The "Premium Full Experience" does not include the buffet lunch nor access to a Beach Club. Clients go directly to the center of Isla Mujeres. For the safety, the snorkel activity may be cancelled due to bad weather. The dock tax must be paid upon arrival at the dock. To participate in the snorkel you must be at least 10 years old and be in good physical condition. Pregnant women nor people older than 60 years old cannot participate in the snorkeling activity. Minimum age to drink alcohol is 18 years. For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Snorkeling was only 25 minutes
Lunch was a buffet with very little selections
Too much time on island (we rented a golf cart- highly recommend) not enough time at water activities except hanging out on beach for 3.5 hours. Oscar and his staff were fun and professional. The catamaran ride was fun and overall we enjoyed the tour very much.
