The staff & total experience was off the chart. The boat was clean and allowed space for everyone and then done.

The experience was super fun. Lots of time on the boat and beautiful waters. They make you pay an additional $40 when you arrive on top of the $140 it is to book the trip. When finishing the trip the crew walks around with a tip jar and forces it down your throat. We did not have any money of credit cards on the boat with us and the tour guide would not let us be. He told us we were rude to come to Mexico and not tip, and they don’t make enough not to get tipped. He kept pressuring us and said we were rude and in Mexico so we needed to follow their “ culture”. They proceeded to treat us like animals for the rest of the trip. If you’re gonna charge $140 per person on that boat, PLUS an additional $40 per person for a “ docking fee” and there was almost 50 people on that boat. That’s over $9,000 USD per day. I would love to know why they thinks it’s acceptable to slam a tip jar down my throat and ruin the experience. The tour guides name was Jose. If your job does not pay enough that’s not my problem. Don’t expect me to bring a wallet full of cash on a boat. Or just charge more for the experience as it is.
I arrived excited for this excursion, but unfortunately, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The check-in process was chaotic and disorganized, with excessive wait times that made for a frustrating start. Although the boat staff were friendly, the excursion itself was not worth the price. I purchased an all-inclusive package, only to discover that the food options were extremely limited to preselected tacos, which were disappointing in quality. I ended up spending additional money on food, defeating the purpose of paying for an all-inclusive experience. What disappointed me most was the aggressive approach toward tipping at the end of the excursion. Staff members were overly persistent, making me feel followed and pressured to leave a tip. Gratuities should be voluntary, not something guests feel harassed into providing, especially after already paying for the service. Overall, the poor organization, lack of food variety, and uncomfortable tipping experience significantly impacted my enjoyment. I would not recommend this excursion unless these issues are addressed. Paying customers deserve better value, transparency, and professionalism.
Super fun outting. We booked it right from our resort so it felt safe, well-organised, and definitely worth the money. We got absolutely soaked sitting on the front of the catamaran, but it was a great experience.
My booking was canceled by port authority and was able to reschedule for the next day. The staff was attentive, friendly and kept the vibes up. Def would recommend and take another trip with Cancun Sailing.
The start of my excursion wasn’t the best. After showing my ticket and checking in, I was left waiting for around 35 minutes with little to no information or assistance. Thankfully, things took a turn for the better when our boat was called! We were taken to a beautiful catamaran, Greuze, where we were welcomed by our wonderful host, Javier. As I was travelling solo and felt a little unsure about snorkelling, Javier went out of his way to make sure I didn’t miss out on the experience. He personally guided me through the sea and regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and okay throughout the day. I really appreciated the care and reassurance he provided, which made such a difference to my experience. Despite the rocky start, I had an amazing day and would highly recommend this excursion!
Due to bad weather, they didn't allow us for snorkelling. Buffet was not tasty at all. Renting golf cart or scooters are so costly on that island. I am not a alchoholic guy, so couldn't enjoy alchohols at all. But, 3 stars review for the catamaran. The journey and their hospitality were top notch.
Beginning to end had the best time with Noah and captain Christian! All crew was amazing with the service.
What an amazing experience! We took a cruise to Isla Mujeres on a boat called “Amazing,” and let me tell you, the name definitely fits! From beginning to end, the crew was absolutely fantastic! Everyone was super friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. You could tell they genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great time. During our snorkeling adventure, we experienced some rain, but that didn’t stop the crew from making sure everyone was safe and having fun. They were constantly checking on everyone, making sure nobody was left behind and that everyone was accounted for. Their professionalism and attention to safety really stood out to me. We also got to spend a few hours exploring Isla Mujeres, and man, what a beautiful place! The island was absolutely gorgeous, and we enjoyed every minute of our time there. The boat ride to the island and back was great, and the crew made the entire experience even better. They really went above and beyond to make this trip memorable. I would absolutely do this cruise again, especially if the same crew is working! They truly made our experience unforgettable. If you’re thinking about booking this excursion, I highly recommend the Amazing boat and its incredible crew! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience! We’ll definitely be back! 🌴☀️🚤
It was a good experience and I fully recommend anyone to reserve their tour with them. It’s a great trip and the people there are very friendly.
Please do not book this Snorkel trip. We were literally thrown in the middle of the ocean we didn't see any fish the water was not clear and the deck fee adds up! Stay away!!!!
