu.
We had the best experience on the Palilu boat tour. Renato and his crew were hilarious and accommodating. They got to know each family individually, never let our cups run empty, and showed us incredible snorkeling views. They also had unexpected little treats throughout the whole boat ride, including fresh baked pastries and Mexican seasoned fruit. The boat was clean and new so it felt like we really got the premium experience.
We had a great experience on this short journey 😅 It was great to see Isla Mujeres, especially with Noah as our guide. He was kind, polite, and professional, and all the crew members were very friendly. Highly recommended.
We highly recommend the boat name Palilu!! Captain Lalo, sailors Pepe,Fau, and host Renato were so amazing. They won't stop entertaining everyone in the boat until the end and make sure everyone is happy. If you choose to go with this host you won't regret. Best tour we had in Cancun. 🥰
My sisters and I went on the Palilu yacht and it was AMAZING. The crew was so nice and Renato was such a SPECTACULAR host. He had great energy and hospitality and I hope to have him as a host when I come back next year!
Highly recommend this tour- it was great for our family trip! Captain Lalo made the sailing experience smooth, sailors Pepe and Fausto made sure everyone was taken care of and the drinks and food offerings were fantastic, and host Renato kept the vibes fun and carefree! Loved our experience aboard the Palilu!