The experience was amazing, very punctual and easy to find, the guide “Noah” was incredible, guided us on the snorkeling part and had tons of enthusiasm, Asiel the bartender was great and the photographer was great as well, 100% recommend, will be back no doubt -Alex-
This was not a very good experience to start. We were three and had separate bookings. I txted the provider to requests a hotel pick up service and explained on the text, which I still have, that we were three people with separate bookings that needed to be pick up, they said ok we will pick you up at 8:40am, please be outside lobby ten minutes earlier. I texted them at 8:20am saying we were outside waiting, they said that the van was on their way. When the van arrived they said that they can only pick me, not my sisters because they didn’t have a reservation. He tried to contact whoever and they said no, that there was only space for one person in the van. I couldn’t leave my sisters behind so I told him that we were going to get a taxi if they were not coming back for all of us. When we got to the marina, the place was chaotic because there were no power and there were hundreds of people trying to check in. One and a half hour in line on a very humid day with not even a fan. I had to pay for the transportation even though I didn’t used. So no, I would not recommend this company. I hardly believe this is The first time they lost power, they were not prepared. I would recommend the experienced, not the company.
Experience was amazing every thing was adjusted . Admission fee was al little bit expensive. Length of visit was 4 hours including lunch which is so short. Atmosphere is outstanding and fabulous an amazing music on board the boat the staff is so hospitable specially David, he explains everything clearly and his English is fluent, also we had a private photo session on board and the photographer is professional and photos is really amazing. No Crowd was experienced in this trip at all. This trip is the best for families, couples.and honeymooners.
The tour was too long as there is really nothing much to do on the island which we can do in Cancun too. Rather we would have preferred to spend more time on the boat. Lunch was ok! But plus are the staff who really entertained us. So as a feedback, we said we should spend more time on the cruise
Do not fall for the “VIP” experience!!!! They tell you you’ll get premium drinks, and you don’t!!! The lunch buffet was nasty, they take you to a dirty restaurant with very few choices
The crew was amazing, they made sure everybody had a wonderful time! wonderful customer service, our group felt very safe and taken care of.
This was amazing. The guide, the bartender, the camerman, and the rest of the crew were awesome. They go out of their way to see that you have a good time. Highly recommend this crew on the Parsifal with Noah. We will be back.
Snorkeling rated @ 2. 30 minutes is not enough for the size of the group. I never got to see the underwater statues. Reef is not great either. Very few fish and little coral to see. Reminded me how much I dislike large group snorkeling excursions. Isla Mujeres food and beach club rate a 4. Crew and ship rate a 3. Might be your thing if you don’t really snorkel and just want a boat ride, drink and beach day. Not bad for what we paid, but wouldn’t do again.
The crew was not the greatest or friendliest the music was horrible they over packed the boat the drinks were horrible
It was a fun and relaxing experience. We got enough time to tour the island and swim. I went as a solo traveler and would definitely recommend.
Catamaran was the highlight!! I love to boat. Snorkeling was OK, but since the boat was what I wanted, it was fine.
Nice birthday day but long, 8am pickup back 6 pm. Hot on island, little shade at beach. Lunch was not very good- buffet and super busy. Wish we were on smaller boat, probably 70 and snorkeling confusing as many boats in area. Water was beautiful though, but not many fish or coral. Also no fins provided so harder to swim out to site which was quite far from where we dropped off. Crew was great though and worked hard to accommodate all. I saw Isla once now and probably won’t do again. Also be aware of island scammers ‘hi remember me, I was your waiter…come see my family business’ where I got suckered and most likely paid too much $ for jewelry.
We had such an amazing time on our cruise to Isla Mujeres on September 9, 2026! The entire crew was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience. ❤️ A special shoutout to Peter, our tour guide, who was absolutely amazing! He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience even more fun. 🙌🏼 Our captain was also incredibly nice, and the whole crew made us feel welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. And I have to mention the two guys at the bar—they were on top of it! 😂🍹 We could barely finish one drink before they were already ready with the next one! They kept the drinks flowing and the good vibes going all day. 🍹 I wish I remembered everyone’s names because the entire team on September 9th deserves recognition. They were friendly, attentive, fun, and truly made our day special. We HIGHLY recommend this cruise! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you’re thinking about visiting Isla Mujeres, definitely book with them—you won’t regret it! 🌴💙
Great time! If you’re thinking about something fun and different, I’d definitely do this! Great staff, they’re a lot of fun and very helpful and knowledgeable.
The photographer guy in the criuse was very disrespectful. Forcefully took our picture and overcharged us for the photos, when we said we dont want to buy the photos, refused to give us our money back.
Amazing! Daniel was such a great tour guide. We had the best time what a great value cannot wait to do this again.
Tired employees right from checkin till bartender. All are unhappy doing lot of trips everyday. No happy and welcoming faces . It is what it is.
We booked this tour through Viator while celebrating our anniversary in Playa del Carmen. It was the first of four tours we booked during our 8-day trip, and unfortunately, it was by far the worst experience we had. To be fair, several parts started off great: Booking through the app: Super easy Driver pickup: Easy and very friendly Check-in: Friendly, organized, and efficient Then we got on the catamaran. When we boarded, there were no seats left. I found a seat for my wife, but there was nowhere for me to sit. I asked a crew member for help, and he was nice and genuinely tried to find a solution. He eventually got the person in charge, Denis. I explained to Denis that there were no seats left. At first he was smiling and joking and told me to just sit on the floor. I told him absolutely not. I didn’t pay for a tour to sit on the floor while everyone else had a seat. His attitude immediately changed. He basically said, “Well, what do you want to do? We have to leave.” I told him I was perfectly willing to get off the boat and would just need a refund. At that point, some of the other passengers realized what was happening and actually made room for me themselves. Everyone had to squeeze together, and I really appreciated them doing that because they shouldn’t have had to. Unfortunately, that interaction seemed to set the tone for how Denis treated my wife and me for the rest of the trip. This tour included unlimited drinks. Denis was serving drinks to passengers throughout the boat but repeatedly skipped both my wife and me. We weren’t even sitting together, so this wasn’t a case of accidentally overlooking one area. Neither of us was offered a single drink. At the snorkeling stop, things got worse. As everyone was getting ready to enter the water, Denis was yelling at my wife to hurry up while she was moving around on a wet, slippery boat. I didn’t say anything because we were trying to avoid an argument and enjoy our anniversary. We had brought our own snorkeling equipment. I entered the water first, followed by my wife. She cannot swim, and when she entered, water immediately went up her nose and she panicked and wanted to get back on the boat. I grabbed her by her life vest and moved us to the side so we wouldn’t block everyone else from entering the water. We signaled to Denis for help because there were no stairs in the water. Instead of helping her back onto the boat, he ignored us. We struggled and eventually managed to get her back onto the boat ourselves. What happened seconds later was unbelievable. Two other passengers decided they didn’t want to snorkel, and Denis immediately lowered stairs into the water for them. My wife and I just looked at each other in shock. Later, Denis asked who spoke Spanish. We were the only people who didn’t. This was advertised as an English/Spanish tour, but from that point forward, he appeared to make a point of giving instructions primarily or exclusively in Spanish. Thankfully, I had a translator running on my phone. At the beach/food stop, he again gave the group instructions in Spanish without explaining anything directly to us. By this point, we weren’t interested in arguing with him. We kept to ourselves and tried to enjoy our day. Back on the boat, the drinks continued flowing to everyone around us. We still weren’t offered a single one. On the way back, Denis went around asking everyone if they had enjoyed themselves and soliciting tips. To be clear, I’m sure many passengers had a great experience and felt the crew deserved a tip. Then Denis came over to us. After barely speaking to us and never offering either of us a drink the entire trip, he put the tip bucket in front of me and said, “Tip.” I looked him directly in the face and said, “No.” But the worst part happened when we returned to the dock. Denis began calling passengers’ names and telling them which bus to take for their return transportation. When he called my name, I raised my hand. He said, “No transportation,” smiled, and then said something in Spanish. I turned on my translator quickly enough to catch the end of what he was saying. The translation I received was essentially, “See if they like it when they have to take a taxi back.” I immediately called Viator and explained that we were being told we had no transportation back. Viator contacted the operator and got us the correct bus number. Our transportation WAS included. That was the final straw. I’m very careful about accusing someone of discrimination because that’s a serious accusation. But after the repeated pattern of how we were treated compared with the other passengers, my wife and I both walked away feeling that we were being singled out, and that our race may have played a role. It wasn’t one isolated misunderstanding. It was the combination of being told to sit on the floor, the change in attitude when I objected, repeatedly skipping both of us for drinks, refusing to help my wife out of the water and then immediately lowering the stairs for other passengers, excluding us from English instructions on an advertised English/Spanish tour, and finally falsely telling us we had no transportation back while apparently joking about us having to pay for a taxi. We booked four tours during our stay in Playa del Carmen. The other three were NOTHING like this. We met wonderful people and had great experiences, which made the treatment on this particular tour stand out even more. I can’t speak for everyone’s experience, but I can absolutely speak about ours. If you’re assigned to a boat being run by Denis, I would personally ask to be placed on another boat. This should have been a fun anniversary excursion. Instead, it became the worst experience of our vacation.
It was a good experience but I little messy at the beginning and through it, at the beginning there's not signal to the entrance, you can get lost, I did, some group took me in and I wasn't even from that group the crew and everything else was good made the experience reliable but the only thing I recommend is buy new equipment for snorkel the one they had seems very old a
Horrendous check in, took hours in a shack on the beach with super long queues at the back of a run down hotel…. Good staff but revolting buffet lunch and way too long in Isla Mujeres being sold overpriced items … a full on day and a shame as quality could have been better, very happy to finally dock!
Nice excursion to book. Crew good vibes Beverages plentiful. Seats oversold not enough equipment for everyone to snorkel.
Excellent day out, boat was incredible and the crew were super attentive, Robert(o) is an excellent captain / host. The snorkelling was incredible and the extra stop for swimming and diving was brilliant. Crew always kept drinks flowing and checking on passengers, keeping the energy high, even on the way back to Cancun. The stop in Isla Mujeres was maybe a bit too long, as it gets exhausting being constantly peddled to, and it was a brutally hot day, which didn't help. Tour was great value for money, and I felt that I got what I paid for, as i said, the bar wasn't stingy and there was lots of time for snorkelling and swimming. The food at the buffet was excellent, with drinks included, however there was a definite lack of loungers / shade, only about 8 loungers for about 40 odd people in the beach club. The transfers themselves were ok I guess, very cramped minibuses, silent drivers and slightly chaotic finding the one to get home. All in all, none of the negatives really distracted from how great the boat, Robert and his crew and the experience was.
Such an awesome time. The island was beautiful. Snorkeling was fun as well. The crew made the catamaran ride a party.
This was the most beautiful water I have ever seen. Our tour guide Uncle Bob and the crew were all amazing. Great vibes, very relaxing & very clean boat. We brought our 2 year old and 6 year old and we all felt very safe. During this trip you get time on the island and we rented a golf cart and drove around. Uncle Bob (tour guide) pointed us in the right direction to get the best experience. 10/10 on the whole day.
Me and my husband had a great time today on the Luv Cat Catamaran. The crew were great, they answered any questions we had, explained everything and what to expect. Isla Mujeres is a beautiful island and this is our third time visiting and this was by far our favorite. I love that even though I didn’t snorkel because I’m not a swimmer, we got a chance to go into the water and stay by the boat and I appreciate that. I recommend this excursion!!
LOVED IT!! Worth the money, just book for a nice relaxing vacation. Buffet food was good 😌
It was a really good time, you got to see alot of the island and the staff was amazing, highly recommend
Had a great experience, the workers were so much fun and made us join them dancing and drinking. The food buffet could be better! They were great with instructions of the meet up time at Isla Mujeres. But over all, it was wonderful experience and had fun with the crew!
The team was very responsive to my questions about pickup. They were also so friendly. The experience was great and I loved my photos they took during the ride!
The whole crew is amazing and very helpful and the music was on point and so was the drinks.
The crew is wonderful! Pedro and his crew were amazing! Lots of drinks, good music, wonderful views and a perfect time! Highly recommend!
This was a great experience it seems like it would be long but time did fly by going on the islands and the tour. Me and my boyfriend got massages once we got to the island just be prepared for the swimming if snorkeling it was a workout!
Must know how to swim for snorkeling, food was great and the island was very beautiful ,highly recommend
Staff was fantastic and our guide leader Oscar was wonderful! He was a lot of fun and lead the group with great enthusiasm!
It was a fun ride. I like the snorkeling part. The entire crew was nice and professional. With beaches at Cancun being very dirty with seaweeds, Isla Mujeres offered sparkling clean beaches. I strongly recommend this tour to visitors who care about prestige beaches. Lunch was horrible though, maybe they should remove it completely from the package if they are unable to provide some decent meal to the guests.
Well-organized boat trip! Fun and experienced crew. You have 4 hours on Isla de Mujeres; something to keep in mind as you are planning.
Great time Walton Wedding 40 Strong
What an incredible experience! Jonathan and his crew were so knowledgeable and friendly throughout the excursion. Transportation/pickup was super easy and accessible to and from the hotel. The snorkeling great but only for a limited time, which I didn’t mind because I didn’t want to be swimming in the sea for too long. We had plenty of time on Isla Mujeres and were able to explore the island as well as get some beach time in. I cannot recommend this excursion enough!
Phenomenal trip, excellent guide who was able to handle a bilingual crowd with aplomb (Roberto) and a fantastic capitán (Cpt. Tiburón). Was a great crew and experience!
